Tom and Cookie are excellent hosts. The cabin was immaculate and had what we needed in terms of amenities. The location is on the lake just as it is pictured. It is quiet and restful. One of the best places we have stayed in Wells.

My wife and I came up as a 29th anniversary relaxation trip. We were overwhelmed by the gorgeous and well-appointed cottage, and the owners Tom and Cookie are right next door. They were so helpful and accommodating in every way, but also unobtrusive. We just loved the setup, decor and we are already planning our return trip to stay here again. Cheers, to the lovely peaceful community of Wells!

Hi, Everything about the cottage and property was beautiful and relaxing. Tom and Cookie were the most gracious and helpful hosts and really provided everything we needed! The cabin was spotlessly clean and decorated gorgeously (we especially loved the duck theme!) The lake was quiet and the water was so clean and enjoyable. We are looking forward to coming back! Beautiful, clean little cottage. Well appointed. Sits right on the water. Wonderful hosts, who live next door. Very friendly and helpful. and at the same time, unobtrusive. Stayed at many different cottages and cabins at various lakes and this one was the nicest.Well worth staying here.

The cabin was amazing. The view was spectacular. Just wish the bed was a queen size that’s about the only problem we had. We were hiking. It was great even though I’m disabled I found a way to do it. Hope to see you again.

Great stay

Everything was great! Tom and Cookie were the perfect hosts making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Tom even offered to help unload the car when we arrived. The cabin was pristine. It was comfortable and equipped anticipating any and all our needs. The outdoor areas made our quiet stay enjoyable. We definitely will be returning!

Cute Adirondack Cottage

We had a wonderful week staying at Lakewood Haven. The cottage was cozy and we loved the Adirondack decor. Everything we needed was provided and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Great place to relax.

Most Adorable Cottage Ever

Lakewood Haven is the cleanest, most adorable cottage and we had a wonderful stay. Tom and Cookie are wonderful hosts, and the home has everything you could ask for. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stay at this delightful little house.

Quiet getaway to devompress

Just what I needed, quiet, view of the water, gas fireplace and great lighting. Definitely recommend .

Cozy cottage on the lake

We had a great little family getaway. The house was perfect size for our family but wish there was a little more privacy. The hosts were very nice and easy to get a hold of if needed.

Great cottage on the lake

Had all the necesseties and then some. Had a great time using the dock to fish and relax. Was great to have the kyaks to use. We all had a wonderful time!
