This was an excellent place for my wife and me to visit the Dallas area where our son and his wife live. Very clean, spacious living area with and full kitchen. Responsive host, attentive to our needs. Great location, easy to get anywhere.

Lovely home perfect for exploring the Dallas area. The detailed binder helped us find a great gluten free restaurant just a few minutes away, which was an unexpected bonus. Host was very responsive.

The owner was easy to work with and responded immediately to my requests. The property was located near a busy entertainment area but was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was spotless, what more could you ask for? We're still not sure if the creaky floors were charming or annoying, we'll think on that ;).

The host was very welcoming and all of the amenities were really great!! Stayed during the freeze and had very clear instructions as well on how to help with the pipes to make sure all of the utilities would stay maintained.

I loved my stay here! The location is what sets this place apart - easiest walking distance to so many fantastic places in lower greenville area. It was clean and communication was excellent. I would recommend this place & stay here again!

Great location

This was the perfect location for our visit to the Swiss Avenue Historic Home tour! Great restaurants within walking distance too.
