La casa fa parte di un duplex situato in Dale Street nel delizioso quartiere storico di South Park. È una posizione ideale per una fuga a causa della passeggiata, del fascino e dell'intensità chic della comunità del South Park. La casa vacanza ha brandnew, mobili di qualità con un tocco di art deco contemporaneo. Bella pavimentazione in legno originale complementa la casa contemporanea per una facile pulizia. Inclusi nella zona giorno sono: una pelle bianca estraibile divano e ottomana, sedie accento e tappeto, tavoli finali, comode lampade da terra, un elegante centro di intrattenimento, una piccola scrivania e una sedia, e un 32 pollici Vizio alta definizione Smart TV (HDTV). Zona pranzo:

La dinette viene fornita completa di un bel tavolo in vetro e sedie di corrispondenza a quattro posti. Conserva fresco in estate con due ventilatori a soffitto ecologici e un potente sistema A / C.

Cucina:

L'area cucina è dotata di pavimenti in piastrelle e dispone di un forno a microonde, tostapane, stufa a gas e forno, frigorifero di dimensioni ridotte, Caffettiera con Thermos, lavastoviglie, bollitore da tè e pentole Calphalon e utensili da cucina. Ci sono abbastanza piatti e argenteria per una festa di sei persone.

Great Find

My husband and stayed at this VRBO for three weeks. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen although small was perfect for all our needs. Within walking distance to great restaurants, wine bar and even a quaint downtown area. Having Target Express just two blocks away was very convenient. I would not hesitate in recommending this VRBO. Great for a family and just to relax

The townhome was perfect for our stay in San Diego. Our family of four was able to enjoy multiple rooms, a full kitchen (with plates, cups and silverware for the kids), and be within walking distance of Balboa Park along with several other amenities in the South Park Neighborhood. The townhome includes a nice outdoor area and lawn furniture to relax and unwind. It was also very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this townhome to anyone with a family or just looking to stay in close proximity to Balboa Park and downtown San Diego.

Charming, Clean, Quiet, Great Neighborhood

Last minute booking and we were delighted to spend a week in this charming rental in South Park. The overall neighborhood is very safe and quiet, yet you can walk a few blocks and find restaurants, bars, stores. South park is not as busy as North Park which only added to its charm. Always friendly folks out walking their dogs, jogging or pushing strollers. Definitely the area we'd stay again when we get the chance to return. The rental is actually a side-by-side townhome with the garage converted to an apartment as well. With that said, we were never inconvenienced with any sounds or sightings as both were also occupied at the time. While the home is older, matching all the beautiful craftsman and Spanish style homes in the neighborhood, it's well cared for, extremely clean, and simply, yet tastefully decorated. It's not a huge home or yard, but more than enough for the two of us to feel right at home. The bed & pillows were very comfortable, plenty of hot water, ceiling fans & A/C for a surprising February heat wave and the refrigerator was graciously stocked with a sampling of local caffeine and SD brewing products (thank you!) We even took advantage of the washer & dryer and plucked a few ripe lemons! It was a wonderful location to explore downtown, port area, ocean beaches, hiking trails, Balboa Park & Zoo, farmer's markets and just a short drive to the airport.

Perfect for Us

My husband and I have stayed at this property several times. We love the location because it’s very close to Balboa Park where there is so much to do & see, a few extra minutes to downtown and the Ball Park, Mission Bay and Seaworld. We love the quaint neighborhood of this property too. We can walk to a grocery store and several good neighborhood restaurants. The area feels very safe. This bungalow has everything you need: a small kitchen, a comfortable double bed, nice size living area with several large windows to let the sunshine in, a great tv, a small table & chair convenient for a laptop computer, wi-fi and all of it is sparkling clean.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, charming one-bedroom home. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location is quiet with easy parking, yet close enough to walk to great eating and shopping. We will return!

Overall: Perfect for me and wife when onsite. Near mass transit, walking distance to my son's home.

Pros: House was clean, furniture was modern. Bedroom spacious and comfortable. Big screen smart TV for TV watching!! Weekly House cleaning was very helpful, washer and dryer on premise and convenient. Con: Too close to airport approach, very noisy, hard to watch TV at night. Patio chairs dirty.

Great San Diego location!

This little cottage was the perfect place for our summer stay in San Diego. The location was excellent, with quaint restaurants and shops within walking distance. Even our dog loved the neighborhood. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the cleaning service a nice bonus. The property manager, Diana, made sure our every need was met. If we spend time next summer in San Diego, we'll definitely stay here!

Special Location

This was indeed special. Our daughter in law and son live four blocks away and were expecting a baby. My wife and I wanted to be close by to help out in any way so this seemed the ideal location. We rented for seventeen days and the baby was born the day after our arrival. We were able to get to their house in less than five minutes, prepare meals in a well equiped kitchen as well as pick up food for them from several excellent nearby restaurants, walk their dog in the dog park and then give him a bath at South Bark, run an errand to the Target Express two blocks away, and of course watch Benjamin August so they could get out themselves. Jennifer was the consummate hostess-owner and responded quickly to any questions we had. We look forward to return to what is truly a 'home away'.

Great apartment and location

This is a lovely place to stay in a great San Diego neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and clean, fully stocked with dishes, extra sheets and towels, pet friendly, plus it has AC! Jennifer is very nice and responds right away to questions/concerns. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and there is plenty of street parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and propery

Loved the neighborhood (close to restaurants and shops). The place is clean and well maintained plus it's got everything needed to be comfortable. The owner made a special effort to make us feel welcome - water, beer in the fridge, flowers. We were impressed and would stay again in a minute.

Great Home Away from Home!

I stayed at this rental for four months while on an business trip. It was a very comfortable place to live for an extended period of time away from my home. The neighborhood had a very pleasant and warm atmoshpere. It was very nice and quiet. The people were very friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood was full of great restuarants! The neighborhood is in a great location near Balboa Park which is full of fun things to do! The landlord was very helpful and nice! It was a great overall experience living at this rental for four months! I would definitely stay at this rental again for another business trip to San Diego!

Perfect Place for a Holiday

We spent our Thanksgiving at this rental. It was the perfect location to walk to local restaurants. The house was adorable, clean and well equipped. I even cooked Thanksgiving dinner for four at the rental. It was so nice to have a comfortable place to stay that was close to family and friends and with so much close by. There were so many cute neighborhood restaurants and everyone in the neighborhood and shops were so friendly. During your stay be sure to make the quick walk to the Big Kitchen for Breakfast, or the Express Target for essentials. Also, for a tasty warm treat, be sure to check out the Infused drinking chocolate at Eclipse Chocolate. I would highly recommend staying in this rental. We can't wait to visit again and stay here!

Relaxing visit!

My husband and I spent a week at this rental with our five year-old and three year-old. The unit was spacious enough for all of us and had all of the essentials we needed for a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed walking to Station Tavern for dinner and The Daily Scoop for ice cream. We also used the kitchen to make several meals and my husband and I enjoyed having drinks on the patio in the evenings. We took the kids to a lovely park nearby and appreciated the quick drive to many of our favorite San Diego spots! We will definitely try to stay here again!

Great South Park location!

The house has a fantastic location in South Park - nice quiet neighborhood but close to all the fun shopping and dining. We love that area - it has a great vibe! The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for the two of us - we enjoyed it very much. Don't miss the smoothie bowls at Captain Kirk’s Coffee - great way to start the day!

A delightful four-night stay!

The things we want most of all in a home-away-from-home are: clean, quiet and a comfortable bed. This small house is immaculately clean; the neighborhood is very quiet. There was no 'spill-over' noise and confusion from the neighborhood commercial area a short two blocks away; (restaurants and small shops); and we had four comfortable and peaceful nights' sleep. The house was a good size for the two of us. We had family over (including two small grandchildren) for day visits and that was fine. Keeping in mind that there is only one bathroom, it should be comfortable for four people since the living room sofa folds out for a Queen sized bed. The kitchen is small but we did no big meals; (there are too many wonderful restaurants of varying kinds within easy walking distance!!) The house is exactly as the photos show - a beautifully maintained and completely functional California bungalow.

Chicago parents visiting San Diego children.

We had a agreeable week in this house. All our needs were met: small but very efficient kitchen, TV with streaming options, comfortable bed and living room. We used the heat briefly on some cool mornings and the AC during a heat wave. The location in South Park is excellent. There is very little commercial presence but nearby Grants (a tiny outpost of Brooklyn) for coffee and supplies, Buona Forchetta for excellent Italian food, craft beer galore, Golden Hill Park, great neighborhood for walking were fine for us.
