This is a fantastic property for a large group with lots of sleeping options and spacious bathrooms. The pool was a huge hit too! I highly recommend checking this property out if you’re going to Disneyland or events at the Anaheim Convention Center.

Spacious and Great Location

Nice, clean place with a lot of room. We had 12 people in our party and there was plenty of space for everyone to be very comfortable. Pool area was really nice with a water slide, spa, and splash pad. The pool area is shared with 2 other homes but it wasn’t an issue for us and it’s clearly lined out in the listing so we expected it. Very conveniently located close to Disneyland Resort and restaurants. The property managers were very responsive and friendly. Would stay again if we needed that much space.

Great space for large groups

The space was great for us to have the six bedrooms and four full bathrooms to share amongst a group of teenage girls and 3 adults. The kitchen is also a great size and set up for food buffets for a large group. The girls enjoyed the hot tub!

Big and spacious

Overall a great place to stay. Very big and spacious. There were a few things that we noticed that didn’t get cleaned from the previous guest, but over all a great place to stay.

Great Vacation House

The bedrooms and beds fit our family group of 14. The house was clean and well furnished. The kitchen was really nice and several of us could work in the kitchen at the same time. The washer and dryer were large capacity, a big plus. There are enough bathrooms and towels for all of us. The big hit was the pool with the slide. Our kids (and the adults) had so much fun! Thanks for a terrific stay! Five star stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything we needed.

This was a great place for a family vacation. We stayed with three families including 6 adults and 8 kids. We all had our own comfortable spaces and enough room to be together. The pool area was fantastic for the kids. It’s a very short uber to the parks, the management was easy to work with and the price was comparable to most of the close to Disney hotels. I would us Funtierland again.

Disney Family Vacation

Overall our stay was at this property was excellent. We were a family group of 15. Eight adults, 7 kids ranging in age from 7-13. Speaking with the family after our trip the Pro's for the property were: location to Disney, grocery shopping, pool & games areas. Con's were minor but a little inconvenient: not enough cutlery for our group, food storage containers, only seating provided for 3 in patio area around the table. We did not notify the property owner regarding these deficiencies but chose to make the most out of our stay. We do feel that the property could use some maintenance: light bulb replacement, kitchen cabinet doors tightened, living room furniture cleaned or replaced. Overall we were pleased with our stay & would recommend this property to our friends & family.

Great location

Lots of room for a big family. Appliances needed updating and they need bigger casserole dishes and pans for a bigger crowd. Rooms and bathrooms were great and the pool was amazing

Funtierland was very good to work with and their communications were spot on. The property was clean, and the pool and hot tub was one of the highlights, especially for the kids.

Wonderful place to take your family!

The location was perfect. Just minutes from Disneyland. We could see the fireworks from the backyard. The kids loved the themed rooms and the swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, house exactly as described

The property was great but check-in was truly astonishing. They had so many additional documents required. I do VRBOs ALL THE FREAKING TIME and I've never had to submit so much paperwork in advance of my arrival. It was soulsucking and totally ruined my entire experience. I had the VRBO agreement, then a Docusign agreement, then they had their own online agreements, then they asked for a copy of my credit card and proof that I had the bank statement linked to that credit card. They would call and leave a message and I would call them back and they weren't available. It was a complete nightmare. They are lucky I gave them three stars. And the agreements were full of scary warnings saying they had the right to cancel with no notice and that nothing was guaranteed, and they might force you to shorten or extend your stay due to some city ordinance. Your user experience sucks. Asking me to email them a picture of my Driver's License? Fine. But then scan my credit card and a PDF of my bank statements? Eff you guys. Seriously. Beyond the pale. The paperwork took me hours. i would run, not walk away from this rental. Homes were well-maintained the painting was awesome. It wasn't a big deal to share the pool. The rules and agreements make you think that they are going to call the police if a non-resident steps foot on the property but in my experience they leave you alone besides the bloody paperwork.

Not what we thought it would br

They don’t tell you I’m the listing that you share the pool area with two other rental houses. So you have a pool schedule and you can only go out there when you are scheduled. Also the quiet hours are 10 pm to 9 am, you can’t even go outside during that time and sit on the patio and enjoy a glass of wine and chat with family. They have cameras everywhere outside. No privacy.Overall the property is ok,things are worn out and wash the dishes and pots beFore you use them. Not worth the price they are charging. The houses are owned by a company that owns 56 rental homes in the area, so they have staff that responds quickly to problems you may have. With Disney closed, the price should be half of what they are charging
