Questo, tranquillo rifugio privato è a pochi minuti dalla vivace città di Sandpoint e il City Beach. Il ritiro cabina dispone di 2 camere doppie dotate di letti a castello della regina, credenze e può ospitare 8 persone. Ad alta velocità Wifi e Netflix sono inclusi anche. C'è un propano Bar-BQ e un patio esterno in pietra di grandi dimensioni con camino, cucina completa e lavatrice e asciugatrice. A soli 15 minuti di auto a Schweitzer, a 40 minuti di auto da Silverwood parco divertimenti, un giro in bicicletta 20 minuti a City Beach o 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Sandpoint. Vicino a grandi escursioni e piste ciclabili. Godere di tutte le grandi cose questa splendida città ha da offrire ... negozi grandi, ristoranti, sagre e meglio di tutti tempo incredibile !! In inverno si può sciare dalla vicina Schweitzer Mountain, motoslitta, sci di fondo e racchette da neve. Attività Anno rotonde a portata di mano. Il ritiro è animali domestici. Abbiamo un laboratorio di cioccolato di nome Murphy e con la casa su Murphy Bay, ritiro di Murphy è venuto alla vita.

Such a beautiful property. The huge deck and fire pit area is so welcoming to those who want to enjoy the great outdoors. Everything you need to enjoy the lake and many hiking, biking trails in the area. Host are just the best with knowledge of area and supplying recommendations on things to do and places to go. House has plenty of room for families to cook together, play games, or watch movies. Love that we could include our fur babies in our stay. This is best place to stay to enjoy the Sandpoint area. This was our second stay at Murphy’s Retreat and won’t be our last. Book it now, you won’t regret it.

It was absolutely gorgeous and I absolutely loved the little map on the wall it was so very helpful in finding some places. It was also wonderful how many games and other items were offered at the property that were so helpful when we forgot things like chairs and extensions cords. Everyone in my group had an amazing time and we would definitely stay again in the future!

Best VRBO we stayed in our entire trip. It was clean, the location was great, our dog felt very relaxed, the beds were really comfortable and the owners were gracious, generous and wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend!!

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, everything was spotless, the beds were comfy! So nice outside by the fire pit and the decks in the evening. It was very nice. We could have a safe fire to sit by. Excellent stay on your excellent property

Winter Getaway

Great little cabin that met all of our needs. Loved staying here for the week. Having Schweitzer to ski 25 miutes away, the town to hang out in, and being able to drive to Coeur d'Alene for one day.

Everything was great! It took a while to figure out where everything was, but it felt very cozy, and comfortable. If you like specific spices in your cooking, bring them, there are spices, but limited selection. The paddle boards and kayaks are a great addition! My girls had a great time! The lake was still cold, but it was early April. Overall, amazing experience! I'll look for this cabin if we're ever staying in the area again. Also, it's not far from Silverwood when it's open!

Stayed with daughter, sister and mom for Christmas. Really nice location overlooking the lake, would be great in nicer weather to sit on one of the decks. Really cozy overall. 4 stars instead of 5 as the bunk beds were really difficult to reach (even for a young 20 year old), there was a random hair on one of the sheets (not belonging to any of us) and could use a refresher set of pans. Would absolutely stay again.

Amazing Get Away

Very comfortable cabin. Beautiful place to relax and catch up with family who lives nearby. Loved the grill, fire pit, deck...everything! Erin and Thomas were very accommodating, and we were able to add an extra day to our stay. It was also wonderful to have our sweet doggo enjoy a vacation with us.

For the past 15 years, our family has returned to Idaho again and again — progressing from tents at Sam Owen Campground, to a tent trailer at Round Lake, then a travel trailer at Spring Point — until we finally discovered our perfect slice of paradise at 21 Westview Place.
We bought this home because we genuinely wish we could live here full-time. It’s our happy place, and we take great pride in sharing it with guests who will appreciate its peaceful lakeside setting, thoughtful details, and prime location. We love helping visitors create memorable experiences — whether it’s recommending the best local hikes, hidden beaches, or dinner spots, or simply ensuring everything is perfect before you arrive.
If you’re looking for a special place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy everything Sandpoint has to offer, we’d be honored to host you.

We chose this quiet neighborhood along Lakeshore Drive because it perfectly balances peaceful lakeside living with convenient access to everything Sandpoint has to offer. Tucked away in an established area of beautiful waterfront and view homes, the setting feels private and serene while still being just minutes from town.
What we love most is the effortless indoor-outdoor lifestyle the location enables. Our deck and stone patio (both upgraded shortly after purchase) have become the heart of the home — perfect for morning coffee with lake views, evening barbecues, or simply unwinding with the sounds of nature. The neighborhood offers gentle walking paths, gorgeous light, and that wonderful “Old Sandpoint” charm with well-maintained properties and friendly vibes.
Best of all, you’re only a short drive (or bike ride) from downtown Sandpoint’s shops and restaurants, the Farmer’s Market, City Beach, hiking trails, and boat launches. It’s the ideal home base for exploring the area while returning each day to a tranquil retreat.

The oversized ~1,000 sq ft deck and even larger stone patio create multiple inviting spaces for relaxing, dining, or entertaining while enjoying the fresh air and surroundings.
Guests particularly love the wicked fire pit (we supply the firewood), the wood pellet smoker and propane BBQ grill combo that gives you versatile cooking options, and the ability to head out on the water or trails using the two included kayaks or several bicycles — all available at your discretion. Custom wood carvings by a local artist who lives just down the road add a special artistic touch throughout the property.
Inside, the home features a bright, modern kitchen and living area along with a beautifully updated bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware and pantry staples so you can settle in easily and cook with ease.
This combination of generous outdoor spaces, fun recreational toys, and comfortable modern interiors makes Murphy’s Retreat feel like a true sanctuary — perfect for slowing down, reconnecting with nature, and creating memorable experiences.
