Destin, Florida è conosciuta come "il mondo più fortunato villaggio di pescatori", ma non si ferma qui! Le spiagge più bianche della Florida e le acque verde smeraldo sono senza pari. Great for small families!

Everything was wonderful! The location was great, especially having 2 younger kids in tow! The walk to the beach couldn’t have been easier for us! Condo was the perfect size for a family of 4, we had everything we needed. Communication was quick and everyone was very helpful. The complementary beach chair service saved us a lot of time and space! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, well maintained unit and property

Reviewer Comments: Location is great - beautiful, just a few blocks to busy 98 (where you can get everything) but seemed a world away which is a good thing!The property is older but VERY well maintained, very clean and quiet. The beach chairs were an appreciated amenity. Perfect getaway to enjoy the beach.

Family Vacation 2022

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time! Condo 119 was great; very clean. Had a little trouble with the bathroom, but managment was quick to respond and fix the issue. The grounds were well-kept and clean; the office staff was friendly and helpful. I like the fact that it's gated and there is a code entry for room access (no worries with keys). Beach service (chairs & umbrella) was great as well. Some of the other rooms we saw were not as updated as ours. Only downfall is 17 steps up & down to the beach - difficult for a few of our family members.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was ok. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom have been updated. They only gave us one plastic trash bag for a 7 day stay - could have left more. They need to put washers and dryers in each unit. There's plenty of room to do that. Laundry was not complimentary, but $3.00 per wash and $3.00 per dry. We had slobs for neighbors who piled up their massive amounts of dirty beach gear in front of their door and had their TV on all night every night and we could hear it through the wall. Then on the last night, there was a domestic disturbance problem and a guy went crazy and tore a condo up a couple doors down from us. Overall the place was clean and within steps to the sand and the beach service was great, but we won't stay here again. The staff was exceptionally great! We give them 5 stars!

Couples Trip to Capri by the Gulf

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 3rd time that my husband and I have stayed at Capri by the Gulf. This time, two other couples were here with us. We were in 119, and it was perfect for our needs. The AC was cold. The shower was hot with good water pressure. The location is good - our condo was maybe 30 or 40 steps from the steps that go down to the beach. The beach service was awesome - the guys doing the beach service set up a group of 3 sets of chairs and umbrellas for us each day. And EVERYONE in Capri was on the front row, even with Capri being very full for the week.The only things I can say that could use a little improvement, but aren't dealbreakers by any means: 1. It would be nice to have more towels and wash cloths for a week-long stay. 2. The gate in and out is slow, but again, not a dealbreaker.We will definitely stay at Capri again, and will consider other properties that are managed by Harmony Beach Vacations.
