Clean house with a pool. Everything worked and the location was great. Communication with the host was perfect and needed as we had trouble in route and our arrival time had several changes. Would recommend this property and would definitely book again.

Stayed for a week, while visiting colleges in central Florida, with my son. The house was perfect for our needs. The pool was nice but didn't use it much. There is a Walmart and a public's about a mile away. Its not a brand new house, and dose show some wear. But again it served its purpose well, was so much better then a hotel stay. And would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was a great house for our two week Disney vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The location was also pretty good. Close to Walmart and several restaurants. It usually took us about 25 minutes to get to one of the parks but it was an easy drive. The property manager extremely kind and responsive to any of our concerns. There was a problem with the AC cooling off the house initially and the property manager had a repairman there the next day. The pool was also clean and enjoyable. I absolutely recommend this house for your future vacation.

The property was exactly what the description said it was. Very pet friendly. It was clean, in a nice neighborhood, and great pool. My dog loved the fenced in yard. We all had a great time and loved it. We would definitely book it again. The hosts were great! They answered all my questions quickly. Definitely great for families. Can’t wait to go again! It was exactly what we needed,

The property looked nice but once inside the floor in the kitchen was sticky. There were dead bugs under the sofa. The mop in the garage needed to be thrown away, not sure who cleans but they need to be replaced also. The king size mattresses in both bedrooms need to be replaced. They have a pool table that is missing a few balls and replaced with same number balls, two 6’s which my grandson used a black marker to make one an 8 ball and another stripe ball marked with marker to make it a 9 ball. The pockets were worn and the ball would go through it and not catch it and the 2 pool sticks didn’t have tips on them. The foosball table had a ball that didn’t go with the table and made it hard to even play. The pool area had pool floats that were dirty and laying around and the screened in area is in need of some repair. If they would spend some money on replacing some mattresses and better cleaning and new balls for both tables and tips for the sticks. Oh and have the grass cut before new guests arrive and not have the grass cut at 7:00am would be nice.We had to cut our stay short due to hurricane approaching where we live and my wife tried calling the rental office but never got an answer both times she called. We wanted to tell them we were leaving earlier than expected due to the hurricane. We were contacted by email after our stay was over. Overall a good cleaning and a few replacements and it would be a nice place, oh and clean the skeleton remains of the gecko in foyer.

House has so much potential. First it needs a good cleaning, I swept the floors when I first got there and had a lot of dirt and dog hair in my pile. Second, the pool needs a good cleaning. The bottom of the pool was dirty and there were particles floating in the water. Third, I paid extra to have the pool heated for the week and it didn’t work right ( don’t waste your money). Positive side, great location, it has everything you could want, food, shopping, and Disney Parks were close. I would definitely stay here again, just would like to see a few things taken care of.

Your comments do not accurately reflect the condition of the home or the services provided during your stay. The property is professionally cleaned prior to each arrival. No concerns were reported at your arrival and therefore no opportunity was given to address any issues. It is absolutely ridiculous to send a picture of a small amount of dust you broom 2 days after arrival, and doesn’t reflect any lack of cleaning The pool is serviced once a week, and was serviced the day prior your arrival The heating system was fully operational, consistently maintaining 87°F. (It was checked during your stay (the day you asked us to come and change the entry door code because the one we had was not safe enough for you !) and at your departure, the pool was still at 87 degrees !!! Also, you never told me about any pool heating issue I you were looking for a Spa, I would recommend to rent a house who offers this option for your next stay !

Great fenced in backyard

Nice comfortable stay. Joy the privacy of the closed in pool. Very close to Walmart and restaurant. Very nice accommodating host. Would definitely stay here again.

Our vacation

We had a fantastic time. The home was perfect for our family and dog. We enjoyed the pool, especially after coming home from the parks all day! The host answered our questions promptly. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect place easy to find

We loved our stay here, it was clean and just as described. The fenced in yard was little small but still worked perfectly for our small dog. The property owner was quick to respond to our pre trip and during trip questions. I will definitely be saving this when we decide to come back to disney in a few years. Thank you for having us as your guests, we had a wonderful time.

Great location

Our stay was very good. Home is well stocked with needed items. The pool was perfect after day at the parks. Its close to many restaurants. Its about 12 miles to Magic Kingdom but an easy drive. The host communicates well. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice and Quite Area

Was a quiet area to stay, the pool area was great. We did see lots of dead bugs in the bathroom areas that was missed by the cleaners wen we arrived.

Disney vacation

The house was as described. We had a great time as we used it for a Disney vacation for my daughters 15’s. The kids enjoyed the playroom very much.

We had a lovely stay, the house was exactly what we needed (4 adults) and would be perfect for 2 couples with children too. The owners were prompt in replying when we did need to contact them.

Vacation with Family

Property was nice and clean. Contact with owner was excellent and easy. I would recommend this property for a great location for family vacation. Only suggestion is ceiling fans in every room, the temperatures were hard to regulate with AC at 72 and box fans. The game room was not climate controlled and machines were in disrepair.
