Parcheggia la tua auto e preparati a rilassarti nella nostra invitante residenza ristrutturata con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni situata nel cuore di South Forest Beach. Seascape Villas è direttamente dall'altra parte della strada dall'oceano. Situato proprio di fronte al complesso tra Coligny Plaza (negozi meravigliosi, ristoranti e divertimenti) e l'entrata dell'oceano Gate alla Sea Pines Plantation (Harbour Town, South Beach Marina, The Salty Dog). Il complesso si trova su un lussureggiante parco naturale con lagune e sentieri.

C'è una Cabana sulla spiaggia (bagni e doccia aperta / pediluvio) situata sull'oceano ad uso esclusivo dei proprietari e degli ospiti di Seascape.

Ci sono due piscine di acqua salata situate sul terreno e abbiamo anche accesso diretto alle meravigliose piste ciclabili dell'isola. Residenza cittadina su due piani recentemente rinnovata, due camere da letto, due bagni. Le camere da letto e i bagni sono situati al secondo piano. Soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina sono al primo piano. Questo rinnovamento di fascia alta ha una cucina di qualità con tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, attrezzature per lavanderia di dimensioni standard, un confortevole soggiorno con TV HD, via cavo, Wi-Fi e un ponte con una griglia che si affaccia su una piscina.

A piedi o in bicicletta fino a Coligny Plaza con oltre 60 negozi locali, ristoranti e un cinema.

Great spot!

Great spot for a family vacation. We enjoyed the pool and quick walk to the beach. Having the beach cart provided was extra helpful. We often walked to Coligny plaza for lunch/dinner options. Overall a great stay!

My kids and I stayed for a week. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. A few minor issues but not a big deal. Kitchen okay. Washer and dryer not working. Close to beach and a 15min walk to Cologne Plaza. Not a bad stay.

First time to Hilton Head. Enjoyed it, beach was great but had teenagers with us and for them it was not as commercial as they would have liked. Of course during this pandemic we did not do things that we normally would have pursued

Nice quite place

Everything was nice, lots of extras at condo, just about anything you need. The bathrooms and bedrooms all on second floor so no bathroom on main floor if u have trouble with steps. The deck is nice, and literally 10 steps to pool entance. The beach is across the road, prob 1000 ft or so. Has a keurig, beach wagon, chairs, toys.

Overall great value property super close to beach

We really had a great stay here. Condo is not even 5 minutes from great beach (it's the closes condo on property to beach I think), has pool right outside, is large enough. Condo is actually nicer then on pictures as there are more things on walls that make it cozier. We did have quite a few bugs in the kitchen but owner said that that had to do with sprayer not being anble to access property due to covid? Anyway, overall great stay and would advise.

Great experience

Gina was great to work with and very accommodating. The property is just as it looks and is described. You cannot beat this location. We loved the immediate access to the pool and extremely easy walk to the beach. We had our own beach chairs but there were chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, wagon, etc to use if needed. There was no shortage of supplies as the kitchen has all the cooking utensils we needed for any cooking in we did. We would book this property again.

HHI 2023 Beach Vacation

Property is in a very good location, a private path to the beach located across the street from the home. Several beach restaurants/bars within a short walking distance. Coligny plaza slightly further but very walkable, we really enjoyed the coffee shops, restaurants and shopping at Coligny. Short driving distance to Harbourtown, Shelter Cove offering many great restaurants and golf courses. Bike Trail right runs though the property. The home has had some nice recent upgrades done though it could use a paint refresh in a couple of areas. The pool area was nice, very close to the home. Home owner was easy to deal with and responsive to the few requests we had. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope we can return at some point in the future. We definitely recommend this property.

Great location

Perfect location, short walk to the beach! Gina was great at getting back to us regarding check-in/check-out and even though the keypad stopped working made sure we had an easy check-in. We did book last minute, so it seemed like the unit cleaning was rushed - I took it upon myself to do some extra cleaning (there was scum on shower doors, hair and other hardened substances in sinks/counters) - I just gave it a little scrub and things came off. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay immensely! Kitchen has lots of cooking supplies (bring your own spices though) and there were beach items for us to use (towels, boogie boards, toys, beach cart, etc.) We were a little disappointed that the image shows several beach chairs and we only had one broken beach chair and two camp chairs to use for the 4 of us but we made it work :) Thank you Gina for the wonderful stay!

The host could take some tips

I have stayed with friends at other VRBO'S, but this was my first time with my husband. I was familiar with what to expect from a host, and this property fell short of my expectations. We had to go to the nearest market and pick up the staples needed to stay in a home for a week. If there was more than 2 rolls of T/P in the home, it was hidden well, as well as P/T. In addition, the home lacked dish washing soap, sponges, cleaning spray (supplies) and dishwasher tabs(soap). I wanted to grill, so I checked out the grill, and the automatic start wouldn't light, as well as the grill being uncleaned from the last meal. I then proceeded to open the umbrella, and stopped because there were bats sleeping/living at the top, so I left it open til the morning, and then closed the umbrella up and never used the porch. The host and handyman came into the home for repairs, I felt it was intrusive during our stay. Also, last day the host took all the cleaning supplies from a cabinet. The master shower didn't appear to be cleaned prior to arrival. This home didn't seem to have a professional cleaning service. We loved our experience in Hilton Head, the people, and area. I have never stayed in a VRBO where the host didn't provide for the guest, and was forced to run out to the nearest market for staples for the hosts home. We left the home super clean, again, from experience, knowing what to do.

Great Location But Needs Attention

Great location. Loved having the bike path and beach access right out the front door and the pool off the deck. We also loved the proximity to Coligny. The unit needs some attention. The mattresses for both beds in the 2nd bedroom should be replaced. You can feel the springs in them when laying on them. A fresh coat of paint and new carpet on the stairs are needed. It could use a good deep cleaning as well. It was clean, but there are areas that could use a good scrubbing. The place smelled very musty when we arrived, especially the sofa. The 2nd bathroom was slow to drain all week and ended up leaking through the kitchen ceiling on our last night. The dryer didn't work either when we did laundry on our last night. The heating element had broke in the dryer. The ignitor of the gas grill broke when we tried to grill some burgers, and since we didn't have a lighter we couldn't use the grill that night. We also didn't get a code to use the cabana at the beach. Gina was very responsive to my emails and text messages. We sent a text message to Gina right away when the grill quit working. She offered to have someone fix it the next day, but we said it could wait since we weren't planning to use the grill the rest of our stay. Gina was also very responsive on the last night when the ceiling leaked and dryer didn't work. She was going to have someone fix those things after we checked out the next morning.

Roaches and Mosquitos

I will start with the cockroach problem. Just over 24 hours into our stay and upon returning from Target to buy supplies to combat the mosquito issue we found a large cockroach on the bedroom dresser. I took a photo and left the property immediately as there was no way I was staying in a place with roaches. I let the host know and thought she would apologize in her reply and offer to refund my stay, but instead she blamed me and refused to provide a refund. I left a pack of breath mints on the dresser which is what got the roaches attention. This should not lead to roaches. The host said this was my fault and said she was surprised there were not more roaches and was sorry I decided to leave and not continue my stay. I’m not sure how many of you would sleep in a room you knew had roaches but I absolutely would not. Before finding the roaches, I had thought the mosquito infestation would be the worst part of the stay. I must have killed more than 20 mosquitos in just over 24 hours. The host said this is likely because I left the doors open or didn’t take out the garbage, again putting the blame on me. We did not leave the doors open and I was planning on taking out the garbage before bed but the roaches interrupted my plans. I also needed to sweep upon arrival because the place was dirty and there were sand and pebbles on the floor. Overall, this was a miserable experience. The host deflecting blame and not providing a refund didn’t help the cause.

Worst place we’ve stayed in our 10+ yrs to HH

I wish I could share pics. I know this place has good reviews, but we don’t know how! It was appalling. We didn’t receive check-in instructions until 10 minutes before our stay began. Upon entry it smelled and there were car fresheners stuck inside vents to hide it. Dust, crumbs, cobwebs, and smudges literally everywhere. The dryer didn’t work and there were dirty sheets and wet floor mats left in the rooms. fingernail clippings and hair in the sinks. Hamburger meat in the silverware drawer and eggs in the dish sponge. The host was called and texted multiple times without a timely response. When she did respond it would only be a partial response as if she was saying just enough to keep Vrbo off her back. The shower also leaked, the curtains were falling off the wall, and so called renovated kitchen had rusty appliances that were also missing parts. I asked for a refund when the host failed to resolve the issues. The last straw was the rotting, moldy floor near the sliding glass door, some black growth all over the ceiling vent, and the wet sheets on the bed! I spoke with Vrbo multiple times and disputed the charges on my account. We chose to leave and stay at another condo. The false advertising, lack of communication, and unsanitary conditions were the worst we’ve experienced. This host should be more considerate of people spending their money on her condo and take pride in caring for it. Pathetic.

Absolute nightmare of cleanliness

We arrived for an early check in at 1pm and when arrival the owner Gina said the previous guests didn’t leave the house in good condition and to come back at 4pm. The house was disturbing when we arrived. Trash all over and smelled terrible. It wasn’t properly cleaned even after 4pm entry. We spent 2 more hours cleaning and my kids still found a lighter, feathers and cigarettes inside the property. Black hair that clogged the shower and the whole house smelled like cigarette smoke. We called VRBO to get a new rental and Gina declined us request for a cleaning reimbursement due to giving us $60 for dinner to come back at 4pm. The ONLY resolution was to have Gina come back to clean the next day. Which we are on a family vacation with a 1,3 and 6 year old.. we don’t want to spend time having people come back in for cleaning especially with nap times and our personal belongings. The sheets had terrible strains of lipsticks and pee stains. Burn marks on the ceiling and yellow marks or spilled drinks or pee on the walls all over. As my kids played on the deck they found condoms. This place never should have been rented out to us. The owner is not responsive when I stressed my concerns and asked for a partial refund. The dryer didn’t work, there was no beach toys or umbrella like pictured. The blinds were left broke and just left in the house. BEWARE! I did personally message after our departure telling Gina to take this property down until these fixes.

Fabulous stay

This was our second time staying at this property, and we had a wonderful time! The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Her response time was very quick. We loved having the pool right off the deck. It was such a pleasant atmosphere. We enjoyed grilling out in the evenings and relaxing on the deck or in the pool area. The walk to the beach is a breeze as it’s right across the street. It couldn’t be a better location! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!
