Questo condominio fronte mare è l'ideale per famiglie e coppie che cercano una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante. A causa della vicinanza alle punte, la spiaggia è la più ampia del Grand Strand. Questo condominio con tre camere da letto e tre bagni situato all'ottavo piano offre una vista spettacolare sull'oceano. Goditi albe e tramonti dall'ampio balcone di 200 piedi quadrati. Per vostra comodità, il servizio wi-fi è disponibile nel condominio.

Le piastrelle sono incluse nell'ingresso, nella cucina, nella zona pranzo, nel soggiorno e nei bagni. Tutte le camere sono moquette; la nuova moquette è stata installata nel 2017. Il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo hanno una vista panoramica con sette finestre con vista sull'oceano e porte in vetro. Il soggiorno è decorato con un divano letto matrimoniale, un divano e due poltrone reclinabili; il divano e il divanetto sono stati rinnovati di recente nella primavera del 2018. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità per una maggiore comodità. Nel 2012 è stata installata una nuova unità AC e nel 2014 è stata aggiunta un'unità Air Oasis (Ultraviolet Light) per ridurre al minimo muffe e muffe nel sistema HVAC.

C'è un fiume pigro, piscina sull'oceano, piccola piscina coperta, piscina per bambini e molta spiaggia di fronte al condominio. L'edificio ha un garage a tre piani e le unità sono situate in cima al garage per una maggiore comodità per gli ospiti. Ci sono due posti auto riservati per l'unità che si trovano a pochi passi dall'ascensore. C'è un vano portaoggetti all'esterno della porta d'ingresso, quindi non dovrai seguire la sabbia indesiderata. All'interno dell'unità di stoccaggio ci sono giochi di sabbia per bambini, sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni da usare durante il vostro soggiorno.

I proprietari hanno completamente attrezzato la cucina con un sacco di pentole e piccoli elettrodomestici per l'uso, tra cui una caffettiera Keurig e una caffettiera tradizionale. Le TV a schermo piatto sono in tutte le camere da letto e nel soggiorno di dimensioni variabili da 32 pollici a 50 pollici nel soggiorno. Oltre al divano letto, il condominio è dotato di due letti king size e una regina. La camera da letto principale ha un materasso in memory foam da 10 pollici.

I mobili da giardino sono stati aggiornati nel 2015 con mobili in polietilene, tra cui un bilanciere, una chaise longue, due sedie da pub e un tavolo da pub.

Outstanding in every way. Clear and friendly communication, easy parking, clean condo with plenty of room for our 4 adults and 1 child, loaded kitchen ( even had an air fryer so the kids didn't starve! ), very handy closet full of beach gear so we didn't have to bring our own, amazing view from the balcony, great water pressure in the shower to wash all the sunscreen off at the end of the day. Just perfect!

We had a great stay at Jack’s condo. It was well stocked other than towels.We supplied those ourselves. The view was wonderful and there was plenty of seating in the living room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. You should try this condo you will not be sorry.

We had a wonderful time at Gigi's condo. It was nice not having tp pack a lot of beach items, because they had everything. All we had to bring was towels and a wagon for the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were comfortable. And there is toys for the little kids to play with inside. Very nice place. I can't say enough about how wonderful it was.

Awesome week!

We had a great family trip at this property. The unit is perfect for families, the space is well maintained and very clean! You can tell they take a lot of care for this unit and it is very well stocked. The beach is great for families and little kids. I highly recommend it and would definitely return in the future!

Home away from home

I can't say enough about our stay at the condo for Spring Break. From the very convenient parking spaces (located near elevator), spacious bedrooms/bathrooms (master suite bathroom is huge), the extended balcony, fully stocked kitchen and beautiful beach view....we couldn't have asked for more. Pictures do not do it justice. Check-in and out was seemless and communication with the owner was prompt. Location was very convenient to mini-golf, restaurants and ice cream! Insta-cart delivers straight to the condo's door which was wonderful. Definitely 5/5 stars for sure! Can't wait to visit again.

A simply perfect vacation spot!

If you want a beach condo that has everything you need, this is it! I laughed (to myself, of course!) watching folks unload beach chairs and umbrellas and sand buckets. I laughed because all I needed to unpack were personal belongings. Jack and Jeanie have fully stocked their beautifully-decorated condo with pretty much everything you need. This is my second stay in Gigi's Condo and I can assure you it won't be the last. I love the care and attention the Moores give to make sure visitors feel as if they are home. You'll love this place!

Week long vacation

We stayed for a week in June 2025. Two adults and four teens (14, 17, 19). Communication from the very beginning with property manager/owner was very thorough. Check in instructions and other information provided before stay and checked to ensure the materials could be printed before the arrival date. The property was very clean. Many extra touches that we found made it much more comfortable than some places we have stayed such as many throw blankets in each room and living room, make up mirrors in each bathroom, and plenty of kitchen necessities. The storage room had chairs, umbrellas, and some beach toys available which was very nice because we didn’t have to worry about bringing them or where to keep them. The view from the balcony is amazing! Would definitely consider a stay here again!

Great Vacation Spot! Clean, Updated, Comfortable, Great Location!

We stayed at this gorgeous condo in August 2011 for a week... Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience! The owners make the rental process simple. They are also very easy and friendly to work with and available should you need anything or have questions. The condo itself has everything you could ask for and then some! So many extras you would never expect. The kitchen had enough cookware to feed an army, plenty of "gadgets", and nice appliances. The bedrooms are nicely appointed, each with its own bathroom. The master is oceanfront with a door to the balcony! The living room/ dining room/ kitchen area is open and spacious. You never feel as though you're sitting on top of each other. The in-unit washer and dryer is very convenient. The location is great also... It's a short drive away from plenty of restaurants and attractions, yet in a quiet area of Cherry Grove. You get your own designated parking spaces, so there's no hunting for a spot when you come "home" with a food coma after dinner! Also, the condo building is located near the "pointe" (an inlet) which was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place.

Wish we could use it more, but since we can't be there all the time, the next best thing is knowing that others are having time there to relax and enjoy the area. Beautiful rental condo with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The place was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully well stocked, and genuinely comfortable from the moment we arrived. Best of all, it’s right on the Atlantic—easy access to the water and views—yet surprisingly quiet inside, so we slept great. Great Spring Break Vacation

Nicely appointed condo with all the supplies and appliances you need. View from the balcony was awesome. The storage closet had everything we needed for sitting on the beach. The location was perfect, kind of away from the busy areas. Communication with owner was great and he was very helpful. Would stay here again for sure.

Just Perfect for our Family

We couldn’t be happier with our accommodations in the North Myrtle area! Communication was stellar, cleanliness was superb and the condo was well stocked and very family friendly! Oh and the decor is classic and updated…. Wait don’t forget a PERFECT ocean view!!
