Vieni a rilassarti a West Cliff Azure. Una casa spaziosa con viste incredibili sulla baia di Monterey. Fai attenzione alle balene e ai delfini mentre ti diverti dalla cucina della cambusa. Osserva l'acqua mentre sorseggi una bevanda e goditi la vista dal soggiorno e dalla cucina / sala da pranzo recentemente ristrutturate.
Questa casa con 4 camere da letto / 4 bagni può ospitare comodamente 8 persone. La camera da letto principale ha un letto Cal King e le altre 3 camere da letto dispongono di letti queen size (tutti i materassi per hotel). Un letto gonfiabile queen size offre ulteriori opzioni per dormire. *** ATTENZIONE: la casa accanto è attualmente in costruzione. Ci scusiamo per qualsiasi disturbo. ***
Tutti e quattro i bagni sono stati recentemente ristrutturati, tra cui il bagno privato.
Il balcone avvolgente è perfetto per prendere il sole e sorseggiare un caffè mentre si beve nella vista sull'oceano. Puoi fare un barbecue sul ponte posteriore mentre guardi i pellicani volare in alto. C'è un pozzo del fuoco nel cortile sul retro per arrostire marshmallow e guardare il cielo notturno mentre ascolti i suoni delle onde che si infrangono contro le scogliere.
La casa si trova in un quartiere tranquillo circondato da residenti a tempo pieno. Chiediamo ai nostri ospiti di rispettare le ore tranquille (21:00 feriali, 22:00 weekend). Le parti che causano un disturbo ai vicini non sono ammesse. Questa casa non è disponibile per matrimoni o eventi.

Questa casa si trova proprio su West Cliff Drive. Attraversare la strada e passeggiare o andare in bicicletta lungo il percorso panoramico. Se giri a destra, ti dirigerai verso Natural Bridges State Beach. Se giri a sinistra, ti dirigerai verso la famosa pausa surf "Steamer Lane", un faro e un museo del surf.
Visita le farfalle monarca migranti nel campo del Faro (trascorrono gli inverni tra gli alberi di eucalipto) o vai in bici sul Boardwalk e sali sulle gigantesche montagne russe.
Il nuovo mercato delle foglie è il negozio di alimenti naturali locale che si trova a piedi e in bicicletta. Fermati nella pasticceria francese di Kelly per il tuo caffè mattutino o la preparazione della montagna di Santa Cruz per uno freddo.
Puoi fare una passeggiata fino alla fine del molo e goderti la vista, i leoni marini e vari punti ristoro.

Lovely home with a spectacular view. We were three couples, so it was wonderful that everyone got their own king size bed and full bathroom. The house was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. The property manager, Amanda, was always very responsive. We all enjoyed our stay very much.

The views are amazing and the balcony is the perfect spot for coffee or a glass of wine. We used all four bedrooms and bathrooms - the house was plenty big enough for our whole family. The access to the beach and walking paths along the ocean made this a five star experience. Thank you!

Beautiful house and the location is unbeatable! The views are even more breathtaking in person, especially from the upper levels. There were so many amenities available like bikes and boogie boards and kayaks, and even though we didn’t get to take advantage of all of them I really appreciate that they were offered. We will absolutely return to this gorgeous place.

Our second stay in this Westcliff sea-front house, a real gem. Amazing ocean views and never a shortage of things to watch from the windows/balcony – natural and human! Really well laid out, genuine family holiday home, well-equipped kitchen. Great communication and easy check-in. We hope to come back for a third time!

We’ve visited here at least 5 times over the years. Love the view and everything about the property. Close driving distance to the pier, downtown, and even Capitola. Walking distance to Natural Bridges State Park and Lighthouse Point. You can see otters, seals, and an innumerable number of pelicans from the windows and from the deck. We hope to be back soon!

The property is in a beautiful location. It offers great amenities, there was nothing else we could have asked for. The setup works really well for friends or family with two living rooms and as many bathrooms as bedrooms. The views from the upstairs balcony were amazing! The property manager was responsive and extremely helpful. I would rent again for any getaway.

This is a gorgeous home and location, and we had a wonderful time. Everything was smooth from booking to arrival and for our entire stay. The house is well-appointed and the views are stunning. We watched sunrise and sunset, and enjoyed seeing birds and otters. We hope to return! We appreciated it all.

Overall a very nice place. Lots of room for 5 people. Nice, new and clean bathrooms. There were some ants on kitchen counters and it took a few days to get rid of them. It would also be nice if they had screens on windows that opened. There were some moths and some other bugs that would fly in. Great view and good location to things.

This is a wonderful home with an exceptional view! The hosts were excellent and easy to communicate with. The home was very well set up with everything we needed for a comfortable stay for 8 people. There was plenty of seating. The bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with everything we needed and even some thoughtful extras that weren’t necessarily needed but very nice to have on hand. This felt like an incredible home away from home. I would 10/10 recommend this rental, and we have even started discussing our next visit as a family.

Absolutely lovely location. The house and kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The layout was ideal as each bedroom has privacy and each couple had their own bathroom. The mattresses were comfortable in every room. We were in town for our daughters wedding and the house was a perfect home base for our family.

Fantastic Vacation

This beautiful home is exactly as advertised and sitting in the living room looking out at surfers and hearing the waves crash was amazing. We had a tremendous family vacation here and will definitely return. Also - the owner and property manager were incredibly responsive and kind.

Darren and Lisa Kerr have lived in the Bay Area for 30 years. We moved here to be closer to the hub of technological development, and fell in love with the unique beauty of Northern California and the wonderful people we have come to know. Our family of five loves hiking, playing volleyball, going to baseball games, golfing, making artwork, and especially eating out.
Our amazing property manager, Amanda Szescei, lives a short bike ride away. She's lived in Santa Cruz, Maui, Palo Alto, and Southern California and can help you with anything you need to know to have a wonderful vacation.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We first appreciated the beauty of this specific location while at a plein air painting workshop. When we learned this property was available and had the opportunity to take in the views from the upstairs deck, it took about 30 seconds before we both said, 'YES!!!'.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The upstairs dining room provides stunning views of the bay and surf crashing on the rocks and beach. Adjacent is a comfortable living room where your family and friends can hang out and relax in the company of beautiful Monterey Bay. The galley style kitchen is open to the dining and living rooms and also has stunning views, so it's hardly work to be delegated food prep duties. Two of the bedrooms and beautifully remodeled bathrooms are also upstairs. The upstairs deck in the front overlooks the ocean, and then wraps around to a larger and more sheltered deck in the back with comfortable outdoor furniture and a large gas bbq. The spacious back yard has room for volleyball or yard games and rustic fire pit.
The downstairs great room boasts a wall of windows facing the ocean, premium cable for catching sports or movie at night and large light-filled space perfect for morning yoga.
Two other two remodeled bathrooms and two comfortable bedrooms are also downstairs. We have seven beach cruiser bikes to share, along several boogie boards, skim boards, and a few wet suits. We have 6 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella.
We have a ping pong/pool table in the garage. We ask that you enjoy the games in the garage, but close the automatic garage door during quiet hours. (The noise from the pool table/ping pong games can disturb the neighbors.)
You are steps away from the popular West Cliff sidewalk and bike path. From here there are stairs down to the ocean. Lighthouse Field/beach is a ten minute walk along the West Cliff sidewalk to your left, while Natural Bridges beach is just a mile along the same path to your right. The Santa Cruz Boardwalk is a mile and a half away - easy for the family to bike in ten minutes; though you will probably stop along the way to take photos or mental snapshots, as there's always something to catch your eye - seals, otters, even the occasional whale sighting.
