This was such a disappointment. This was a trip my husband was excited to take before he passed in Feb. I decided it was important for our family to still come together in memory of him and have some family together time. Our 5 kids, their spouses and 7 kids under the age of 7.I am beside myself on how terrible it was. Especially for the price paid!! The floors were dirty. The hot tub, which was a big rental point for me, was disgusting. As a hot tub owner, I know this has not been cleaned in a long time!!! There was stuff all around the filter and on the seat. It looked like dead skin. In any event it was unable to be used and quite honestly a health issue! Then we found mouse droppings on the floor!!! Never seen the mice and the droppings appeared on the 2nd day. We had kids there!! The grill was unable to be used bc of sparks coming up from it. I was mortified that my kids and grandkids had to experience this, and I do have pics of everything. What was suppose to be a relaxing memorable weekend turned into a anything but. I DO NOT recommend. Very disappointed.

This is our third summer renting this house for a reunion! It is the perfect space for people to spend time inside and outside the house. The newly renovated kitchen is great for cooking a meal for a large group! The location is beautiful and the houses are well maintained. The host is very communicative. I highly recommend this property!

Golf trip

We had a large group up for a golf trip and the house was perfect for what we wanted. The property is massive, house has a ton of beds/bedrooms and the added amenities like the hot tub and game room were great to come back to each day.

Great place!

We rented the 10 Bdrm house on the top of the hill. The house was great! We were 20 people all together for a long weekend. Kitchen is huge with great appliances. Plenty of bathrooms and lounge space. The back yard had a nice fire pit. The jacuzzi was a nice touch too. The kids had plenty of space to play and run. Beds were comfortable which is a huge plus!

Incredible Property!

This is the second summer that I have stayed at this property with my friends! The homes are spacious with plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and spaces to eat meals together. The indoor hot tubs are a great treat and the outdoor spaces are perfect for hanging out. The views of the river and scenery from the porches are beautiful!

Great family vacation home

The property was spacious and 10 bedrooms was perfect for the 18 of us. House was great but could use new living room sofa and dining area chairs to make it perfect. The owners were very responsive to questions and inquiries and the property manager, Mark , and Dave were quick to answer our requests : We had a wonderful week

What an awesome location and a house!

This is great place to stay. We had 20 people with us and the place was awesome. Very spacious and cozy. The communication with owner was very great and he was super accommodating. The house is exactly what we needed and fulfilled all our needs. I would totally stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family. Everything was just perfect! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!!!

Incredible Property

My friends and I rented all three homes on this property together for a reunion. The houses are incredible with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces! We really enjoyed the large lawns, basketball court, indoor hot tubs and access to the river. The rooms are spacious and clean and we particularly enjoyed the large game rooms and living rooms. This place is perfect for a large group and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the Hudson Valley area!

Boy's trip

this property was clean with lot's of room for everyone. The kitchen needs a little TLC but we were there with 12 guys so we made the best of it. The only negative thing i can say is the driveway was very steep with loose gravel which made it tricky with motorcycles.

Great place

This property is amazing. It’s clean, has good parking, good outdoor space. It is great for a large family group. Or if you are smaller group you can rent one of the smaller houses on its own (3 houses on property) it was great for children and adults. It is very private. 5 min. Drive to multiple beaches. Within 20 min. Drive is horse back riding/a rodeo. There is also the racetrack at Saratoga and lake George close by as well.

Family vacation

This is a great property. Lots of space, we had a huge party with 17 children under 10years old and it fit us great. The place is clean. The communication was great and very easy to check in. There are nice family beaches very close (within minutes). Lake George is only 20 min. Away and there are tons of things to do there. The hot Tubs were a nice addition as well. No complaints at all. We would like to go back.

Corinth, NY so much to see and do.

Pros: the location is great, close to Lake George, shops and outlets, there are nearby family beaches in Lake Lazurne and Corinth, plus hiking trails. The house has plenty of room for the whole family. Beds comfy, TV's everywhere (once we had the internet issues sorted out). The camp fire ring was perfect for s'mores nights..local firewood sales are easy to find. The dining areas easily accommodated our group of 20. There's a clean hot tub for winding down and games room for evening fun. Con: The kitchen left much to be desired and in need of full renovation. Small, cramped, little prep area and barely room for two in the cooking/cleaning area. We made it work, but as someone who loves to cook for and with family, the kitchen made it a chore rather than a fun time.

Warning, Condition is Comparable to a Frat House

Should have been a red flag when the owner day before we arrived was very short and had no time to give me check in instructions over the phone. Check in to find a broken down filthy home with disrepair everywhere. Doors that were impossible to open, layers of filth everywhere, layers of thick dust on fans and air conditioning units blowing into the house. The list goes on with no resolution. The listing pictures showing clean well maintained property are misleading!!

Dirty/Unclean

Very DIRTY!!!! We understand that the house was unused for a few months. However, we paid $x,xxx for 7 days Good business dictates that the house and surrounding property be cleaned before the arrival of paying clients. At this point some will say … ‘why did you not just leave?’ We did want to but we are a group of 21 from various states who had scheduled events. Leaving was not feasible. So we cleaned and sanitized to make it easier to tolerate for a few days Please allow us to outline the extent of the atrocities we encountered… (1) Roach droppings in the kitchen drawers (2) A kitchen floor that had not been mopped in at least 6 months (3) Dirty stove that needed scrubbing before we could use (4) We just put the coffee pots in a roach droppings cupboard… (5) Extremely thick layer of black dust on all fans and light fixtures (6) Thick dust on heating grates and AC units (7) Upstairs Bathroom has a dripping faucet and it is extremely difficult to turn on the hot water in the tub (8) Extremely dirty floors (9) Most of the electrical outlets in the Living Room do not work (10) Laundry Room is disgustingly cluttered (11) All linen were stink (I do not have a better way of describing them) (12) Shelving loose in closets (13) Really ugly bathrooms (14) The patio is very unflattering (15) The unfortunate Fire Pit area has evidence of no attention for quite some time Please note that we thoroughly cleaned the stove and sanitized the pots and pans each day, roaches.

Hi Sheryl, I'm sorry that your stay did not go as planned, I don't know why you didn't reach out to me the entire time you were there and we could have helped take care of your concerns. We acknowledge that the kitchen is a little dated and we are looking at various options for the kitchen, however I don't believe the other complaints are valid. The house is a clean, comfortable, large house with 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Most of the house was built not that long ago, and even your complaint about the bathrooms being ugly, 6 out of 8 of them are recently done and look beautiful, only 2 of them are a little older and still kept clean and fully functioning. I apologize if one of the sinks and one of the tubs were hard to use, however if you would have told us, we would have taken care of it right away. As a side note, you mentioned you wanted to leave, but was not able to since you had 21 people. Although we always want our guests to be happy and we never want them to leave unhappy, I do have to point out that we are right between Lake George and Saratoga Springs, around 15 miles from each. Each of those locations have many hotels that could very easily accommodate a group of 21,

This house was great for my extended family. We loved that there were so many bedrooms - and so many with ensuite bathrooms! The house felt private and was well equipped with the basics of what we would need. The game room in the basement was a huge hit - with ping-pong, foos ball, AND pool! We enjoyed the large fire pit and the hot tub, as well. The location was convenient - being able to get to the Tops supermarket in just a few minutes if we needed anything last minute.

We had our annual family reunion here with 19 people. The house was a perfect gathering place with a large kitchen and living room to gather and catch up around the 2 large tables. The game room downstairs was a hit with a ping pong table, pool table, and foose ball table. The hot tub was a welcomed activity after swimming in the river and the outdoor fire pit surrounded by beautiful trees and in the crisp clean mountain air was a real treat. Looking forward to staying here again if we ever find ourselves going back to the adirondack mountains again.
