What a wonderful apartment in a fantastic location! Paolo has been a delight to deal with, and his property is as welcoming, comfortable, and beautifully appointed as anyone could wish.In the thick of the Marais, with Rue Bretagne and all its food just around the corner, it’s a great base to explore the food, art, music and history of this priceless city.

This is a very comfortable flat in a truly fantastic location—lots to do within a block or two, easy access to metro, and the flat is stocked with almost anything you might need. (You may want to bring your own soap or body wash, and tea, but basically everything else was there.) The flat was as described, the bed is comfortable, there are plenty of clean, nice towels, and everything works exactly as it should. The decor is full of interesting Asian art and natural objets and feels like evidence of a creative and well-traveled host. Pablo communicated immediately and thoroughly and was really friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The price is very fair. I would definitely stay here again.

a perfect small cozy hideaway in the center of hopping Le Marais. Perfect location, well equipped, artfully decorated, comfortable bed, layout and storage good, everything works. Excellent communication with host. The only two things to be aware of: bathtub only with handheld shower head may be inconvenient for some. Also, natural light is very limited due to the configuration of the building.

This artist’s loft in the Marais is a gem! Paulo the host is very communicative and cooperative, and everything in the apartment worked beautifully. I highly recommend it.

Paolo’s flat was the perfect home for our week in Paris. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood in La Marais, close to great restaurants and fun shops. The flat was just as pictured and Paolo was an excellent host. We would definitely stay here on future trips to Paris.

We loved staying at this property. It was close to great food and shopping, reasonable walking distance from most of the sites we went to see, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

This vrbo was perfect for us - location was wonderful with lots of restaurants and shops, and close proximity to metro. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and a very quiet place to come back to in the evening after a busy day! We loved it!

Apartment was as described, large studio in the heart of the Maria’s. Newly renovated, freshly painted and very clean. Lovely big, comfortable bed, easy to navigate washing machine and dryer, great little kitchen and a very welcome bathtub.Communication with Paolo was excellent with quick replies to any queries. Loved our stay.

I loved everything about my stay. The location is fabulous and the host was wonderful. Paolo stayed in contact with me, everything was easy. The apartment was newly renovated, immaculate, with lots of storage space, fully stocked kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows and linens were lovely. I was traveling alone and felt very safe in the building. This space is perfect for a single traveler or a couple. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Paolo, it was an exceptional stay.

Great little spot in the artist district

We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! What a beautiful city and tons of places just a short walk from the unit. Once we were used to the metro and buses getting anywhere was quite easy. Paolo was an excellent host and great communicator!

The apartment is located in Le Marais, one block from the Picasso Museum. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the owner provides helpful information to enhance your stay. It’s within easy walking distance to two metro lines which will get you to any place you may want to visit in the city. Many good restaurants nearby and within a ten minute walking radius of the apartment. The apartment feels must larger than the stated size and was a great place to relax after longs days of sightseeing.

The perfect hideaway in Paris

I loved staying at this property! The Marais area of Paris and the Apt is just great, super clean and easy to check in .Everything that you would want is there for you to use from the kitchen, bathroom and the bedroom. Paolo is an amazing host and always ready to answer any concerns you would have. I highly recommend this place .

A hidden gem, in the fabulous Marais!

We were quite lucky to not only find this gem, but were supported by a kind and supportive host! The neighborhood is fabulous. It is a real lived in arrondissement, filled with absolutely everything you could imagine to make you feel like you are actually Parisian; not a tourist.

Simply wonderful. Our stay could not have been easier or better. Paolo is a very good host and communicator. We had no problems finding or getting into the apartment. We felt like we had our own slice of Paris. The apartment is quiet and has everything you need and is located next to cafes, restaurants and shops. We felt very safe and had a remarkable time. We most certainly would book again.

Paolo’s flat was perfect for the two of us. Very clean, very well decorated and very comfortable. Paolo was phenomenal in communications for checking in, suggestions on places and things to do and checking out along with the apartment information. Highly recommend Paolo and his flat!
