This was a beautiful and well kept house and so close to downtown St. Augustine. We were able to walk everywhere. It had all of the comforts of home. Also…the pool was AMAZING and so clean. We would stay here again!

Mrs. Pauline was a wonderful host and we had excellent communication. The property was a dream both in its amenities as well as its proximity to the historic district. We parked our car on Sunday and didn't get back in it until we left. I can not say enough great things about this trip and property. The catholic church property next door is a wonderful place for walk. FYI you can see the top of the three hundred foot cross from the shower window! Thank you again!

Delightful stay in St Augustine. Easy walk downtown. Close to everything. House is very cute, plenty of room and a pool. Would stay here again.

Great home in Historic St Augustine

This home was the perfect place to stay for our girls weekend in historic St Augustine. The house is perfectly clean and cared for, and is stocked with everything you need for a wonderful getaway. The grounds and pool are perfect for Florida, and we loved being able to walk to downtown. I would recommend this house for anyone looking to get immersed into St Augustine's culture and fun.

Fantastic location and wonderful owner.

We had a wonderful time thanks to the owner, Pamela's, thoughtfulness and well appointed accommodations. We especially loved the private pool after a day of touring. Her recommendations for restaurants and shopping were right on. The home was spotless, quiet, beautiful and spacious. We can't wait to come back. Thank you Pamela

Comfortable & Beautiful

This home is absolutely wonderful! The decor, the pool, the location...everything was perfect for us! We truly loved walking through the quiet neighborhood and past the fort everyday to and from the historic district. The owner Pauline was super sweet and easy to communicate with. This rental is such a little gem!!

home away from home

we utilized both the house AND the cottage, and it was a perfect amount of space for the group that went. Home is in walking distance to EVEYRTHING, in a great neighborhood, well stocked and clean. The pool was the perfect size and the fact that there's a noise ordinance time made it so nice for resting and relaxing!! We now know where we WILL stay moving forward every time we go to St Augustine...

Very clean!

My husband, family, and I have stayed in St. Augustine many times. I have never found a rental that I have been happy with due to either location or cleanliness. This house was very clean and exceeded my expectations! It is also in a wonderful area close to the fort. The owners are also very sweet! I can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Enjoyed the pool area and the overall location of the house as it was easily walkable to most areas you might want to go. We are a walking family and enjoyed the walking around but if there are mobility issues and with parking problems at certain times of the day, that might pose an obstacle. But for our needs it was great.

Wonderful Getaway

The house is completely charming, well maintained and immaculate. The location was also perfect, the mission, the fort and the old city were within easy walking distance. The month we spent there flowed by so quickly because it was just so comfortable. We found a wonderful fresh fish store on Anastasia Island (The Seafood Shop)which is the retail outlet of a large wholesale distributor. Get the kabobs left over from cutting the steaks. Very reasonably priced. Our thanks to Pauline. She is easy to work with and always responsive should any small problem arise.

Perfect House Perfect Location

The main house is perfect for family of 4. We added the cottage when my sister decided to visit! Private pool is amazing and we walked to and from the city on a few occasions. The house is well stocked with just about everything you can imagine! Highly recommend!!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay! The owner initiated the conversation at the perfect time, answered all questions and was very helpful when needed. The house and pool were exactly as described and very clean. We are already talking about staying here again for a family trip in the near future!

Nice location, short walk to downtown

Overall everything was great. Outdoor grill with plenty of propane was nice. We suggest a second TV in one of the bedrooms.

Short summer getaway

Our family enjoyed thouroughly enjoyed our trip. The house was great and Pauline was accessible and responsive. We especially loved the size of the kitchen and having access to the pool. We'll be back.

Ideal for our needs

The property is well located - numerous attractions, shops, restaurants, and bars are within an easy walk. In addition, there are several great beaches within a reasonable drive (we particularly enjoyed visiting the Matanzes Inlet and Saint Augustine Beach - we rented a 4x4 Jeep and accessed the St Augustine Beach with our vehicle, which made it very convenient to grab lunch, drinks etc from our vehicle. ) The property itself was clean and delivered as advertised. The owner was responsive and provided a very detailed list of local recommendations, which we put to good use. She also provided bikes and s cooler for our use. The private pool was a blessing at the beginning and end of the day. I recommend this property.
