Beautiful home in a great location. We thought the pool was heated and there was access to a hot tub but we could have mis read the listing. Overall we had a wonderful time and loved this stay.

Property was roomy and inside furniture was in good shape and comfortable. A lot of outside furniture was rusted and would stain your clothes. Elevator broke down and could not be fixed by maintenance staff had to carry luggage down the stairs when we got ready to leave. Big problem for two 74 year old people. There is not an easy access to beach had to drive to public beach entrance

Very clean and beautiful home, great location. We had a plumbing issue (city's fault) and it was taken care of same day, on a holiday no less. We got a refund for that day. So we would definitely stay again.

Great location, great house!

The house was perfect for our large family, close to the beach, great pool, nice big home. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location by the beach!

This place was great! The swimming pool was awesome, and the place provided more than everything that we needed for our stay! It is located within 5-10 minutes of everything on Tybee island. We will be back!

Spotless House, Excellent Location

We loved this house. It was spotless and comfortable. Literally a half a block from the beach, 20 mins from Savannah.

Great family place

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home and enjoyed it amenities! We had 7 kids and 7 adults and had plenty of room. The neighborhood was great, but a couple of the locals complained about the noise, although we were very careful to observe the 7am to 10 pm quiet times. The property manager was fantastic about the issues and encouraged us to enjoy our stay. Thanks for allowing us to make fun memories on Tybee!!

Overall a great week!

We really enjoyed our week in Tybee! My husband, daughter and I stayed with our parents and my brother. There was plenty of space for us all, and the location was fantastic! Quiet, close to the beach and the turtle pond was a nice touch. My only complaint is that the baby gate, one lounge chair by the pool, one chair on the balcony, and the pool alarm were broken

Great stay.

There could of been more silverware and dishwater for this size of house and occupancy. Meal prep was a challenge. Everything else was great.

The pro’s & con’s of this property

This was an interesting week at 59 Captains view, Tybee Island. I’ll list my pros and cons and you decide if it’s for you. Pros……. *Beautiful,spacious, clean home in nice neighborhood. *Two wonderful balconies, with a good view of ocean, kinda far view, but a view nonetheless. *Ample dining space *Bathroom on each of the three floors Con’s……. *Its 2022, need to get keyless entry. We had to go to rental office to pick up 2 sets of keys before getting to house. *Upon arrival the elevator was not working properly. They sent maintenance and they fixed it. One hour later my mother got stuck on elevator for about 8/10 minutes. We never used it again the rest of the trip. *Dryer made a horrible loud noise. *The walls/floors are paper thin and you can hear every footstep above you. *The downstairs bedroom was arctic cold, middle floor temp was ok, and top floor was too hot. If the people downstairs adjust temperature to not freeze then the people upstairs roast. *The three baby gates they have there to block steps off are all broken. Although I read a previous reviews from 8 months ago saying they fixed the problem, they didn’t. *And finally we got a text message on the first night there at 8pm saying we were being too loud and to abide by the quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7pm. We also got the same message on the last night there. So we received 2 “warmings” at 8pm and again at 7:30 telling us to be quiet on our vacation. I personally will not be staying there again.

There are noise alert devices in vacation homes to ensure that neighbors are not disturbed after the Tybee wide quiet hours. Hope you can come back to Tybee in the future!

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was beautiful. Also, the housekeeping and the housewares were both first rate. Beach access was not particularly convenient.

Best Spot on Tybee

Quiet location, tons of rooms, great views and beautifully decorated. The elevator was great for those big grocery shopping trips. You can walk to North Beach. Taxi rides were so cheap there is almost no point in driving your own vehicle around the island.

Team Beach

Beautiful home and close to the beach. Large enough for 2-3 families and still enough space to move around. Quiet neighborhood and friendly. Store and other amenities just around the corner. The house is fully equipped so you don't have to go out to eat. Other beach access less than a mile away. Enjoyed the stay and would definitely consider making this an annual trip.
