Questo 2500 piedi quadrati casa è un open space al piano terra con cucina soggiorno e schermo in veranda sul retro della casa. Una sala da pranzo separata e nella parte anteriore della casa. Il piano di sotto ha anche un mezzo bagno con lavanderia. Ci sono due ingressi ... Una porta d'ingresso o di un ingresso indipendente in un mudroom. La veranda è enorme con aree per rilassarsi. Il piano superiore dispone di 3 camere da letto .... La camera matrimoniale è abbastanza grande, con una zona salotto separata arredata con divanetto, futon e TV. Il bagno camera matrimoniale è arredata con una vasca profonda rilassante e doccia separata. Le 2 camere da letto hanno una grande sensazione di sole con letti queen size. Il secondo bagno ha una combinazione vasca doccia e sarebbe stato utilizzato dai due camere da letto ... La cucina è completamente moderno con ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inox e isola centrale con 3 sgabelli da bar per godersi socializzare ... La sala da pranzo è arredata con tavolo e sedie da 6 per una cena più intima .... La caratteristica migliore di questa casa è la all'aperto proiettati in Surround stanza da boschi e completamente arredate con mobili in vimini per il relax in un ambiente privo di bug. Al piano inferiore nel seminterrato è un ottimo posto che ha ping pong, air hockey e macchina del peso per intrattenere gli ospiti. Questa casa è come una casa meravigliosa per coppie o famiglie di avere del tempo di qualità insieme

Our family enjoyed staying at this spacious home in the beautiful Berkshire woods . It rained our first day there but there was plenty of access to various systems on the T.V. along with books and games to use if we chose. After busy visits with family and activities, it was so nice to come home to a private, quiet home where we could just relax and enjoy a peaceful evening. While the greenery was beautiful, this home must be gorgeous in the Fall.

Relaxing property

A wonderful house, very comfortable, clean, private, chill. Property owner Vicki was a pleasure to work with. Due to the actual location, we may or may not be that way again, but if we do end up in that area, we would DEFINITELY stay here again. A great stay at a very decent price.

Great place to stay as escape from city

Our family stayed there (mine and my brother) with children. We liked the house, big and comfortable, well equipped. Close to the beach on the lake with options for swimming, fishing and hiking.

What a great house! Peaceful location, large and beautiful house. Exactly true to pictures. We slept well and enjoyed a relaxed stay visiting nearby family. Would absolutely come back—hearing the birds in the morning from the screen porch was such a cheerful bonus. And a/c worked great on a hot New England weekend!!

Lovely House in a Quiet Spot

We enjoyed our second stay at this quiet home in Otis. House is large and lovely with more than enough space for a family or group, with 3 bedrooms. The master suite is huge and comfortable.

Yearly Family Retreat

Vicki is a fantastic host she is attentive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was well appointed and fit our needs perfectly. The street does not match the home it is the prettiest house on the street.

Everything was tip-top! Plenty of space, beautiful house… kitchen, living room, porch, garage, etc. ideal for family get-togethers! Great bedrooms, very quiet and restful! We stayed here once before about 5 years ago and enjoyed our second time as much as the first.

Lovely clean home in a nice isolated location. Close to Big Pond, which has a nice quiet beach and a nice playground too. Loved the front deck and back screened porch—there were no mosquitos during the days, so we were able to enjoy both. Owner was very helpful/great communication. Owner does not provide “personal items”, so remember to bring your own soap/body wash and shampoo.

Amazing Home !!!!

SO CLEAN--PERFECT LOCATION--EVERY AMENITY INCLUDED. This home has it all - beautifully decorated with new kitchen, updated quality furnishings, comfortable bedding, and a fabulous entertainment room downstairs perfect for keeping the grandchildren busy on a rainy day. We definitely be back.

Third time staying @ this lovely home

We ( my sister, son & wife ) stayed August 5 - 8, and my other son, wife & two grandsons came over for dinner one evening. They live nearby in Becket, and it was great to have the whole family together. The new dining table & chairs were perfect & the screened porch gets great cross breezes. This might be our last visit though as we get older we require safety bars in the shower & higher toilets

Our stay in this large Otis house was just perfect for our needs. It's located down a country dirt lane, quiet, peaceful and lovely. The kitchen was spacious, and well stocked with cooking supplies. The master bedroom was the largest I have ever seen in a VRBO rental, complete with its own bathroom with a shower and a soaking tub. It also has a sitting area with a tv. The other two upstairs bedrooms were well appointed, each with a tv, I believe, and they share a bathroom. There is a third bathroom downstairs, the kitchen, a living room, a family room, a dining room with a table surrounded by many chairs, perfect for meals or playing games. There are games GALORE in the family room! There is also a screened in porch. But my favorite thing to do while there was to drink a cup of coffee on the open front porch, and watch the many humming birds darting back and forth among the beautiful flowers growing there, or to read a book from the lounge chairs.There is no large grocery store in Otis. You have to drive about 25 minutes away to find one. But there is a very close little country store, Katie's Country Store, where you will find your basics, though it is quite expensive. We ate at Knox Trail Inn, also nearby, and enjoyed our meal very much. There is also a gas station in town. Other than that, you won't find any amenities. But if you're looking for tranquility in a beautiful setting, with all the creature comforts, you will not be disappointed!

Just listening to the birds

We wanted a peaceful rest and that is what we got. House is off a road and you cannot hear anything just the birds. First time in the Berkshires and it was close to everything we wanted to do. House had plenty of room and all the amenities you needed. Used the gas grill a couple of time to cook. Sitting outside in the morning the front porch was nice and cool and at night the back porch.

Extremely Secluded -- In a Good Way

Sometimes a listing for "secluded" isn't really so. But here it was wonderfully true. When turning off Rte 23 to High Rise Rd, it looks like a single-lane gravel driveway. Then you continue and continue over the rough road until this amazing house appears in a clearing. It's a hidden gem in the woods. Despite difficulty with the lockbox (you need extraordinary strength) and one car getting a flat tire after driving over High Rise Rd., we had a great time in the house. The master suite can easily sleep at least 5-6 people between the bed, couch, futon, and rollaway found in a closet, and they would share a full bathroom. Plus there are 2 more bedrooms, and they would share the 2nd full bathroom.

Quiet, wooded setting, though we loved hearing the roosters down the road. Very spacious with modern amenities. Vicki the host checked in with us to see if we had questions and the check in and checkout process went smoothly. Great spot for a group.

Wonderful property and we had a great time and would return if we get back to the area. Negatives are only because we had hoped to play ping pong and work out. Neither were operable. Would have been nice had the ceramic grill been clean to use. Again, we love the location and the place had everything we really needed.

We really appreciated the A/C this hot weekend! This place is awesome, clean and had all the kitchen stuff we needed. There was a little glitch one morning with the shower, but the response by the owner was quick. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful and spacious

We rented the house for a place to stay while visiting tanglewood . It’s a beautiful clean house in the woods with a screened in porch that we loved . Everything about the trip was perfect. I highly recommend it

Recently purchased this home and take pride in decorating and furnishing this home for ourselves and others to enjoy. I furnished this home in a modern feel with clean lines and simplicity. The kitchen is totally stock with new appliances, dishes and kitchenwares. You will love to cook here!!! I know I do!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The two outdoor areas.....the front porch and screened in patio in the back of the home are quite relaxing. They are my favorite spots to enjoy reading, listening to music, or having a cocktail. Being in an outside setting allows all of nature come alive such as birds singing and the warmth of the sun.
