James was an effective communicator and the house book of essentials contained all information needed. Check in was smooth and easy. The view of the red rocks from the living room and the back porch was gorgeous!

We enjoyed our stay! The views were amazing and you could see the beautiful Sedona mountains from every window. You really can't beat that!The king-size bed was so comfortable that we came home hating our own bed! As always, we like to leave a place even cleaner than we found it, and we truly appreciated being able to stay in such a beautiful and scenic home. Thank you for sharing your wonderful Sedona house with us. We had a great stay!

Thank you so much for the nice words. You're right... When we bought the house we thought we were going to be hiking a lot. And I'm sitting there looking out the windows going. What am I going to see this different. I'll just sit here and look.. Just kidding... But almost lol. We were lucky on the purchase of the beds that they fit people's need for a comfortable bed. We aren't really that knowledgeable on purchasing beds but I guess we picked the right ones because we consistently do get compliments on the bed. We were happy to host you during your special trip honeymoon and picking our location to be the right place to celebrate. You're welcome anytime! And yes, the house was left in such perfect condition. We have to give you five stars just for that. Thank you so much! James

This home was a great location for us traveling to a wedding in the nearby Tlaquepaque chapel. It worked well for the 5 adults in our group. Any question you may have will be answered in a comprehensive binder on site and labels on everything in the house. The owner James is also very responsive to communications and does a lot to ensure guests are well taken care of with nice touches throughout each room. We would definitely stay here again.

Chapel across the the way is incredibly beautiful and I'm I'm happy your group and yourself were very satisfied and happy with our home. You're right, there is a comprehensive guide at the house, but I also send it a month before your the arrival for every guest to preview before they arrive. The The guide at the house is so that people don't have to print out the 55 pages and waste their ink. Haha I know how ink cost. You're certainly welcome back anytime. And also cleaning reported. The house was left in in very good shape. Which sometimes is kind of hard when you're having a special occasion. Cheers, James

Nice and comfortable home in Sedona. Went for a girls trip and we enjoyed the deck, hot tub and neighborhood. Beautiful views and close to everything we needed.

I hope I don't sound like an echo chamber on every one of these reviews. People are constantly saying the same thing. Thus, I basically say the same thing. I'm very happy that you find everything perfect. Location views comfort is exactly what we try to to give to guest. Views being only 100 yd in either direction. Looking at some of the most beautiful Red rocks in Sedona. Location for sure to be able to walk to three really good restaurants to the left and four or five good restaurants across the street all within less than a half a mile. We were really lucky to find this home so close to everything but yet secluded when you get there and away from all the hustle and bustle of of a tourist down. We'll be seeing you in the near future. I understand. Thanks once again

I go there to go hiking and all I do is walk to the cul-de-sac and look at those beautiful Red rocks. I'm pretty sure you've experienced the same thing. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. Amazing home- very clean and comfortable and so impressed with all the amenities. The host was excellent in communication and made check in and our stay a breeze. I definitely want to visit again in the future, we had a very memorable vacation!

Extremely happy that you stay was memorable. That's all we can hope for. We both try to make everyone's experience the best it could be in Sedona. We keep improving. However it seems like we've almost reached the Pinnacle without charging more. We've kept the same rate for almost 15 years. You're certainly welcome back. This is an awesome place to stay in Sedona. Hot tub is available to enjoy after a hike or simply to take in the view. Indoor fireplace helps take the chill off when it’s cool outside. Location is ideal…great coffee shop nearby and easy access to several trails and sites.

James was great - extremely good communication, before, during and after our stay. Very friendly and very thorough. The house was awesome and the views through every window spectacular. Location very convenient to everything. We spent A LOT of time on the deck relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery all around us. Would highly recommend. We would definitely book again on any return!

Thank you, Edmond. I don't know if my wife would agree with you. Hahaha I appreciate the compliment. Yes I try to make sure everyone is accommodated. The PDF that I built for the house that's 55 pages goes over in detail so that there'll be no questions when you get there. Of course the views are fantastic. I didn't do much to make that happen. Or the weather. But I'll take credit for the comfort of the house. We try our best to make sure everyone has the best possible experience they have when they come to Sedona. Thanks once again

The communication with the host (James) was exceptional. The house was better in person than in pictures. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

But heck nothing is worse that have great images and the people find its not like the great images a professional photographer did.. ANyway thank you and we really hope to ee you agains soon.
