Great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was provided. The host was responsive and easy to work with. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Awesome, clean, homey experience! Beautiful views and perfectly located to so much in a short drive! The friendly pets were an added bonus, it was fun to come home to a dog/cats so excited to see a person they never met.

Our stay was remarkable and enjoyed it so much we are looking forward to coming back, the host is friendly, the house clean and cool, and the dogs are missed. We will definitely book another stay here

Wonderful stay. Property is beautiful, has everything that you need and is in a great location. Pool was a bonus and the rainforest noises were so nice to listen to in the evenings. Our family had a fantastic stay. I would happily return!

Property was absolutely beautiful and the kids (8, 8, 11, 12 years) loved climbing on the rocks and exploring the beautiful trees! We were surprised that we were only on the bottom floor, with that said, we would absolutely come back and the kids have said this was the best house they've stayed at on vacation. The pool was right outside and was used often!! The views are amazing and you would not regret staying here!

La Lomita was exactly as depicted ! The communication with Kimberly was outstanding and better than any 5 star hotel. The lush foliage around the property made for a magical feel to the property and the pool was a lovely and unexpected bonus. The chalk board full of suggestions was so helpful and the towels were abundant and super plush. The kitchen had everything we needed and we especially loved the pets that would greet us in the morning. The coffee that was left for us to use was such a gift. The place was spotless. And the air conditioning worked so very well. Very easy to get to from the airport and the gate made us feel extra secure. Thanks so much for a great time!

We chose this house for my granddaughters graduation trip. The house was just perfect. It was very comfortable. Close to so many things. I love that Kim has a whole list of things to do on a chalkboard in the kitchen. Check-in and check-out very seamless and easy. I will absolutely stay here again!

The property was beautiful. It looked mostly like the pictures, but the pool now has a 3 or 4 foot cement wall & not the open metal fencing as pictured. Water pressure could have been better. One shower got slightly warm while the shower in main bathroom never got warm. No WiFi- internet was down in VRBO unit only - for the 4 days we were there. The main gate also lost internet connection on Tuesday leaving us stuck outside the property trying to reach the host to let us in after a long day of sight seeing. The gate was still broken when we checked out. I"m frustrated that members of our group had to buy data or pay for roaming to obtain a signal to use our phones while on premises. The host never offered a partial refund for any inconvenience.

Wonderful property. Like staying at your own rainforest resort. Kim was very responsive when we had a small hiccup with the security gate going offline due to power and we enjoyed meeting Hector and his recommendations were great. Perfect location with easy access to Luqillo Beach and El Yunque. We very much enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our family of five.

We just completed our stay at this property, and it was our first trip to Puerto Rico. This property and home could not have been better for our family. We did a lot of driving here to Fajardo, Luquillo, Ceiba, Culebra, etc., and this was hands down the most beautiful property we saw all week. We were so grateful to return here after our adventures around the island, knowing the comforts and safety that awaited us. The house was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Our mornings drinking coffee and tea around the gorgeous pool with a view and watching the sunrise will stay with us for a long time. Hector was kind, approachable, and helpful. It was great to know that he was close by for questions or concerns.We hiked the rainforest while here and I have to say that the beauty of this property and the wildlife sounds are just as wonderful. We appreciate the effort and care the owners have put into making this a magical experience for guests. We couldn’t recommend it more!

The house was very clean and stocked with everything you could imagine you would need and then some. It was breezy, airy and very comfortable. The pool gets sun most of the day and then when you probably have had too much sun it gets shady so you can still use it safely from the sun. We truly enjoyed the marvelous hostess Marsha-mellow "Daisy". She greated us daily with such enthusiasm and joy. She made sure we were having the best time. This stay was authentic Puerto Rico Rainforest style. Close to everything you would want to do. We would do this again in a second!

This was my sister’s and my first time in Puerto Rico. What an awesome experience/adventure it turned out to be. And finding this home was the icing on the cake. The sounds, the sights, pool, everything was fantastic. And Hector, the host who lives upstairs was so kind!!! Very helpful and accommodating, made us feel so welcome and not the least bit intrusive. In fact, with this place being so secluded, having him there gave us a sense of security. This is one place I would love to come back and visit again. Highly recommended.

Hosts were responsive and accommodating. One of the hosts is living in the 2nd floor so you get the feeling of having someone nearby to assist, but you feel privacy when you are there. The kitchen has many necessities including ground coffee. We loved the location, near most things in the east. Terrain is rough so have a vehicle with gusto and some good driving skills. Will likely stay here again when we come back to PR!
