Multi Family Group Stay

House was in a great location. Not everything in the description was accurate and some features weren’t functioning (pool, sauna) as they should have been. House was overall good and was a good option for a large group. We would stay here again.

Great property

Wonderful location on a canal, close to amenities. Management was awesome and incredibly communicative and personable. They were wonderful to work with. The house could use an organizational overhaul, but other than that- great experience:)

Beautiful! We felt right at home!

Mei was so wonderful to work with. Our family enjoyed Christmas-New Year time together in this spacious home. We love that the kitchen was open and at the center so everyone could be in the same space. The morning walk to Tiger Beach was magnificent lined with bright tropical flowers, seasonal fruits and beautiful homes. Definitely a great place for a memorable family vacation!

Marco Island gem

House was exactly as advertised. Close to shops/restaurants, right off the main drag. Big house, plenty of room for 11 adults and 2 kids. Pool was great. Best of all, property host (May) was on top of everything. Communication was great, answering any question I had right away. Definitely a place we will book again in the future!!!

Perfect set-up for a group

This house has the perfect set-up for a medium size group/multi-family. We had 2 families with teenage children. The house is located walkable to the beach, stores &coffee shops. The pool was a nice reprieve from the mid-day heat. Very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a long weekend.

Very nice large house

We had 5 couples staying in the house, we were comfortable. However 1 bedroom we believe was an office as there was no closet in there, and that mattress needs to be replaced. We grilled while enjoying the pool and lanai. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We would highly recommend this house.

Awesome Vacation Home

Our family had a wonderful time at the Milan Villa!! Beautiful, spacious, modern, close to everything in town. Hated to disturb the owner when the AC malfunctioned, but she contacted a repair team ASAP and we were up and running. Gracious, quick to respond, professional and charming. Thank you! We can't wait to come back and stay in this home with our big family, again!

We had a blast

The location was great and close to everything. The house could definitely been cleaner. It was small things but annoying considering the high price tag. For example: broken and miss matched furniture, drawers and closets stuffed with random items, the propane tank grill was empty. It was spacious and the pool was a blast.

Nice

The house was nice and the stay was comfortable, however there was no cleaning products like sponges or even hand soap or toilet paper. We had to go out and buy all of it.

Great Family House

We enjoyed the space. Each could have their own room. Close to grocery stores and restaurants and shops. We went fishing one day through Sunshine Tours. Very nice. Only thing i can say negative about the house was lack of drawer space and pantry area to keep groceries. All the cabinets and drawers had stuff, Nothing was empty for guests. Just needs to be cleaned out so guests have some space. We loved the house and its location to the beach. Nice canal view.

This was a pristine property with a great location. However, some of the amenities listed were not accurate or broken. The bigger issue was the amount of clutter in every bedroom closet and/or dresser. We had to live out of suitcases because of this. In addition, although we were informed before hand that the garage was not available for use, it did not prepare us for the amount of items being stored there that could potentially be a hazard.

Dresser drawers full of linens, towels, etc. about 2 feet in master closet to hang clothes. Rest of master closet full of pillows and linens, etc. patio kinda messy. Dead plants, broken light fixture. Cleaners still in house when we arrived at 4 pm.

Just Amazing Vacation Set Up

Being the owner of a large Vacation Rental company myself I can’t help but eyeball everything when I rent a vacation rental. This home was amazing. I traveled with a total of 7 other adults and we did not lack for space. Our rooms were all perfectly anointed with plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. The beds we’re very comfortable and the rooms themselves were spacious and with plenty of dresser and closet space. The cooking and dining area was well suited for entertaining offering a large open area from the island and a beautiful dining room that sits eight easily. Plenty of cookware, dishes and glasses provided. The pool area offers many areas to sit while the pool itself looks new. PLUS…there is an absolutely beautiful new glass outside sauna. Just gorgeous! If your a grill master look no further its top of the line and new! You could cook for 15 easily on it!Large tv’s through out with comfortable sitting area.As with any beach rentals the towels and laundry can be an issue. Not to worry to large front load washers and one very large front load dryer that could handle it all at normal cycle. As for beach accessories they have it all conveniently stored in the outside shed..chairs, umbrellas and wagon. I would not hesitate to rent this house again but I have a feeling it will probably be booked solid next time we try. If you get the chance to stay here don’t hesitate!!!
