Questa casa è stato appena aggiornato con granito e acciaio inossidabile elettrodomestici in cucina, piastrelle di ceramica nei bagni e zona lavanderia, e tutti i nuovi pavimenti nel resto della casa. È dotato di un piano di sopra piano aperto che ha una sala da pranzo e soggiorno. Al piano di sotto altro soggiorno con un sacco di posti a sedere e un tavolo da ping pong. C'è un molo e la spiaggia che galleggia in acqua. Porte francesi al largo della cucina e camera da letto si aprono su un doppio ponte portico fuori casa. Godere di un bel posto con amici e familiari!

Teamwork

All reports from the team were that this property was a great location and did very well to serve their needs during an extended stay! It was clean, well furnished and the hosts were very accomodating. Highly recommended!!

Football Weekend Trip

This was a great spot for a group of guys on a football weekend. Enjoyed the lake, the peacefulness of the property, and easy access to Tuscaloosa. Lots of room and had everything we needed. One night we cooked on the grill and ate outside in the beautiful setting. Just a great place. Whitney is very responsive and provided everything we needed.

Our entire family came from Louisiana for our son's graduation from UA. The house was perfect! There was plenty of room to spread out, cook, entertain, and enjoy the view of the lake. The owners were incredible - answered our questions and took care of any issues immediately. We will be back again in 2 years for son #2's graduation!

2025 Bama Graduation

We rented this property for the weekend for my daughter’s graduation from the University of Alabama. Roll Tide. We needed a large house for 11 family members. Everyone had a bed to sleep in. It’s close enough to Tuscaloosa to drive into the city for dinner but far enough out that you feel completely relaxed sitting on the back porch or on the boat dock. The house had everything we needed in order to celebrate the occasion. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect for family gathering during our Iron Bowl weekend. Close enough to UA but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of game weekend crowds. Relaxing!

Perfect Spot

We were in town from Florida for a family wedding. We were looking for an alternative of 4 hotel rooms and certainly found it with this fabulous lake house. It fit the 9 of us perfectly. Short drive to down town. Beautiful lake view. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfy beds! The owners were very gracious and left us some goodies. Highly recommend.

Fantastic house - HIGHLY recommend!

This house couldn't have worked out better for our group. We traveled in for an Alabama game and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Stocking up was a breeze with a Publix barely a half-mile away, and getting to campus was an easy 15-minute drive. The check-in process was simple and we found the house ready for us with clean linens, plenty of clean towels, and room to spread out. A bonus was the mini-fridge being stocked with soft drinks and bottled water along with a nice welcome note and supplies. This isn't one of the listings where the interior pictures are done from creative angles, thus making a very small space look bigger. Our group of 7 grown men had plenty of room to hang out, sleep comfortably, and enjoy our time without being on top of one another. The real treat is the back patios. Whether it was making dinner on one of the two high-end grills or hanging out and catching up on the large deck overlooking the lake, we were never lacking. We didn't take advantage of the water, but lake access via the attached dock would definitely be on the agenda if it were the summer. No issues occurred during our trip, and the couple of times I did have a question, the owner was quick and responsive via the app. Our group had a great time and I couldn't recommend this rental higher!

Alabama Family Weekend

We enjoyed our stay and the house was big enough to accommodate our group. We didn’t get to enjoy the lake due to Alabama activities but it was a very nice view. I was amazed at the hospitality that the property manager had for there guest. It will be a spot to remember for future trips. Thank you!

Great getaway not too far from UA

We rented this house because my daughter was graduating college and thought it would be a nice place to have a family get together and celebrate. It was about a 15 minute ride to downtown, campus and all the fun UA events. Publix was right down the street which made it very convenient. It was nice sitting on the deck relaxing, having your morning coffee, looking out at the lake or having cocktails at night. Overall it was excellent. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to anyone. The hosts were wonderful and easy to reach when I had questions or asked for recommendations on places to eat. I plan a return trip sometime in the future.

Football Game Weekend

The house has great room for a family. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The location for the home is so close to the local Publix and easy location to and from the campus. The owners were super accommodating to us which made our stay even better. I would recommend this home to anyone with a larger family looking for a place stay in Tuscaloosa.

Great place for large family get together

Great Lake house with plenty of room for a large family or group get together. Everything needed was in the house, and tons of deck space - the best deck was the boat dock. Close to UA, 3 minutes to Publix, liquor store, gas, C-store. Excellent communication from the owners. We will be back. Thank you.

Great Family Vacation Spot

We picked this house as a mid-way point for family coming from Dallas and Florida during the pandemic. The house was adorable and had great space for our family and all of the kids. The downstairs ping pong table was a hit and we had so much fun spending our days on the lake. The rooms were spacious and gave us plenty of room so we weren't all on top of eachother. The steps the to dock were a bit daunting (there are 88 to be exact :) but it was a good workout and just meant that we had to be more thoughtful about what we brought when we went down to the lake. This is how all of the houses on the lake are though, so it's not specific to this one house.

Weekend getaway for game day

Great house! 15 minutes away from the stadium and downtown. The lake and deck was great to lounge and just hang with friends.

Amazing, relaxing time

This home was a fantastic to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday and Father’s Day! There was ample space inside, although we spent most of our time on the balconies and the dock! Would defiantly stay here again!
