BENVENUTO AL NOSTRO RITREAT FAMILY RUSTICO CARAIBICO!
La casa principale in pietra (L'Agave) e la foresteria per gli ospiti (Petite Agave) sono un mix di moderna ed affascinante eleganza del vecchio mondo con incredibili viste su più baie: Great Cruz, Chocolate Hole, Hart, Klein e Rendezvous. In una giornata limpida puoi facilmente vedere St. Croix.

Quando arriverai passerai attraverso il nostro cancello automatico lungo un vialetto isolato circondato da lussureggianti piante tropicali. Un arco in pietra e un ingresso in ferro battuto vi danno il benvenuto in un grande cortile in pietra e mattoni che collega la casa principale e il cottage. Nel cortile troverete un grill a gas e posti a sedere per mangiare all'aperto. La casa principale a due piani comprende una cucina in mogano, 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni privati. The Cottage offre un'ulteriore cucina completa, camera da letto, bagno, doccia esterna e spazio per la diffusione di una famiglia più grande o di un gruppo.
La struttura dispone di 5 diverse sale da pranzo, ognuna con un proprio carattere unico - 3 all'aperto e 2 al coperto. Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata. Ci sono fan in tutta la proprietà (dentro e fuori) per mantenere la brezza che scorre tutto il tempo. La proprietà è dotata di WiFi e dispone anche di un sistema di back-up WiFi.
Stare al sole o all'ombra su una delle tante sedie a sdraio e posti a sedere disponibili in tutta la proprietà superiore e inferiore. Le pittoresche scale in pietra conducono dal cortile alla piscina, consentendo agli ospiti di accedere alla piscina senza disturbare nessuno in nessuna delle due case. Splash nella splendida piscina sul ponte e goditi le viste mozzafiato!
La tua villa è una breve corsa alle spiagge, negozi e ristoranti Cruz Bay. Teli mare, sedie a sdraio e refrigeratori sono forniti per il vostro uso e divertimento.
La nostra famiglia "On Island" vi incontrerà al traghetto e vi accompagnerà alla villa. Possono aiutare con noleggio jeep (se il nostro non è disponibile), noleggio kayak e paddle board, prenotazioni ristorante e molto altro ancora!

The view is absolutely gorgeous. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying such a breathtaking vista. The house is comfortable and well appointed. We were three couples and had ample space. The beach chairs/cooler were a wonderful bonus. We highly recommend this villa.

Fantastic

Loved this place for our trip to St John. Excellent property with more than enough space for our family of 4. Def liked having on-site washer and dryer. Was a great starting point for all of our St John adventures. Would book again.

Great home away from home in paradise

Beautiful views, great little pool, good central location not too far from north shore beaches and Cruz Bay. Good AC in bedrooms and cottage. The hosts were responsive and helpful.

Comfortable, amazing view and great management

We loved our stay. From the first step on the island being greeted by Craig to the last day and the ease of checking out. All the beds were comfortable. The AC in the bedrooms was great and the view was unbelievable. It was convienent to town and had great amenities. When we come back we will definitely stay at this property again!

Villa L'Agave was awesome!

The owners and property managers were great to work with and very patient with us. We had a lot going on for this vacation and they were very helpful every step of the way. Very responsive to any inquiry. The villa is beautiful and was certainly a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Amazing escape!

The house while a bit of a drive off the beach was amazing! Incredibly well maintained and clean. It had an utterly stunning view and accommodated 8 people with ease. The pool was perfect for relaxing in and everything on the island was well within reach.

We loved this house! Everything was very clean. The pool was so nice after a day at the beach and the view from the pool was amazing. There’s a pomegranate tree in the yard and if you’re brave enough to scale down the hill and pick one they are delicious!

Beautiful property with everything you need

L'Agave gave our group a great week with wonderful memories. The view is second to none, it was great to relax by the pool after coming home from the beach, and the well stocked kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We ate out most nights but grilled in one night and had a great time. The owner was very responsive to questions.

This home was perfect for our wedding. The property manager met us at the ferry and checked us in. The house was in great condition and the infinity pool was amazing. The casita on the side was perfect for us as a wedding couple while the rest of the family stayed in the main house. I definitely recommend this VRBO!

Beautiful

The home was exactly as expected. Clean, well stocked with amazing views. There were 5 of us and it was so comfortable with plenty of room. The pool, patio and upper porch were all great places to hang out. Location was good to get into town and to the incredible beaches. Would highly recommend this property. I will stay here again if I come back to St. John.

First time to St John’s

Had a lovely trip over Thanksgiving. Being older & less adventurous, I was very glad my brother was along to help us navigate the island & drive. We ate dinner out every night - each meal was awesome including Thanksgiving - traditional meal at Restaurant 1864!! House worked out well for us. Host were attentive especially when AC didn’t work in one bedroom.

Dear Ted Thank you so much for choosing to spend your vacation with us at Villa L'Agave! We agree that the views are gorgeous, our pool is refreshing & our kitchen is well stocked - our guests appreciate & enjoy these features! Management enjoyed greeting & hosting you! They noted upon your arrival the gate would remain in its open position while a part was being shipped from the mainland. Thus we are at a loss to understand how this affected your stay negatively? Upon check out, management confirmed (& reconfirmed before writing this) that all fans & the front door were all in working order & have been before, during & after your stay. If there were issues affecting your stay why didn't you reach out? As the owners of the home, we are surprised that your rating is three stars based on the open gate. (Not to mention ceiling fans and entrance door that work -& worked - during your & subsequent guest's stay) While we would have tremendously appreciated feedback during your stay regarding the above, we still appreciate you letting us know. We strive to make every guest's experience beautiful and memorable. While we try to make sure that everything functions properly before a guest checks in & if anything comes up, you & all of our guests are aware there is a team on island ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Once alerted to an issue, they act as fast as possible to correct and repair. We must again wonder why you didn't reach out to management during your stay? It is unfortunate you chose to ignore (& then base your rating) on our island home having no AC on the first floor living area. The home is a true St Johnian island home meaning it was constructed to withstand hurricanes by having an open-air construction. We clearly note only bedrooms have AC for this very reason. Spectacular house and amazing view!

As we walked into the house, we were greeted with a warm breeze from all of the open windows and doors. The interior is beautifully decorated and the exterior seating is very inviting and comfortable. Walking outside you are breathless with the amazing view! The infinity pool is refreshing and relaxing. Luciah was just lovely and accommodated us with all of our requests. It was truly a beautiful oasis for our family to vacation. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!
