Spazioso noleggio in un ambiente rurale, con splendide viste e vicino alla città.

La nostra grande unità al piano superiore con due camere da letto ha un ambiente rurale, ma è a meno di due miglia dal centro di Paso Robles ed è facilmente raggiungibile da molte cantine. Il noleggio è di ca. 1500 piedi quadrati e comprende l'intero piano superiore della casa dei proprietari, con ingresso indipendente dal grande cortile. Ci sono due camere da letto, ognuna con un letto queen-size e attraenti abbaini. L'ampio soggiorno ha comodi divani, una TV a schermo piatto (con Netflix, video Amazon Prime, Hulu) e un lettore DVD ... un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di degustazione di vini. C'è un bagno con una grande doccia e un'incantevole sala per la colazione che si affaccia sul piccolo vigneto dei proprietari e una vista sulle dolci colline.
Trascorri la giornata degustazione di vini o fai un viaggio sulla costa (Morro Bay, Cambria, Hearst Castle) e ritorna in un ampio spazio rilassante per prepararti per una visita a uno dei nostri eccellenti ristoranti del centro per la cena. Siediti fuori al tavolo del patio o accanto al camino e guarda il tramonto mentre ti godi un bicchiere di vino.
Per chi non ha familiarità con l'area di Paso Robles, siamo lieti di consigliarvi cantine, ristoranti e locali con musica dal vivo.

Great Paso Apartment

This was a great place! Good location, close to Highway 46 to get to the wineries or coast and downtown not far away. The owners, Patrick and Sarah, were very knowledgeable about the area. Great stay!

Gorgeous + Restful Stay

This property is situated just outside Paso Robles and offers beautiful views from the yard and a homey, spacious property. I would absolutely recommend this rental for anyone visiting as it offers so much interior space for guests and can be easily accessed by car or ride-share!

Great place to stay!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed with the O'hearns. Once again, it was great. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked great (it was 109 degrees during the day) and the owners are very nice. Thank you for such a great stay.

House was beautiful with a beautiful view, clean and organized living areas, and attentive owners on site. They generously left us water, wine, coffee, cream, and muffins, which we thought was vry warm and welcoming.

Very clean and comfortable with nice proximity to all Paso Robles has to offer.

We had a lovely time in Paso Robles at the "Blue House"! In addition to the two comfortable bedrooms, there was a very spacious living area and eating area. All was very clean, and seemed well thought-out in terms of what guests might need. Sally and Patrick were gracious hosts and made everything very easy!

Lovely place! Clean and comfortable. Loved the view!

Everything was amazing, but one thing that would help is a sink in the kitchenette. Using the bathroom sink for dishes is difficult. Owners were friendly and very accommodating!

Wonderful Girls Trip

The house is beautiful. Sarah helped us with wine tasting contacts. We arrived to a bottle of wine and muffins. Very prompt with communication and a perfect getaway for a girls trip. We will be returning in the future!

Fantastic

What a beautiful property! We are currently touring the west coast of America and choose Sally’s place as our base while in Pasa Robles aka wine country. Had a couple of really lovely days here. We’ve mostly been in hotels so far so it was a welcome change to have so much space for our family of 4. Every home comfort you could need and the wine and muffins on arrival was a particularly nice touch. The property itself is lovely, exactly as described and pictured, super comfy beds! The area is good. Very handy for numerous vineyards and Pasa Robles itself. We had a car and it was just a short drive to anything we needed. Thank you to Sally for being such a good host. Would 100% recommend as would all my family.

Just like home

Check in was easy. Very impressed with how clean and organized it was. We liked how it felt like home especially for our little ones they were very comfortable and happy to have such a nice place to stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone and for future trips I will book again. Thank you !

Beautiful area of Paso Robles

The house had many great features that made our stay nice. The only issues we had were there is no kitchen sink to wash the dishes or dishwasher. The other is the A/C did not work and the weather in Paso Robles was 100+, so the house never got below the 80's for most of our stay. Opening the windows was of little help, as there was not much wind to cool off the house. The owner was very kind and did recognize the issues and refunded our last two nights. Would stay here again when in the area.

Hi Deanna, I had no control over the A/C breaking down and was not able to get it fixed on the weekend, although I tried. I refunded 2 of your 3 nights but you chose to stay, rather than try to get in somewhere else. My rental is very clearly described on the website and there is no way that you should have been expecting a kitchen sink or dishwasher. I have a card up there by the microwave, offering to wash dishes if they are left on the patio table and no other guests have had a problem with that. I'm sorry that you were uncomfortable because of the A/C.

Excellent Stay

Great location in Paso Robles. Sarah is a thoughtful host and she surprised us with fresh muffins and wine. The property is well maintained and pleasant. The outdoor fireplace was fun!

Relaxing weekend in Paso

The home was perfect. It was everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Clean, comfortable, close to different wineries and restaurants. We knew we would not have a kitchen but Sarah was very accommodating in washing our cups and glasses each night. The outside fireplace was set up with wood and all we had to do is use the lighter left on the table and light it up, which we did the two nights we were there. We would definitley stat here again.

Excellent Stay

This rental was awesome for our ladies weekend in wine country. Conveniently located and so much nicer than staying in a hotel. I would definitely recommend and book again whenever I return to Paso Robles.

Great Property and Wonderful Hosts

Sarah was a wonderful host. She is very responsive and accommodating. She greeted us upon a late arrival and showed us the rental space, which was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and centralized for our vineyard excursions. Our friends left some items behind and Sarah even offered to ship them back to us. I highly recommend this rental and would stay here again in the future.

Great place!

This place was perfect for our group of 4. It was spacious, clean and the location was central to everywhere we wanted to go (downtown and east side/west side wineries). Highly recommend staying at Patrick and Sarah’s place. They are great hosts!

Beautiful view, and clean and comfortable space.

Our stay was fantastic, the owners were very helpful with checking in as we weren't sure when we'd actually arrive. Their space is very clean, plenty of space for 4 people and very comfortable. Plus the yard and out door fireplace are as relaxing as can be! The location is a few minutes from the freeway and downtown, but feels like you're out in the country. We all loved the place and would love to stay there again! Andy

We are the owners, Patrick and Sally. We moved here from the south SF Bay Area in 2012, because we love the central coast area and all it has to offer. Paso Robles is full of character and has retained its old-world charm while developing a vibrant downtown. We love wine and visiting wineries and we've come to the right place! We also love taking a short drive to the coast for a change of scene.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Our property is in a peaceful rural setting, but with easy access to all amenities. There is a small 'hobby' vineyard which keeps us busy, but is very rewarding. We've learned so much about growing grapes and making wine and have much more to learn.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Our favorite time of day here is the evening, when we can sit on the front porch, out on the back patio, or by the fireplace, and relax while watching our wonderful sunsets.
