Il soggiorno ha tutti i nuovi mobili in peluche per farti divertire con la famiglia e gli amici a guardare la TV o goderti la compagnia in tutta comodità.

La master suite ha un letto king size in California, cabina armadio e un bagno padronale con doppio lavabo e cabina doccia.
La camera degli ospiti si apre sul patio con vista sulle montagne e dispone di un letto matrimoniale californiano e un ampio armadio.
Questo condominio offre una cucina ben attrezzata, una zona pranzo e un accogliente soggiorno con camino. La connessione wifi gratuita è disponibile per gli ospiti.

Il mio condominio è di proprietà privata e non fa parte della multiproprietà Desert Breeze o 4 Seasons.
Desert Breezes è una meravigliosa comunità recintata con piscine, vasche idromassaggio, campi da tennis, pickleball un centro fitness e una club house a pochi passi dal condominio. La comunità ha numerosi percorsi per passeggiare e godersi le viste del deserto.

Vivo nel deserto con la mia famiglia e ho affittato i miei condomini per alcuni anni, il mio obiettivo è quello di dare ai miei ospiti un servizio personale giusto
dalla prenotazione al check-in e speriamo di tornare in futuro.
Questo bellissimo condominio ha tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa!

Great time in Palm Desert

We really enjoyed our stay and this was the perfect size for 2 couples. Easy walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Center.

Beautiful complex, and stellar condo unit!

We had a great time staying at this property. We were two couples that had plenty of space, and very comfortable. Used the kitchen with no problems. Two king bedrooms, a definite plus. Plenty of linens. TV in every room. Would certainly re book this property!!

Beautiful property in Palm Desert

Clean and tastefully decorated with an amazing location and property. Access to hot jacuzzi heated pool was super nice. Great for two couples or a a group of friends staying. Beds were large and the couch was big enough for sleeping as well. Only minor cons were thin walls and ceilings meant that we could hear the neighbors walking above us. Leaf blowing and lawn mowing in the morning also woke us up a couple times.

Lovely November

Came for world team tennis at Indian Wells Center just down the street so it was an ideal location. Everything was great. Wish the pools and hot tubs were available in the evening for a late soak. More than one garbage bag would have been nice, other than that it was perfect.

Perfection

Mora provided a stat just as we expected to clearly match the listing description. Mora promptly met us upon arrival and showed us around the condo. It was clean, spacious and exactly as described in the listing. We couldn't have found a more perfect and comfortable place to stay. Thank you!

Quiet and super clean

Desert Breezes was a great fit for us. We had easy access to golf courses, hiking and shopping. At the condo, we loved the proximity to the large heated pool, gym and hot tub which were never busy. The green spaces are lovely. The condo is tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and super clean. The bedrooms were large and there was more than enough closet and drawer space. We appreciated the very well equipped kitchen and the soaps, coffee, condiments, treats, fruit, etc. to get us started. Cleaning tools and products provided made it easy for us to clean up after ourselves in a jiffy during our stay. More than enough towels and toiletries were there for our use. The shower surrounds are a bit dated but super, super clean. It was a delight to meet Mora. She is so warm and friendly and easy to relate to. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Perfect for us

We have rented other 1 and 2 bedroom condos and houses from Home away...but this was by far the best! The owner allowed us to see the property about a week and a half before our stay, so we knew what to expect. The condo was immaculate and the furnishings comfortable. Mora was so gracious -- supplying things we might need before a grocery shop (soda, candy, fruit and also things like cooking oil and sugar). The unit was convenient to everything -- pools, clubhouse, parking...and close to shopping and other places of interest by car. Everything worked as described. If we had a problem (like with TV or internet) she was as close as the phone! We had people over for dinner, lazed around by ourselves, and thoroughly enjoyed feeling like we were "at home". The bed was comfortable, the TV had lots of channels (and ONDEMAND), but most importantly, it was the cleanest place we have stayed! A roof over one's head is important...but the quality of the person who rents to you...and the cleanliness and fact that everything works...is priceless!

Perfect birthday getaway location

Great condo! Mora greeted us with the keys and gave us a little tour. She was extremely responsive via text if we had questions. The condo is exactly as depicted in the photos and we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The condo is located within a short walk between 2 different pools(gas grill located at the smaller pool) and just across the street from the Indian Wells Tennis complex. If you like to walk (1 mile +), 19th Hole, Marios, Beer Hunter, La Quinta Baking Co, Louisa's are all great choices. Mora....thanks for a wonderful stay! We will be back!

my favorite rental experience

I usually hate writing reviews, but I am very happy to write this review for Mora and her Desert Breeze property. This condo was exceptional in every way. The location was great, the beds were very comfortable, and the rest of the furnishings were equally nice. My wife and I spent our anniversary at Mora's place in Palm Desert and had a great time. It is walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens and the Desert Breeze property was really great. The pools (yes more than one) and the tennis courts were all within a very short walk and the property had a nice walking path that we used every day of our visit. Downtown Palm Desert and great restaurant choices are just a short 5-8 minute drive from the property straight up Fred Waring drive. Palm Springs is about 15-20 minutes away and is fun for walking and checking out the tourist shops. The weather in Palm Desert was warm during our stay, but we still enjoyed the outside sitting area and had a couple of meals out there. My wife and I were wondering if we had any neighbors and noticed that next door there were pool toys and such on the patio that indicated some children were staying with parents next door - this was important as we did not hear them at all. If we had not seen the toys we would have assumed that the next door unit was empty, but apparently the walls are very well sound proofed which was very nice. We brought our own tennis rackets but were pleasantly surprised to find some rackets along with some pool toys in the bedroom closet - so if you forget your rackets or are new to tennis and just want to do some casual hitting, the condo is equipped with everything you need. Some food places that we enjoyed include In n Out which is just 2-3 miles away in Indian Wells, the Beer Hunter which is a casual sports pub about a mile away, and Armando's in Palm Desert that is great Mexican food. My wife and I have stayed at several VRBO and other rental properties while travelling and Mora's is our new #1 favorite. We highly recommend this property and we are certain we will return.

Great accomodations

We enjoyed our stay very much. Being greeted by Mora upon arrival was very nice. She made us feel right at home. There was plenty of space for the four of us and it was especially nice not having to pack beach towels for the pool. We would definitely consider staying here again if we visit the Desert again!

Very comfortable accommodations

The condo is well located for our use We did not use the pool and other amenities. We noted a few things though. The sink in the MBdrm closest to the shower drains slowly. The sliding closet door seems to be off the track. The TV 3 times shut off without warning and when turned back on had a message that read ‘No action shutoff was activated’. We really enjoyed our stay. Owner lives in the area and was very responsive to our needs.

Great Location, Lovely Home

Went out to the desert for a few days with my mom a few days before Thanksgiving. Mora met us to show us around and give us the lay of the land. The condo is really lovely and has everything you need. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies (pots, pans, dishes - not food stuff like oil, vinegar, etc). Mora left a supply of coffee (though there is a grinder to bring your own beans), tea, hot cocoa, as well as some soft drinks, water, granola bars and fresh fruit for us. We didn't use the facilities on site (pool) but it was a short walk away if we wanted to. Cable is great, wifi worked flawlessly and overall it was pretty quiet. We had a great time and would definitely return for another relaxing getaway.

Clean, comfortable, and relaxing!

Wonderful stay! Kitchen was stocked with essentials and a few extra goodies that made us feel welcome. Condo was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Tennis racquets/balls and pool toys were appreciated. Condo grounds and pool are well maintained.

Great place to stay

This is a very clean property and is centrally located. The owner is a great host wanting to make your stay enjoyable. We would always stay here when we visit the area.

Great location, comfortable beds...

My wife and two young boys stated here at Mora's condo and it was a Great location and the beds were both extremely comfortable. The only cons were a nice little bbq and better pots and pans would have been good. I would recommend this place.

A beautiful, well-appointed condo, a short distance from the Tennis Garden and Coachella Shuttle

We were so lucky to find this lovely 2 bedroom condo during our stay for Desert Trip. It was conveniently located very near the Indian Wells Tennis Garden -- a park and ride, shuttle stop to the venue. The condo is clean and well stocked and appointed and Mora was very helpful.

Just Perfect
