Incredibile Lake View Home, Fire Pit, Grill, Camino, Close to Boat Ramps

Thank you for your great review. in early June, we'll swap out the heater for fans. They're nice in the summer. We stay there too, so it's set up how we'd enjoy it. We continually upgrade our home. After your stay, we replaced the headboard on the king bed and nightstands. They have lots of electric and USB plugs. We also replaced the couch and chair in the living room. We did a lot of landscaping as well. So it's even nicer now. Please come back and see us again.

We have regular professional pest control services. It could have been a spurt of bugs, but they would be dead bugs. I don't doubt that there could be bugs from time to time. But we haven't had any other complaints.

Thanks for a great review. We try to make it nice with Adirondack chairs, Tiki torches and fuel, and fans on the deck. We use our home too, and that's how we like it.

Thanks for your review. It is not a newly built house, but very well maintained. Appliances are all updated recently, LVT in the entry/dining rooms and kitchen, and updated paint and furniture. The bathroom is a complete gut and rebuild so it is updated including granite floors. The beds, king, queen, and double beds are all recently new as well. We work hard to maintain our home and wish for everyone to enjoy it and have a great vacation.

Location, location, location! Convenient to everything and yet away from it all to relax on the deck and enjoy a great view!

We appreciate your review. We are behind this year taking care of the landscaping. We were just there and did a lot of work on the landscaping that greatly enhances your experience on the deck. We took out some older hollies that had become "woody" and replaced them. We also added a strand of lights on the patio that are so popular now.

Thank you for the great review. We do use softer mattresses. We've had firmer mattresses in the past and people didn't like the firmness, do we changed. This is the first time anyone has mentioned them being too soft.

We're sorry that you had a bad experience. We were there shortly after your stay. We don't know what the maid was putting on the floor but we experienced the same issue with the floor. We cleaned it ourselves and spoke with the maid about the floor. We didn't experience the musty smell but perhaps the floor cleaner is what you were smelling. As for the furnishings, it is a lake house. The pictures are recent and accurate. It is nicely furnished but not a designer home. We have had hundreds of guests over the years and average over a 4.5 in our reviews. We work hard to maintain our home and provide a wonderful experience for our guests.
