We were glad to hear that you were quite happy with your stay, but we were disappointed in ourselves regarding the level of cleanliness upon arrival that you mentioned and are glad that you gave James your property manger a call to resolved the issues right away. Please know that this was not up to our own internal standards, and we will be investigating to ensure that something like this does not happen again. The pool repair and roof pump was a building maintenance issue at Fairway Villa and unfortunately it was out of our control. We value you as a customer and hope you will keep us in mind for future vacation plans.

We understand that decor is a personal preference and we are sorry we did not meet your expectations and apologize that you found the unit dated. The rate for your stay was determined on the condition of the condo and comparable condos in the same building. Waikiki is a busy place with many high rise buildings. As you can imagine, those condos situated with unobstucted views can and do command higher rates than those with less desirable views. We value you as a customer and hope you will keep us in mind for future vacation plans.

We truly apologize that the hot tub and pool were under maintenance, during your stay. We understand that not everyone uses a hot tub or swimming pool when they are in Hawaii, but some really look forward to it! Even though Hawaii is a tropical climate in which insects are common, all of our rentals are treated for pest control.
