Accogliente casa sulla spiaggia sulla bellissima isola di palme. Situato a un isolato dalla spiaggia, la passeggiata è di 500 piedi per l'accesso pubblico al Palm Blvd. Godetevi una grande open space con soffitti a volta nel soggiorno e sala da pranzo e grande TV a schermo piatto. Cucina dispone di controsoffitti in granito con una stufa a gas. La cucina si affaccia sulla combinazione soggiorno / sala da pranzo con un grande tavolo da pranzo. Questa è una casa sopraelevata, ma tutte le camere da letto e lo spazio vitale sono tutti su un unico livello. All'interno ci sono un totale di 4 camere da letto e 2. 5 bagni ogni camera da letto ha una TV a schermo piatto. Camera da letto principale ha un bagno privato. Goditi la cena sotto il portico. Sotto la casa c'è un ampio parcheggio e una doccia esterna calda e fredda. The check-in was very easy. House was in a good location, convenient to beach access and not far from restaurants. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Nice enough house, very dark in the front from missing lights, wires just hanging out of the eave, didn’t care for the door that led into the kitchen from under the house with no blinds on it.

Twin room was really small, I’d probably only recommend one twin bed in there. For bathrooms, only one full bath is really accessible to everyone, the other is an en suite and the third is just a toilet. So keep that in mind with a group.

Great Home With Easy Beach Access

The home was wonderful and just a block from the beach. It was spacious and comfortable. Every bedroom had a t.v., which was nice. We had trouble with the Direct TV initially, but they sent someone over to look at it and it worked the rest of our stay. It does not sleep 10 as listed and only sleeps 8. That means one member of our group had to sleep on the couch. Since the home opens with a code, it's strange that we had to stop by Island Realty rather than just going straight to the home. In other places we have stayed, basic condiments, in particular salt and pepper, were provided. Also normally laundry detergent is provided. These things were not provided. One major plus is that the master bath has a walk in shower with a bench. This was amazing for my 80-year-old mother. We would recommend this home and would stay there again.

Great Vacay House

There were four adults, one 7 yr old child and a small dog. Very easy walk to the beach. The screen porch, grill and all the amenities were wonderful! We would definitely rent this house again!

Very clean home with a great updated useable floorplan!

The master bath walk-in shower was the perfect size for one person, but big enough for two. I enjoyed cooking meals in the open kitchen, while being able to watch my football games on tv. The only item needed in this great affordable beach home would be to have a bigger, more modern 4k type tv in its large open family room. My walks on the nearby beach at sunset were very enjoyable. Island Realty Staff and Maintenace People are the BEST PERSON'S I have ever worked with, over the last 10 years of vacation home stays along the Charleston area beaches! The beach access was close, and the location was peaceful with very little traffic in front because of the dead end street. The one-level layout of the house and split bedroom floor plan were nice. The great room and dining area were roomy. We used the gas grill for a couple of meals and sat on the screened porch when temperatures allowed. The landscaping and concrete pad underneath were kept clean and neat, and we were able to pull two cars underneath for shade. Overall, this was our favorite of the dog-friendly houses we’ve rented.

Everyone had a private toilet and we shared showers with one couple. The beds were adequate but not comfy. The king fitted sheet would not stay on the bed and there were no pillow cases for any more than 2 pillows per bed. One Queen room had a crinkle bed cover/protector made noise when moving in bed. Understand its a pet friendly, but carpet in BRs were very stained. Kurig didn't work and no top to blender could be found. No broom and dustpan for easy touch up of floors. Not any yard room in back, only a small front yard for playing outdoor games.

It is 1 block from the beach and accommodated our 6 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 dogs perfectly! Much more affordable than the monstrosities on the beach! A few minor flaws- slow bathtub drain and holes in the screened in porch- but over all very nice. Great rental!

Plenty of room for our cars, plenty of space under house for games, screened in deck was perfect for our morning coffee. Few negatives, no sleeper sofa as in listing, twin beds need replaced, stained carpets, no owners instruction manual especially for the 10+remotes for TV and lights, no beach towels. But overall we had a fantastic stay and would stay again. Enjoy!

The house included all the kitchen utensils that we needed. It has a very open den & large kitchen table to seat all. Screened-in porch was nice as well. The location was great...only 2 blocks from the beach. Only a ten minute drive or so to main IOP area & the connector.
