UNITA 'FINALE DEL PIANO SUPERIORE RISTRUTTURATO!

Il meglio del meglio a pochi passi da Vanderbilt Beach e dotato di piscina al 4 ° piano e spa con vista sul Golfo del Messico.

Immediatamente aprendo la porta, apprezzerai davvero un condominio che è stato rinnovato dal pavimento al soffitto. Questo condominio con una camera da letto e un bagno offre 600 piedi quadrati di vita di lusso e può essere affittato entro la settimana o il mese. Email o chiama ora!

Mentre entri nel condominio c'è una cucina su larga scala migliorata che presenta ripiani in granito, armadi in rovere ciliegio, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e un'isola con sgabelli da bar che è perfetto per intrattenere. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cenare e ha un'illuminazione personalizzata; nessun dettaglio è stato perso.

La cucina si apre sul soggiorno che dispone di un comodo divano (che è anche un letto estraibile) e due sedie imbottite, una TV a schermo piatto e una porta scorrevole in vetro dal pavimento al soffitto che conduce al lanai schermato.

Il lanai schermato è perfetto per rilassarsi, con un tavolo da pranzo per due e una poltrona.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, TV a schermo piatto e un armadio personalizzato per organizzare i costumi da bagno. Il bagno è stato rinnovato con un lavandino su piedistallo, piastrelle personalizzate nella vasca / doccia. C'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità!

Questa unità viene fornita con lenzuola di lusso, asciugamani, sedie a sdraio, teli mare, WiFi gratuito e via cavo.

Vanderbilt Palms si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto al Ritz Carlton Beach Resort, e l'accesso alla Vanderbilt Beach è visibile dalla porta principale.

Apartment was clean, close to the beach. It's few minutes away from restaurants and shopping. It needs some things to be fixed, like the slide door and the electric outlet in the restroom.

Thank you for your feedback. As mentioned prior to your stay, the sliding glass door lock was damaged by a previous guest and the replacement part is currently on order with Storm Smart. I wasn’t aware of an issue with the bathroom outlet, but I’ll certainly have that looked into. We had a great stay at this condo! Very clean, communication was incredible and very proactive. Location was great to walk to the beach. Pool when we visited was very quiet and relaxing, which was very nice!

We’re sorry the mattress wasn’t comfortable for you. The mattress was brand new, purchased in January 2026 when we upgraded the unit to a king-size bed, and mattress comfort can certainly be subjective. It is an Amazon basics memory foam plush feel mattress with 4.4* rating. We were also surprised to read that you experienced a sewer smell and left early, as neither of these concerns nor your early departure were communicated to us during your stay. Had we been notified, we would have been happy to address any issue immediately. We have not been able to identify a sewer issue in the unit since your stay.

Older complex; place def needed some TLC. Bed needs updating, old and uncomfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with essentials. There were beach essentials that need replacing, but were usable. Location is good. Property was a perfect price point.

The bed and mattress were both replaced in January 2026 and are designed to be plush, which most guests find very comfortable, though we understand comfort can be subjective. The building is an older complex, as noted in the listing, and is scheduled for updates once the nearby construction project is completed later this year. We’ve also recently updated the beach gear. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and found the unit well stocked and a good value.

We had a little confusion at arrival but it all worked out. This condo was really nice and in a great location. It really was a short walk to beach. The rooftop pool was surprisingly warm, which I loved because the air was actually a little cool and breezy. This unit had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. We used the cooler that was provided for a picnic adventure. There are lots of great stores and restaurants nearby. There was an older area guidebook that we noted had some restaurants circled, others crossed out, so we tried a couple of the circled ones and they did not disappoint. The nearby construction work was not to intrusive.

Perfect Vanderbilt Beach Location

We have been staying in this unit for a number of years for our annual vacation. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat and the rooftop pool is perfect for non-beach days. Every time we leave we look forward to returning.

Great location. Super easy check in considering our flight was delayed and we came in late. Hassle free! The Condo had everything you could need to cook and was stocked with all the necessities, including bug spray and sunscreen, which was much appreciated. The only thing I would mention is that the hot water heater runs out quite quickly when you shower. Other than that, I’ll be back!

Convenient Vanderbilt Beach Location

We have stayed in this unit a number of times and it never disappoints. Dan is a great owner who makes the reservation, check and check out processes easy and simple. The location can't be beat - walkable to the beach, close to Mercato and other dining and shopping opportunities. Each time we check out of the unit, we look forward to our next visit.

Close to beach!

Nice location and great place to stay. Owner made me aware of construction in the area. If you are looking for quiet at the pool this is not the best choice for you now. The condo is well equipped for your stay. Everything is pretty basic. You can walk to the beach for sunset!

Super location. No storm damage to property. Unfortunately lots of construction surrounding the property due to rebuilding from hurricane Ian while we were there. I know that will improve every day forward.

2nd time to stay. Condo is good, clean and everything you need. New washer & dryer was great. Dan is very responsive and we had no problems. We anticipated the construction as we stayed here last year.

Vanderbilt Palms 2024

We had a great week at the condo. Very clean and accessible to the beach as well as being close to Vanderbilt Rd which takes you to shopping areas. The washer/dryer is new and a bonus, being inside a 1 bedroom condo. There is ongoing construction in the area but the location is worth the construction distraction. Communication with the host ((Dan) was outstanding.

Location is key!

I knew the building would be surrounded by construction of multiple resort properties, but it was totally worth it for the location! Only 2 blocks from the beach! The condo itself was extremely clean, and had a nice supply of basic starting supplies. Construction started early, but due to the placement of the bedroom, noise wasn't an issue. The rooftop pool was a big plus! Daniel was also very responsive to all communications! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful area

This condo is very nice. Very close to the Vanderbilt beach, walking distance. There is everything you need in it what you need for your stay. Host was very responsive and available every time you have questions. Thank you Dan. Only negative thing is the swimming pool. It is very hot but this is cause it is located on the rooftop. No other complaints. Will be back for sure next year and i would recommend this place for sure.

Nice condo near the beach

This condo is an end unit on the top floor. Because it’s on the end there are extra windows that the other units don’t have. Plenty big for two people with a new washer and dryer in the condo. Lots of construction going on across the street makes it noisy during the day. No work was being done on the weekend. Easy walk to the beach. Owner was very nice and lives nearby, which is a big plus.

Cozy space near the beach.

Cozy space near the beach. Construction noise was not bad. We really didn’t notice it as compared to the reviews we read about online. Overall it was a great stay. We will stay there again if my work trip comes back to this location. Only complaint was that the HVAC vent in the bedroom was always blowing cold air like a hurricane when the AC was keeping the property cool. My wife slept on the couch due to that issue. There was no easy way to adjust the vent to direct the AC cool air elsewhere or reduce the flow to prevent how loud and forceful the AC air was blowing in the room.Again, great place near the beach and we would gladly stay there again. Naples is truly a little slice of paradise. The first time I ever visited here, I knew I had to make it home. Being able to make your morning coffee and stroll down to the beach is priceless. Pop in for a quick lunch and to refill the cooler before heading back to watch a beautiful sunset.

You can walk to the Ritz Carlton right across the street or access it from the beach. There's also a fantastic restaurant, the Turtle Club, where you can watch sunsets from the outdoor patio. Daruma sushi is steps away as well as a full convenient store. Finally, the Beach Box café is a local favorite right at the entrance to Vanderbilt Beach.
