Great location and plenty of space

Located 5 minutes from Wisp mountain with six great-sized bedrooms. All amenities worked great and the check-in/out process was seamless.

Great space for family

Our stay was wonderful. The house was large enough and had ample sleeping areas. The outside area worked great for running around and exploring.

The house was beautiful and spacious. The house location is close to the North end of the lake so very convenient. The walk down to the lake is a little treacherous so be very careful or drive down to the lake.

Amazing views and neighborhood

This property was perfect for my son’s wedding weekend. We had 8 adults and there was more than enough room. The home is beautiful and close to everything

Amazing house and location

We went with 4 families with teenagers for a ski weekend at Wisp and it was the perfect property! Close to the mountain, shops, entertainment. Beautiful views and huge kitchen well equipped. One warning is the driveway is very steep so the warning about 4WD during winter months is no joke. It snowed while we were out so glad we were prepared. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Nice weekend- not clean/inspected

Nice weekend overall- many things broken in the house/not clean upon arrival. We were only staying the weekend so we just took care of it. They were adamant about the house being inspected right at 4pm so we could not check in even 15 minutes early- so when we arrived at the house to many things broken and dirty we were frustrated. Overall we would still come again! House was nice- rooms were not as big as pictured and the photos of the outdoor area were misleading but we all had a blast

We do like to stick to the 4pm check in time due to the large number of homes being inspected, however we are only human and we do sometimes miss our mark. In the future please do not hesitate to call us so that we can quickly send out a tech/housekeeper to remedy any issue. Very disappointed

Check in process was quick and easy and staff was very friendly, however when we arrived at the house we were very disappointed as it was extremely dirty and had a foul odor. We found dirty socks, vapes, lighters, dirty towels, unwashed dishes and silverware, throw up on the wall in the bathroom and a very sticky floor and table. The house has great potential as it would be beautiful with updates and a lot of cleaning. Railey was contacted and they sent one person to come and clean but it just was not sufficient. Our family still had a great time because we were together, but this was in spite of the disappointment of the home.

It was a beautiful house in a great location. It was a little hard to find the lake access trail, but other than that it was great. We loved seeing all the wildlife from the back porch.

Great vacation home

Great house for a big family / group to vacation at. Lots of room, six bedrooms including five with queen/king beds. Just a short walk to the lake / docks. Rented a boat from Aquatic Center and had a great time on the lake.

Nice home, needs maintenance.

Rental was easy enough. House had issues maintenance called twice didn't ever come to fix issue with showers head. Lost a day of hot tub use. No water pressure in upstairs master bathroom, can't take multiple showers at a time, air on the lines. Basement had a smell to it and the temperature can't be controlled in the basement.

House was as advertised. Good location, great view, plenty of space. The bad side: 1 trash bag, Limited TP, sheets did not fit, walkway was full of ice, remnants of precious guests beer cans/trash remained, hot tub needed to be fixed (very responsive from management company)
