Highly recommended ski apartment

location: next to the slopes, perfect for ski in and ski out location: very close to the start of skiing lessons cleverly set up appartement utilising all space with lots of storage space. Easy to stay with 5 persons. Dishwasher etc communication with the owner, she responds quickly- probably not an exception but pricy in the peak season, including all costs (Vrbo, cleaning, bed linen) we paid nearly 395 per night- no WiFi in the apartment (but available on the ground floor)

Communiation with the owner was great, with prompt responses to all enquiries. Detailed access information was emailed a few days before our departure. We arrived late so the reception was closed. However the instructions provided a key code for the main door and also for a key box by the apartment door.The apartment is ideally located directly on the slopes with ski in/out access. It is well appointed and had everything we needed for our group of four men. There is a double bedroom and 2 bunk beds behind a curtain in the entrance hall. Opposite the bunks is a small alcove area behind a curtain containing a single mattress with shelving above. There is also a double sofabed in the living area.The layout worked perfectly for us, however storage may tight if occupied to full capacity. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, hob, full oven, coffee machines, kettle, toaster and fridge-freezer. There is a full range of utensils, crockery, cutlery, mugs and glasses. There is a TV with French channels which also has HDMI input. A small cupboard below contains a few games, cards and dominoes.There is a bathroom with large shower and a basin. It also houses a washing machine and airer. There is a separate toilet.There is a vacuum cleaner if you decide to clean the apartment yourself. We opted for an end of stay clean and also paid extra for bed linen, towels, tea towels and dish cloth. It's a 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants and ski hire.Skiing is fantastic.

Lovely ski in ski out apartment

Well appointed and well thought out apartment, which is spacious but makes great use of the space to create 3 separate sleeping areas, plus the sofa bed in the living area. The apartment has been tastefully modernised, with a well equipped kitchen. The balcony caught the sun pretty much all day. Location is excellent, giving direct access to the pistes, a short walk to shops and restaurants, yet in a quiet area away from night time noise. Communication with the owner and agency were both timely and accommodating. The only addition which could improve the apartment would be Wi-Fi, however mobile data connection is strong.

Adult Family Ski Holiday

Here over Christmas and such a cozy apartment. Even provided a Christmas tree with lights attached! We arrived later than expected and the owner and concierge both helped with access and linen. Over and above that expected. Amazing location with direct access to slopes and within 2 mins walking distance to supermarkets/restaurants. The photos of this accommodation don’t do it justice. Well equipped and we particularly loved the Tassimo coffee machine. Would certainly return. Only slight downside was the poor WiFi but this made us chat more 👍👍 Thanks very much. A great Christmas xx

Nice holiday

This apartment is very well situated in Val Thorens, ski in and out, and in an area close to ski hire, shops and bars. There were four of us and it was comfortable. I think seven would be a squeeze. The kitchen was not very well equipped. For instance, the only knives are steak knives and there was no chopping board. We had to buy one from the Sherpa. There is no WIFI and no DVD player. The communication with the owners was not good. They gave us the wrong code for the front door to the apartment building and I had to email the agency where the keys were collected to find out if we needed to provide towels and bed covers - we did! We were not informed this by the owners. We had enough snow and enjoyed our trip. 4 stars out of 5 mainly because of the location.

Appartement fonctionnel tres bien situé au pieds des pistes.Communication au top avec Elise, qui nous a laissé l'appartement jusqu'à 13h le jour de notre depart.Seul point negatif : l'absence de draps/serviettes (point mentionné dans lannonce certes mais au prix payé cest dommage que cela ne soit pas inclu ...)

Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sein de cet appartement. Le propriétaire a été aussi réactif lors de nos demandes. Plutôt fonctionnelle, la cuisine est assez bien équipée, l’emplacement idéal sachant que la résidence est assez calme et familiale. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons été très satisfaits. Seul remarque que nous pourrions faire ce sont les matelas un peu usés. (Prévoir aussi éponge et torchons qui ne sont pas mis à disposition pas de Wifi pour info)

Excellente semaine dans cet appartement, localisation parfaite pour les amoureux du ski,Bien équipé (à noter pas de wifi mais ça ne nous a pas posé de problème)Seul petit bémol le matelas en 140 que nous avons trouvé un peu trop ferme pour nous!

Super vacances au ski, très agréable!!!

Appartement en très bon état général, cependant ils manquaient une éponge, un tapis pour la salle bain qui n'y était pas et des torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle. Le matelas de la chambre double est un peu dur a mon goût . Pour le reste, cela a été parfait. Le retour et départ à ski est impeccable directement par le local à ski et très pratique. Malgré la neige nous avons pu faire toutes les pistes de valthorens et aussi tout les cols la neige était au rendez vous pour bien skier fin avril. Pour une semaine de vacances à cinq personnes qui comprend 2 enfants de 3 et demi et 3 adultes cela est parfaitement adaptés. Pour les électroménager ils fonctionnent très bien et la cafetière c'est une tassimo. Le balais et la pelle+ balayette sont mis sur le balcon nous avons cherché et trouver que deux jours avant la fin de notre séjours. Pour ce qui est des sac poubelles ils ne sont pas assez large pour la poubelle. Très bon emplacement, aucun bruit a l'extérieur surtout en soirée. Les bars et restaurant restent a proximités de l'appartement soit a 800 mètres à pieds pour certains restaurant et ausi des superettes à 600 mètres. Petit bémol, il faudrait mettre des prospectus pour ce qu'il y a faire à val thorens pour permettre de visiter des lieux insolites. Nous avons passés un agréable séjour,et nous reviendront probablement.

Lägenheten ligger alldeles för bredvid pisten. Välstädat när vi kom. Fräsch lägenhet. Hiss upp och ned direkt till skidrummet. Rekommenderas!

L'appartement est très bien placé, fonctionnel et mignon. Petit bémol : le canapé convertible qui est très fatigué, on a été obligé d'inverser les couples : 3 jours dans le canapé puis 3 jours dans la chambre.

Appart fonctionnel et très bien placé

Parfait pour 4-5 personnes (probablement trop petit à plus). Au pied des pistes. Commerces à 5min à pied. Possibilité d’avoir des draps et un ménage en fin de séjour en demandant au gardien, qui est très sympathique. Une bonne adresse ! Seule suggestion : ajouter un peu plus de vaisselle (bols, planche à découper)
