Excellence on Okaloosa Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had an excellent experience staying in the condo. Awesome communication. The condo has everything you need. Home away from home. We really liked staying on the end of the complex. The balcony provides shade all day and gives you more privacy. We will be back.

Great location! Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was amazing! Beautiful balcony view of the ocean! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation! We highly recommend this vacation rental property and definitely hope to come back for another visit!

Great location great condo

We came to FL for a wedding with some family. Location was perfect, the space was perfect, and everything was very comfortable and fitting for us. Kids loved the pools and the beach.

Great vacation

Condominium was neat and tidy as was the entire complex. Location is very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The two beach chairs and umbrella was a plus.

Lots of fun in Destin area

The view was amazing...we enjoyed the patio every single day. It was a quiet but close to things location...we would likely stay here again. We would suggest upgarding the washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Wonderful condo!!!! We have stayed in this room before and will be back.. Summer Place ,as always, was wonderful.. Staff and employees were awesome!! Jake , the beach service guy was awesome!!!

Great View!

The condo was clean, we loved the beachfront view. The pool was nice and the property manager was very responsive. They even brought us oven mitts. We will be back to this condo, and we highly recommend!

Great place to stay with family

Awesome views of the beach and very easy access. Unit very clean with everything we needed. Master had coastal view with deck access. 2 queen beds in kids room and another queen bedroom. Kitchen fully equipped. One of my favorites was having umbrellas and chairs ready for us each day.

Beach trip

Very nice condo. Just as advertised. Everything you may need was there. Great location. Great deck excellent furnishings. The only suggestion for the owners is the coffee table is very neat piece but so large it limits movement and seating in the den. I would recommend this condo to anyone and Summer Place is well maintained.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited for a quick girls trip this past weekend and were so happy with our condo and Legacy Vacations. We have stayed a many condos over the years - this one was very cleaned, nicely decorated and had a great balcony set up. The beds were very comfortable. Legacy Vacations was very responsive to any questions we had. It was really nice that there was a Legacy desk on-site. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my second time to rent through Legacy Vacations this year. Both times they have been amazing. Great price, fast response when I’ve had minor maintenance issues, and just overall excellent customer service. My only complaint was one night the hot tub was overrun with foul mouthed intoxicated individuals who made us feel very uncomfortable in this “family friendly” condo resort. We loved having the beach service included. Beds were so comfy! Elderly/disabled folks might have trouble getting in and out of the bath tubs, esp the master.

Not a huge property - but its the perfect size

The unit was as advertised.Cleaning was not perfect, there items left behind by the cleaners - such as a dirty was cloth in the sink, dirty dishes in the dishwasher.The unit it self is conveniently located - and i especially liked the beach service. The unit and location were perfect for our stay.one thing to note: There are no extras - no laundry soap, no beach equipment such as floats, no beach towels. Other than that - the unit supplies the minimums.

Oceanfront Paradise: Stunning Views, Fully Equipped Condo, and Convenient Amenities

This condo offers an absolutely amazing stay with breathtaking ocean views from the balcony, kitchen/living room, and master bedroom. The pristine white sands and vibrant emerald green ocean create a picturesque setting, complemented by lifeguards on duty. You will need additional amenities like dish soap (dishwasher pods provided), laundry, pods, toilet paper (one roll per bathroom provided). The fully equipped kitchen is a huge plus. I wish glass top stove cleaner was provided. The inclusion of two umbrellas and four chairs is an awesome bonus. Conveniently located dining options are within walking distance, and for those who prefer to cook, nearby stores like Sam’s, Walmart, Publix, Dollar General, and Dollar Tree are just a 15-minute drive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve stayed at way better cleaner places. We found a necklace in the carpet so doubt it had been vacuumed. It’s definitely dated. Carpet has musty smell. Master toilet ran all night. Master ceiling appears to have small black spots all over it possibly mold ???? Definitely wasn’t what I expected. The location is amazing and I had family that stayed in way better units so maybe it was just this unit that needed TLC. Beach beautiful.

The condo was great & loved having the double beach service. The beds were comfy & the view was beautiful. I would definitely stay at this condo in the future. The communication with Legacy vacations was great. They stayed in contact & also quick to response to any questions I had. The know before you rent things I would tell anyone is that a hair dryer is not provided, the sliding glass door is a little rough to open & close (we just used the one in the bedroom) & the keypad to get access to the beach was quirky. It took several attempts to get the gate to open. We were not the only guests having issues. Other than those very minor things we loved our stay.
