We also apologize for the musty smell upon arrival and the discomfort of the hide-a-bed. The sofa bed is actually brand new, and we’re sorry to hear it did not meet expectations. Additionally, with the recent rains, humidity levels have been higher than usual, which may have contributed to the initial musty smell. We will make sure to keep the AC running to help manage humidity and improve comfort for future arrivals.
