Thank you for your review. We have gone over your comments with our housekeepers to improve the cleaning moving forward including the chair, soap bars and coffee maker. We have also had the carpet cleaned in the entire property (including new plastic covering the stairs). We can't do much about the thermostat as it is a forced air system that only allows one but would like to say that the temperature differences are nowhere near "freezing to sweltering." And we have gone over your comments about the lack of window coverings on odd shaped parts of the windows with the owners of the property. Thanks, John Forest Bighorn Rentals

Hi Krystal, thank you for your review. I just wanted to point out that this property is a budget friendly one. If you're looking for luxury accommodation, we have several 4 bedroom properties that would have been in the $1200 per night range and sleep 10 people. You paid $495 per night for this property that sleeps 14. That works out to $35 per person per night. While it's not luxury, it is a nice place to stay and it is well maintained. Yes, the TVs are older but they still work fine. Yes the carpet is older but it is clean. Everything is in good working order in the property. The sheets and towels are also clean. We are ordering (and going through) about 500 bath towels per week from our laundry service during this time of year. We are not re-using linen anywhere in any of the properties we manage. Hi Shirley, Thanks for the review. We are glad you liked the property, the location and it met your needs. Just wanted to mention that the house was fully stocked with towels, toilet paper and basic supplies when you got there. Some people consume more of these things than others and if you're a bigger consumer, all you have to do is call the office and we'll bring you more.
