Great place to stay. Leak in roof that made floor wet in top bedroom. Maintenance guy came to vacuum up water in floor but was still uncomfortable to get out of bed each morning on that side. Great location.

Yearly trip to Red River, NM

The cabin we stayed in was beautiful. Everything about our stay was perfect. Would definitely recommend this place to stay on your next trip to Red River.

This property is in a great location for skiing. Right across from the lifts and you can walk to restaurants. We stayed there in the summer. The hot tub was one of the main reasons I picked this unit. When we got there it was dirty. They did come out once we let them know, but it took almost two full days to heat back up. The unit is well stocked. The beds were okay. Not what I would call super comfortable. Not the worst I've ever had. It was nice being able to walk to fish in the river and restaurants. I think with a little TLC this place could be awesome. I never try to be petty in reviews. These are just my observations. I do think it was overpriced for offseason. Overall it's not a bad unit.

Adorable A-Frame

We absolutely loved this A-Frame! Morning coffee on the upper deck, evenings in the hot tub, walking distance to our favorite places. Everything was well stocked, convenient and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot for Teens

We have stayed in many places and locations in Red River and we loved this one so much! It’s a great spot if you have teens that love to walk around or even run to DerMarket and the shops! We stayed there in the Summer but it would be an amazing spot in the Winter, with it being right by the ski lift!

Great place and super convenient

What a great place to stay! Easy 5 minute walk or less to many shops along Main Street and to the main ski area. A great view of the lift and mountain across the street. The place was perfect for a family with 2 kids. The kids enjoyed the River behind the cabin and the hot tub and the fire pit. Great place!

Red River vacation

We had a great stay - not having been to Red River before, I could not have chosen a better place. While my husband and son were gone with the car biking or hiking, my daughter and I could walk to anywhere we needed to go. Being so close to the fishing pond was another bonus even though I didn't catch anything - our neighbors must have pulled out 20+ trout out of that pond throughout the week. We would definitely stay here again.

Prime location!

We loved our stay at Claim Jumper 3! It is located directly across the street from the Platinum chair lift and about 1.5 blocks from the bunny slope. There is a great simple green trail that connects the two areas so coming home was a breeze for when we were with our little skiers! Sledding and tubing happen at the base of the bunny slope. The property was exactly as promised! Large TVs in the bedrooms and in the living room space. Nice fireplace. Nice hot tub just outside. It is also within walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. We got a discounted ski rental rate with Sitzmark! We hope to stay again!

Nice place with some drawbacks

Overall very good place. Drawbacks: poor wifi connection, food disposal didn't work, they don't have recycle anywhere.

Great house with perfect location for ski in and out

Wonderful time in Red River! This is our second time to stay in this house. We love the location and the management company. The only concern is the master bedroom mattress needs replaced. Otherwise, this is a perfect place to stay!

Great location and so cozy!

Everything about this place is wonderful! The bedding was nice, the hot tub was great, the amenities were wonderful. The WIFI didn’t work, but we spent our time disconnected, and I’m sure it would’ve been an easy-fix, we just didn’t call about it. I highly recommend this place!

The place was great. Perfect for family and friends. Loved the hot tub. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Good pizza place across the street.

We are 2 families and we all loved the property! We will be booking this property again. Space is very well used even though compact you wouldn’t know it inside. Kitchen is great and well stocked w/needed kitchen items.

Clean, fun, well-stocked!

This condo is the nicest we’ve had in our 15 years at Red River. The bathrooms are modern and clean. The bathroom with subway tile is so gorgeous! The hot tub and deck were an added bonus! The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to use. The tile needs replaced before it cuts someone’s foot. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of extra linens! Great location. The kids’ fishing pond was fun. We would book this condo again!

Nice cabin!! very clean

Very nice cabin/townhouse at the base of the ski slope. The front door opens to the ski slope. Parking is tight. The people at Red River Real Estate, (the rental agent), are very nice. Will stay there again for sure!!!!
