Best stay ever. Great communication and clean condo. Also has a beautiful side view of the ocean. Will be booking again. Tomorrow is our last day and we are super sad to leave.

Excellent place to stay.

The condo was just like the pictures. Very short walk to the beach, and also to the 2 pools. Excellent location, close to everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay for a beach vacation

Had a wonderful week with friends and family at this very comfortable condo....just as it is advertised...short walk to beautiful miramar beach...quiet and safe place to stay...everything you could want in the condo...have stayed at Maravilla several time...its definitely my go to while at the beach here...very easy to communicate with the owner...would love to stay here again.

Absolutely loved this condo! Everything was perfect! Great beds, nice bathrooms, and can even see the ocean from the balcony! I also loved the decor!!! Location was a little bit of a walk, but still doable, and I’m 64!

Perfect Location

Everything was perfect. Condo had everything that we needed plus a short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. We will stay here again for sure.

Sun, Sea and Sand

Great spot for hitting the beach! Excellent perk was getting chairs and umbrellas included! Also lots to do in the area in regards to eating out, entertainment and shopping! Unit was well stocked with all the things!

Family vacation

Our stay was beyond amazing. The condo was very clean. It did not have a pantry so we had to find places to store or groceries ect. But overall everything was amazing. We will definitely be staying there again.

Beautiful condo

The condo was very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. The bunk room was very small but it worked for our granddaughters. The walk to the beach was not far. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

My family of 5 (all adults) loved this beach condo! Dorothy, the owner, was so helpful and responded to every message very quickly! The condo is very nice, has a lot of cooking pans and utensils, the furniture is very nice and the beds are comfortable!! We loved our experience in the condo and with Dorothy and will definitely be staying here again!

Highly Recommend!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Beautiful and comfortable. Everything you need is there. The property grounds are kept very clean, access to the beach and pool were super easy. The guys putting out the chairs and umbrellas each day were absolutely phenomenal! Could not have asked for a better experience all the way around. Highly recommend this property!

Great getaway

A great condo in a great complex with a quick and easy walk to the beach! All of the furnishings were top notch and the beds were so comfy. Only negative is there’s nothing for the beach so you’ll have to bring your own coolers and chairs to add to the two chairs and umbrella setup on the beach.

Happy you enjoyed your stay at Maravilla. Sorry there weren’t any extra chairs but we did include chairs in the past but guests would not return them to our condo. I’ve decided to give it another try and also provide a cooler for guests. Thank you for letting us know.

Awesome Condo at the Beach!

The condo was beautiful and was great for small children. The water pressure wasn’t amazing in the shower but it gets the job done for sure. I do wish there was a way to recycle at the facility, but there did not appear to be one. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great property

Great property. Needs a little work in the bathrooms. In the corner there is mildew on the floor, tubs/shower walls have cracks and had zero toilet tissue when we arrived. Otherwise, a fabulous property and yea, we will stay there again.

I’m sorry, guests are always advised that they will receive starter supplies and further items would need to be purchased. We do supply soap for our guests as well. This was stated in the rental agreement. When my cleaning crew arrived after you checked out, they found six bags of garbage some in open paper bags lined up outside the door. It is the guest responsibility to remove all trash and take it to the dumpster. I tried my best to help out when you wanted an early check-in. I contacted my cleaning people to see if they can have my unit ready early for your arrival. They were able to do that even though they had so many other condos to clean as well. You had contacted me several times with questions and I tried to be helpful. I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay.

Loved the Condo

Loved the Condo, but would Appreciate if I would have known the Beach wasn’t Flat. You can’t tell from pictures, but it’s like the dunes where we were. Property Manager responded to All if my messages. The neighborhood was quiet, but we did get a banana peel put on our doorstep(not sure what that means?). And I still don’t Understand why there aren’t More handicap spaces available and that the beaches can’t be Accommodating to Special Needs People!! Overall a Good Vacation. Thanks
