Best Location in Savannah

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Gardenview a few years ago and loved the location. You can walk most anywhere in the Historic area. Close to Forsythe Park, Clary's, and short walk to restaurants and riverfront. The private courtyard is marvelous with charcoal and gas grill for our cooking. Clean and spaces are as described. Only issue was air conditioning does not reach the upstairs. So at 90+ degrees it was very warm to sleep. Another time of the year when not so hot outside it might be fine.

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback and for returning to Gardenview! We’re so glad to hear you continue to enjoy the wonderful location, private courtyard, and comfortable space. It’s great to know the home provided a convenient base for exploring the Historic District, Forsyth Park, and nearby restaurants. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced during your stay and completely understand how frustrating it must have been, especially during such warm weather. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll be sure to share your feedback with our property team for review. Thank you again for choosing Lucky Savannah, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back during a future visit! The Lucky Team

Perfect location and the gem of this home is the courtyard. Sadly, the AC was not strong enough to cool the bedrooms so sleeping was very difficult. We ran the ceiling fan and floor fans but they just pushed around warm air.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad the location and courtyard were highlights. We're sorry the bedrooms stayed too warm — that's not the experience we want. We've shared your comments with our maintenance team so they can inspect the HVAC and look into supplemental cooling options to improve overnight comfort. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again. - The Lucky Team

Beautiful Historic Home in Savannah

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home! It was perfect for our family of four and two dogs. We loved taking the dogs all around town (Savannah is so dog friendly!) and the ease of getting everywhere within a short walk. We would, hands down, stay here again if we travel back to Savannah. It was perfect!

Lovely home in perfect location

What a quaint, comfortable home in downtown Savannah! The outside space is a dream. It’s a perfect space for starting the day with coffee or ending it with drinks. The air conditioning could be better upstairs but I would definitely stay here again. Parking was so easy. We had a great stay.

We adored this perfect Savannah home. The private courtyard was so well kept and an absolute joy sit and have a beverage in while discussing what local restaurant we would walk to. Ideal location. Clean. The perfect space. Looking forward to returning hopefully soon!
