Questo meraviglioso bagno con 3 camere da letto e 2. 5 può ospitare 10 persone e delizia i sensi con vivaci colori pastello di rosa, verde e blu.

Situata sulla pittoresca Beachwalk Lane e in posizione centrale tra il lago Michigan e la piscina della Beachwalk Community, questa casa ha molto da offrire. I portici sono numerosi e una terrazza al secondo piano offre ancora più spazio all'aperto. Getaway offre anche una buca per il fuoco con posti a sedere perfetti per raccontare la storia della sera con la famiglia.

Il livello principale offre un ampio soggiorno, perfetto per rilassarsi con la famiglia dopo una giornata al sole o rannicchiarsi accanto al fuoco durante la sera. La cucina completamente attrezzata è ideale anche per cucinare e trascorrere del tempo con tutta la famiglia. Troverai anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size e una stanza per la polvere con facile accesso, che è l'ideale per entrare e uscire rapidamente con i piedi sabbiosi. La camera matrimoniale con un letto matrimoniale si trova anche al primo piano con il proprio bagno completo.

Il secondo livello inizia con una passeggiata al piano superiore e uno troverà un bagno completo e due camere da letto aggiuntive. Entrambe le camere hanno accesso all'esterno se si desidera dormire con la porta aperta o semplicemente godersi la brezza che si muove attraverso il cottage. Una camera ha un letto matrimoniale e l'altra ha un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli.

Non sono ammessi animali e non fumare. Gli affitti settimanali vanno da venerdì a venerdì durante le settimane estive di punta, con soggiorni più brevi per le vacanze di primavera, autunno e inverno. The property itself was a great space for our family to utilize and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. The provided beach items were an awesome addition to making our stay better. The house itself was clean and well taken care of. We will be returning in the future after having such a great stay. Shoreline Brewery and El Cajete were excellent choices for dinner.

The Getaway Home

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is in a great location. Upon arrival it was clean. The home is in need of a major update. The kitchen is dated and in need of a major overhaul. The master mattress needs replacing and new bed covers. The mattress had two channels where people have been sleeping. The master bath is small and worn out. The caulk around the tub and sink is worn out and dirty. Not worth the price until it gets a makeover.

Fabulous Getaway

A block away from the boardwalk leading to the beach and practically right next door to the pool and other amazing amenities. Last Hurrah!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 7 old and dear friends had been meeting for nearly 25 years(until Covid) and spending a week together at the beach. Our 60th Elston High School reunion was in September, along with our long awaited week together. Getaway was new for us and it fulfilled every wish we had for our "last hurrah" together. We are 78 now and have medical issues, which make it increasingly difficult to plan a week in the future. We were delighted with our cottage and enjoyed our stay immensely. The fire pit was such a treat! Other past rentals did not have one...even though we never had a fire, being able to sit around in the circle and see the faces of all our dear women friends was magical:) We hosted a get together for our local friends and Getaway proved perfect for our gathering. Lastly, parking was great! Two spaces in the front and two in the back served us well. I.personally, need to thank the Beachwalk staff at the front office and the maintenance folks....always professional, informative, helpful and very fun:) Many thanks!!

The owners provided chairs and all kinds of beach equipment. The only improvement would be a new shower door on the main level hall bathroom as it’s very difficult to use that shower.

The home has a nice layout , and is well stocked with everything that you will need for your stay. The home is in need of some repairs. All the screens are ripped on the porch as well as the doors do not close to keep the bugs out. The master bath is desperate need of an update. The master sheets are to small for the bed, and will not stay on. All the pillows in the home are very cheep. I feel when renting a beach home for the price I paid it would have better quality beds and bedding. Over all we did enjoy the home

Loved all the extras this property had, like a fully stocked kitchen, fun stuff for the beach and pool, scooters for the kids. Wish the bathrooms were a bit nicer to match the rest of the house but I believe the pictures on the listing are accurate and we expected that. Beds were comfortable and location was great.

AWESOME Experience!

This is so perfect for families, the porch is a great for the kids to play while parents have Happy Hour or prepare dinner. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need including a Lily Pad!!! Beach chairs, scooters, fire pit, games, tennis racquets, etc. Something for everyone. Bonus with window AC units in the second floor bedrooms since they are always a little warmer. As a grandparent I loved the large bedroom with twin beds & a queen as I stayed with the kids and we loved our nightly chit chats. The location is the BEST! Steps to pool, beach, tennis courts, and snack shack.

You will want to stay at the Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This charming house was perfect for our family. OUTSIDE: We loved sitting out front and watching the families heading to and from the beach while our grandson was napping. S'mores were a wonderful treat in the evening around the campfire. Location was perfect - close to the beach but not right at the entrance and near the pool but not within hearing distance. House has an outdoor shower which is necessary after playing with grandson in the sand and it also comes with a wagon which made taking everything to the beach so much easier! INSIDE: Everything was neat and clean, up-to-date and spacious. Downstairs bedroom had a king bed and attached bathroom and was down a hallway from the living room so stayed pretty quiet. There was also another downstair bathroom and laundry as well as roomy living room, kitchen (a little tight but definitely workable) and large dining table. Screened in porch was a great place to keep all of our beach stuff and still have room to sit or play. Upstairs has two bedrooms and a shared bath. We had an issue when we arrived with the air conditioner not wanting to stay on cooling but when we called, maintenance was there in less than 5 minutes and had it fixed within the hour - great customer service. Highly recommend this house, this neighborhood, this rental company!

Perfect location and plenty of things to do!

This house was perfect for our group! House was very nice and clean! Plenty of space. It’s very close to the pool and the beach. Very easy walk to both. Renting the golf cart was fun to take the kids cruising around. We will defiantly come back again!

This property is very cute, perfect location on Main Street in the Beachwalk neighborhood. Kids loved that it was a bright pink house. There were great beach chairs, toys, and a huge lily pad which made our 11 year olds’ entire trip special! The only 2 minor issues were that the place wasn’t ready until about 45 min after check in which isn’t bad but with 4 kids after a 5 hour drive, it was tough to hold them back and there were ants in the kitchen (not many, but I saw them). Mattress in BR on main floor isn’t super great and can get hot in one of the BR upstairs. Else, it was clean, easy access, cute place, lots of room, open floor plan on main, good parking, good neighborhood, TV in each room. Screened in porch is awesome as are balconies. Everyone said they’d come back!

A Place to Relax

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros - Porch and first floor are very well appointed. Location is great.Cons - Fence and chairs in front and doors need to be refinished. Gives a bad look. Also, doors into porch have gaps which can allow in bugs. Better landscaping in front would also give a better impression.Zorn Brew Works in town is one of the best brew pubs I have visited.

A beautiful spot to 'getaway'

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and spacious layout of this property are wonderful. We truly enjoyed our time at Beachwalk Resort. This rental did have alot of extra items like tennis racquets, beach chairs, lily pad, etc for use during your stay. Everything was in proper working order but the tv and wifi situation were terrible. Everyone used their own data because the WIFI signal was weak or interrupted at all times. It takes a lot to figure out how to stream NETFLIX from the TV!!! However, the outdoor area in front of the house was our favorite spot to spend our time each night. The proximity to the beach, tennis courts and pool were amazing! I would highly recommend this property!

Adequate House for Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the large living room; great for our multi-generational family vacation. The Beachwalk community is so relaxing and nice. This particular home shows its age/use. One of the toilets was broken when we arrived, and the main air conditioner struggled to keep the house cool (very thankful the upstairs bedrooms had window units). Beachwalk resort management was as responsive as they could have been.
