Putting Green, Beach, Pool, Kayak, Basketball - Divertimento per tutte le età incluso!

Sandy Feet è un delizioso cottage blu con un piccolo putting green e un laghetto sul retro. Un ampio portico anteriore fornisce l'ingresso all'interno. La grande sala ha tutti i nuovi mobili e opere d'arte. C'è un camino a gas e una TV a schermo piatto con cavo che include il pacchetto sportivo regionale e un DVR in modo da poter trascorrere la giornata in spiaggia o in piscina. La cucina ha un bellissimo tavolo nuovo che può ospitare 6 e un'isola cucina che ne ospiterà altri 2. La cucina completamente attrezzata ha un sacco di spazio per rendere memorabili i pasti durante le vacanze.

Il piano principale ha due camere da letto e un divano letto. Entrambe le camere hanno letti matrimoniali e la camera da letto principale ha un bagno annesso. Il soggiorno componibile comprende un letto matrimoniale estraibile per ulteriore spazio per dormire. Tra le due camere da letto c'è anche un bagno 3/4 con lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Vuoi dare spazio ai bambini? C'è un loft per quello! Mandali sulla scala delle navi al secondo piano. I bambini hanno il loro spazio con due nuovi letti gemelli ciascuno con un rotelle. C'è una TV con lettore DVD e molti film insieme a un mini biliardino.
Per coloro che lavorano al loro gioco di golf o per i bambini che stanno imparando, Sandy Feet ha i passi del Putting Green Park dalla veranda sul retro. La pratica rende perfetti! Il cottage è anche molto vicino ai campi da tennis, basket e pallavolo. I bambini adoreranno il Castle Park, che è raggiungibile a piedi. Le spiagge del Lago Kai e del Lago Michigan distano meno di 2 isolati. Fuori dalla veranda riparata c'è una griglia a carbone e una buca per il fuoco portatile per il tuo divertimento. Sandy Feet è nascosto in Power Lane, che è una delle strade più tranquille della suddivisione.

Non sono ammessi animali e non fumare per favore. C'è una griglia a carbone per gli ospiti.

I soggiorni da domenica a domenica sono richiesti da metà giugno a metà agosto. Soggiorni più brevi sono i benvenuti per le vacanze di primavera, autunno e inverno.

The best vacation rental!

My kids enjoyed the game table in there bedroom, my favorite part was the porch out back being able to see the water, made the stay so peaceful. Everyone in the resort was so friendly to us. The loft upstairs was great for the kids, and the main floor was open and large enough where all 9 of us had plenty of space to spread out! The house was stocked with sports equipment for us to enjoy all the amenities of Beachwalk. The location was great, we loved that it was on a quieter street in the development and on the putting green. Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

Family vacation

The back porch was a favorite spot to play games and enjoy the sound of the fountain in the back. The beach walk neighborhood is full of amenities that make having a great vacation easy. And of course, the lake is beautiful and the sand pristine.

Peaceful Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My brother's family and my family enjoyed a week of fun and relaxation at Sandy Feet. The layout of the house is perfect for time spent together or apart. We found everything we needed in the house including beach towels which were a pleasant surprise considering BOTH of our families left ours at home. The kids loved having their own space in the loft and the adults enjoyed the privacy of our own rooms.We loved the resort amenities, especially the pool and basketball court. And the proximity of the beach was a bonus that we enjoyed every morning. We had adventures to the zoo and outlet mall and enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out at local restaurants. Can't wait to go back!

Great Stay...But could have been better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positives: The house was in a great location (not on the main street) which we really liked. There's less traffic/people on the street...and it also backed to a really nice pond. The décor was very cute and matched the lake theme for the location. Also, the furniture, dishes and appliances were nice. It was great that the house also provided dishes for adults and kids, condiments, fire wood and coffee. There was also mini golf and fishing in the pond behind the house. The amenities at the resort were also awesome: beach volleyball, bocce ball, kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding, shuffleboard, basketball, tennis and more.Negatives: The house wasn't the cleanest and I think it could have been better. I would like to think my cleaning fee went to something. The rugs looked like they hadn't been washed in a while. The toilet seats were chipped and worn. And we saw a few dead spiders around. The outdoor shower didn't work, so we had to call maintenance in, they came the next day to fix it, so we appreciated that. Also, the resort didn't have an attendant at the kayak/paddleboard station for 2 days, so we missed out on doing that for part of our vacation, which was a bummer. Overall it was a really nice stay and we would stay here again, I would just ask that they inspect the cleanliness before our arrival.

Sandy Feet Cottage

Really nice neighborhood. The loft had a steep ladder which was not expected. Also could have used a few more blankets, some Igor’s were chilly. But over all the cottage was very cozy and functional.

Great Accessible House for Any Weather

This is a great location for going to the amenities within Beachwalk and for walking over to Lake Michigan. The house was immaculate and well decorated. It had every kitchen item we needed (a Keurig plus a regular drip coffee maker!) and nice towels and sheets.

Close to the beach, but in need of a de

Beachwalk is family-friendly, wouldn't necessarily recommend if you're coming with just friends. The place needs a deep-clean. Bathmats looked like they'd never been washed and I found some children's ibuprofen laying on the floor of the porch. Stains on the bedposts (like melted ice cream?) were also concerning. Firepit/grill/ in good shape and was nice that they had an indoor porch.

Loved the location and the house

Everything in the listing was accurate. Loved the house and the location. I didn’t think the communication from the management company was good. I had to call several times to get check in information even up to the day before. Also, we had a toilet clogged and asked twice for someone to come fix it and no one ever came.

Home Away From Home

Reviewer Comments: We ladies enjoyed the unique and special house and location for our Girls Getaway. This was my second time at this house. Look forward to coming back again. I did note to the property management team that the house did not appear well-cleaned for our stay with sand on the floors, especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms needing a little extra care. The house needs a deep clean. This is very different from our experience last year.

Nice house

This was a great house to stay at for our Lake beach vacation. It was close to the beach, so we didn’t need to rent a golf cart. The screened in porch was amazing with the pond/ fountain out back. We ate dinner, and hung out on the porch every night. The kids loved the loft , although the ladder up to it terrified me. Everything was clean, and comfortable. Would stay here again.
