Devi avere 25 anni per affittare questo condominio. Il condominio 106 Dunes si trova al 1 ° piano dove è sufficiente uscire sul patio per vedere le lussureggianti piante e fiori tropicali che circondano l'area. Dal tuo patio puoi guardare i delfini che giocano oltre le spiagge di sabbia bianca del Golfo del Messico a soli 300 metri dal tuo condominio. Questo condominio con due camere da letto ben arredato ha quasi 1.000 mq. Ft. di spazio per far giocare e rilassare te e la tua famiglia. Questo condominio può ospitare comodamente sei persone. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno privato. C'è anche una TV via cavo situata nella camera da letto principale. La camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale e TV via cavo. C'è un bagno completo situato nella hall. La cucina è completamente fornita di tutto l'essenziale di cui hai bisogno in vacanza. Il soggiorno è splendidamente arredato con un bilanciere / poltrona reclinabile, una sedia e un pouf con un grande divano che diventerà un letto matrimoniale. Il tavolo da cucina può ospitare quattro persone con posti a sedere aggiuntivi per tre al bar. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size nel condominio, il che significa che tutto ciò che serve sono un paio di pantaloncini, maglietta, infradito e un costume da bagno e il tuo pronto. LA VACANZA SENZA STRESS PERFETTA.
Soggiornando al Dunes avrai anche accesso a una piscina all'aperto, una piscina e un centro fitness.

The check in was great and no hassel. They checked on us regularly to make sure everything was going good. The family loved the location being right by the pool and a short walk to the beach.

The location is the ticket for adults who want a quiet locale with easy access. Very relaxing next to the pool and beach vista.

Great location outside the mainstream crowd.

Good location comfy beds. Some wear along the edges of the kitchen cabinetry. Very relaxing patio. Bring drip coffee however, they don’t have a keurig.

Close to beach, with great views, and step right outside back patio door and you’re at the pool. Recommend and would definitely stay again at this condo!

Overall satisfied

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the location to the pool. Walk to beach was longer than we are used to but was manageable. Living room furniture could use some updating for comfort and more towels, washcloths and dish towels would be nice.. condo was clean for the most part and beds were comfortable.

July 4th beach trip

Overall, not terrible but the condo desperately needs updating and repair. The beds were awful. Like sleeping on a trampoline. We got very little rest because of this. The furniture is low quality. The dishwasher leaked onto the floor. The washing machine would get stuck on the drain cycle every time we used it. Maintenance was responsive when we needed them. It was nice having the pool right outside the back door. Staff were present cleaning the pool and pool deck every morning. The walk to the beach was maybe 10 mins. We didn’t worry about leaving our belongings on the patio. Everything was still there every morning. We loved that it wasn’t busy. We were never disturbed after dark. No parties. No loud teenagers. 30 minute drive to Gulf Shores for restaurants and amusements. For me, it was great having 3 superb golf courses within a 20 mile drive. Tacky Jack’s across the street was hyped more than it delivered but we still enjoyed it. I think we’ll get further from the Mississippi next time for clearer waters.

The experience was far from satisfactory. The property is in desperate need of renovation. The paint on the kitchen cabinets is chipping off, giving the whole place a rundown appearance. The outside patio had mold, which made it unpleasant to use. Inside, there were leaking pipes under the bathroom sinks. The bath sink mats looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages, which was quite off-putting. The pillows provided were old and uncomfortable. In the kitchen, there were only two forks, and the utensil tray was filthy. It was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority here. To top it off, we encountered huge rats around the outside of the condo. We even have a picture of one on the deck. Shockingly, we were informed that these rats are protected, so nothing is done about them. Overall, this condo was a major disappointment and not worth the price. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

This condo was just updated with new furnishings and items just last week, so we would love the opportunity to host you again and provide you with a better experience. It is actually the beach mice, not the rats, that are protected, so that limits what measures can be taken to control the rat population. We hope to have you stay with us again!

Far Away and Needs Updating

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a decent stay, but the location and the overall look and feel of the condo definitely played a role in our stay. The ceiling was falling down in the smaller bedroom, the sink did not drain well and was broken. The shower in the master bath did not drain almost at all. The hot water did not last very long in the master bath. The cabinets were peeling in the kitchen. The recliner was also peeling in the living area. There were hardly any items in the kitchen- so prepare for bringing your own if you would like to cook, however there were plenty of bowls...likes lots and lots of them. The location in the property was probably the best thing, as it is literally 5 steps away from the pool. Although it was chilly during our stay, the children enjoyed the pool and hottub. The beach was a short 5 minute walk away, but it was pleasant. Overall, for a last minute rental it was okay, but the price was not worth this location at all.

Condo was average, property staff terrible!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was clean, but with a ton of damage, peeling cabinets, walls, chair. But the condo staff/security were the rudest people. I believe it should have been posted online that your pool closed at 8pm for whatever reason. Let’s not hear another covid excuse as the other pools around closed at 9 and 10. And then when it was closing at 8, the rudest lady yelled at my 9,10, and 12 year old children. How about you approach the adults and NOT the children. And don’t even worry about trying to call management of the property you wont get an answer or a call back. We had a ticket placed on one of our cars and after I called we never received another parking pass. We will be back to the area, but will choose to stay anywhere but sunset properties. Also let me mention this property is NOT on the beach it is a 1/4 mile walk.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. This condo will be undergoing an update as soon as the summer season slows down. I hate to hear about the security at the Dunes Complex. Sunset Properties does not manage that building or the personnel. We only have condo rental in the building. So we are in charge of the condo and the cleaning of the condo. We will certainly forward your review to the Dunes Condo Association so they are aware of the issues you had with the parking and pool use.

Solid location

Easy access, up-to-date information, and just what I’ve come to expect after renting from The Dunes for the past few years. The master bath needs a little plumbing attention (slow to drain sink and tub) and a replacement remote for the master suite (nowhere to be found) but other than those minor hiccups an overall great stay.

Nice condo

Very nice condo, great location, overall clean, nice view. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting area and being close to the pool. Aside from a few minor issues with a slow draining tub and carpeted rooms (not my preference for a rental) it was an overall pleasant experience for our stay.

WARNING: DO NOT RENT FROM SUNSET PROPERTIES!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The manager, Becky, and Jim, the maintenance man, were the rudest people I have ever encountered. Becky berated us for coming early, and Jim told my kids he was looking forward to them checking out because their music was too loud. They give you a half roll of toilet paper when you come into the condo. We were on our honeymoon and the bed had such a severe cave-in in the middle we had to sleep in different rooms. When we pulled out a blanket, it had brown stains on it!!! The door code did not work countless times, as well. I will never, ever stay here again, and warn anyone else not to, as well! Terrible customer service. Check out AirBNB, their rooms at the Dunes have toilet paper, paper towels, soap and a mattress not fit for the junk yard. BEWARE!!!!

Perfect Family Beach Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was a great little getaway for our family of 5 (2 Adults, 2 Kids, 1 Infant). The property was as described, except the dryer did not function very well. It was not something we brought up to management during our stay, as we just hung dry items. Kitchen was stocked fairly well, however there is some aging in the kitchen cabinets, but still the condo was useful and clean. Being so close to the condo pool was wonderful, and the beach was not far away. To walk to the beach, you definitely would need a utility cart of some kind to carry chairs, cooler, umbrella, etc... but we just drove the short way to park by the nearest boardwalk. We were happily surprised to find a beach umbrella and some body boards to use at the beach! We also loved that is was away from the more touristy section of Gulf Shores. We had a pickup order at the nearest Walmart, and stayed at the condo for all of our meals, and it was great, however there were a few nearby restaurants to go to if you wanted.

Woohoo!!! Christina, we are so glad you had a blast in this condo!! Fort Morgan is awesome, and this condo rocks. If you had let us know about the dyer, we would have sent someone to look at it. We love that you can walk to the beach and also park closer for people who do bring a lot of stuff out. The seclusion of Fort Morgan is overall the best and we are happy you enjoyed your stay with us, come back and stay with us!!

Disappointing stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first night in the condo, it rained. We woke up to a large puddle under the kitchen table that had seeped through the wall. Maintenance came in and left super loud fans running for most of the day, until we had taken all we could take and unplugged them. Everything in the condo was just sort of run down. The dryer would not dry even 2 swimsuits and 2 towels, even after running it 3 times. The bathroom fan didn’t work and the tv in the bedroom was very old and didn’t work quite right. I paid more than our month’s house payment for 4 nights here, and there wasn’t even enough toilet paper to last through our stay. Good, quiet location, just a rundown condo in need of lots of maintenance.

Hey, Neal. Thank you for taking time to write a review for us. If you had contacted us about these issues like the dryer and the tv, we would have sent maintenance out to take care of it for you. We do inform you that there is one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom before you arrive. Each condo has a different owner so come stay with us again and hopefully we can find a property you like better!
