Great condo and location had almost everything we needed . Only thing that they need to add to make it a perfect stay would be a vacuum and some additional throw blankets would be nice.

It was a great place to stay. Elevators worked and were pretty fast (last placed we stayed at in Destin BOTH elevators were down and we had to carry luggage up 6 flights of stairs). Probably the worst thing was the bathtub wouldn’t hold water so I used the kitchen sink stopper in the tub because I really enjoy a good bubble bath. But with that said, we plan to return. We looked around at different condos while we were there but like to location of Summerchase.

Beautiful condo, great location!

This condo is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It was definitely one of our favorite places in OB. The location is perfect and the managememt company, Liquid Life, is easy to work with and attentive. We will stay here again!
