Well if I was to say anything cleaning up from the previous rental should have been better, both fridges and freezers were full of the last few renter's food, with what was left we ended up filling 1 full can, we didn't get an answer about the other cans for a few days.Seems like the cleaning crews could have done a better job at cleaning the space through better before we arrived would have been nice.My wife works for the hotel industry, so she felt she had to clean up before she could relax.

Great location, clean, family friendly

This place was great! The owner is wonderful to work with-fast response time! Awesome, clean, family friendly, and the best location!! Just a short walk down the beach to the dunes and tide pools! We had a great time and will definitely be returning!

Property and location were absolutely ideal. So close to the beach. The house was beautiful and had so much space, games, and accommodations. Thank you for an amazing weekend get away.

Great beach house!

House was warm, friendly, beachy, and had everything needed to enjoy a long weekend with family. Great location about a block from Pelican Pub, and the beach. Firepit in back is nice touch, and deck in front is great for people watching while enjoying a beverage.

Perfect for Family Gathering

This rental had plenty of room for us to vacation with our adult children. There was a great kitchen, room to gather, and also enough space for privacy. The beach was just minutes away on foot, as were a brew pub, coffee shop, and pizza place.

Great location!

Quick weekend stay! The kitchen was adequate for making breakfast but only the two small burners worked on the stovetop. We really enjoyed using the fire pit out back and appreciate the provided wood! Also, the beds and bedding were comfortable.

Perfect location

This house was just the right size for our family and very well equipped! They had a great selection of games to play including shuffle board, and we enjoyed sitting around the fire in the back yard. The walk to the beach was easy and the little market was very convenient only being a couple minutes walk for that forgotten item! I would definitely recommend this property!

Great Beach Stay!!!

This house was a great find. Perfect for 2 couples. The beds are so comfortable you sleep like a baby. Nice clean home close to the beach and activities. This is on our list to stay in again. Only issue is downstairs bathroom not great for elderly or disabled. The configuration is difficult.

Couldn't ask for more

This was a great place set up for a beach getaway. We loved how the place had two levels with each level having amenities. It had all the cooking utensils you could want. Very close walk to restaurants and the brewery and the beach was right there. You could hear the ocean from the awesome second floor balcony. We will be back.

Perfect Location!

We had an amazing time. This house was very well set up and the Manager was awesome to deal with. Very fast response. We had to pleasure of experiencing Pacific City for the first time and we loved it. We will definitely be back. Perfect spot right in the middle of it all. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Loved It!

What's not to like? Steps to pizza, Pelican pub, store (taffy & fudge). SHORT walk to the beach. The house is set up perfectly for 2 families or, in our case, kids downstairs and adults up! Perfect home....we will be back!

This was a great place with enough beds for our family group of 4 adults and two children. We had a little trouble checking because the door code on the VRBO website was different from the check in instructions, but we got that settled with help from Kelli. The two stories let us spread out. We used the downstairs for playing and watching TV (and sleeping) and the upstairs for cooking and meals. The entire place was spacious and big enough for a good size group. Decor was great. Entry area allowed us to quickly move our bags inside and then spread as needed to bedrooms and kitchen. Although there is a refrigerator, sink and microwave downstairs, The main kitchen is upstairs and can be a problem if you have folks with mobility issues. Pacific City and its beach were great and only a short walk to the beach, coffee shop and a small grocery. We were comfortable and would stay again.

Great family vaca

Perfect for all of us. Being close to everything is an easy trade off for being in the main road. Cellphone reception is not great and there is no Wi-Fi. Depending on who you are that is a feature or a bug! Pacific city is one of my favorite spots on the coast.
