The house was newly renovated and included many new appliances and features. We will return.

Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great location for walking to the bay beach and the pool and an easy bike ride/car ride to Cape Henlopen. Our extended family loved it! It was very comfortable and the perfect layout for our adult children and grandchildren downstairs with a sitting area and giant TV while we, the grandparents could stay upstairs in a more quiet area. We especially liked the upstairs kitchen, eating area, sitting area arrangement along with the screened-in porch for us all to congregate and hangout.
