This beach property is a lovely location. If you are looking for peace and quiet and a sensational ocean view you can’t get any better. The sun rises are breathtaking. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals but there are several restaurants close by for dining out. Sitting out on the decks in the afternoon was so relaxing. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom attached to the main bedroom on the upper level. This was our second visit and hope to stay there again next year if it is available.

My family and I stayed here for a week. You can not beat the view or access to the beautiful beach from this house. The beach is literally your back yard and is not crowded at all. The small fenced in area was wonderful for my dog. The home was clean and well stocked. Kelly was very easy to communicate with.

First off, the location is awesome and the house is good. We loved the deck space and the beach being right there at our back door.However, the house is in need of some minor repairs. It’s little things like shower handles falling off because the set screw is missing, curtain rods falling down because the set screw is missing, the plastic gate on the deck was loose and falling off so we had to tighten the screws, and the stove had an eye that would randomly turn on and off. The host would only communicate through messages in the VRBO app, slightly annoying because we had to monitor the app to see if we had messages.All in all, it was good because the location made up for the hassles.

Great location, private beach with a beautiful deck overlooking the ocean. Convenient to downtown St. Augustine and all the wonder restaurants ( highly recommend Harry’s and sit in the beautiful courtyard) The Showers were nicely updated on the 2 main floors! Added bonus for sure. My daughter moved the trundle bed next to the master suite and worked nicely to has her close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and away enough from public access to the beach so not crowded at all. The cleaners could do a much better job though. I’ve stayed in Vilano Beach rentals each year for the last 23 and every one needed to do a better job at cleaning, so is what it is. I would still recommend this house for folks that came to enjoy an uncrowded beach. For the price and the location it doesn’t get any better. .

Breathtaking is a good description for the views from this house! Literally steps from the beach - which feels like your own private beach (we were there during spring break - and beach was very quiet and hardly any people). Perfect for our family, and our dog loved the gated balcony and dog friendly beach. House is beautiful inside as well and has 3 levels, each with a bedroom and an extra bed on the top floor. Lower level has it's own kitchenette and bathroom. We had a very minor issue and owner was responsive, on top of it and had it resolved immediately. Will not hesitate to rent this again. Did I mention the views?

Wonderful Ocean views from house. Beds are comfortable. Nice house. My only issue was with the path to the beach the path is not flat enough. At the end is a hill and my daughter and i both fell and rolled down it. I just had back surgery recently and couldn't use it after falling down. Sad to say we had to use a beach access down the road. Everything was great except for the beach access pathway.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The multiple decks overlooking the ocean…. the beach as our backyard. The sunrises over the water, our granddaughter playing. Just beautiful.

Wonderful Vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family and our needs/wants. Beautiful beach. Property owner was super nice and very responsive to any questions we had. We would recommend this property to family and friends!

Extraordinary Stay!!

This house was everything and more, the bathrooms are top of the line, marble floors, gold fixtures!! The entire house was very clean, the kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, I could go on and on about this house…..but you should plan a stay to see for yourself!! You will not be disappointed. I forgot to tell you that it is directly on the beach!

Great location!

The location of this property was awesome! The beach was right off the deck and it was minutes from all the attention. There were some concerns with the house but the owner was very willing to help.

Relaxing beach vacation

We had the most amazing and relaxing time at Casa Pelicanos! The house is very accommodating and had everything we needed including the most amazing bathrooms! There were beach supplies available for my kids and we all enjoyed swimming in the ocean all day and then watching movies together at night! Perfect stay and had everything we needed and PM was very helpful as needed.

Fantastic

It's a beautiful very nice house. The view of the ocean cant be beat. Walking on the beach and there is so few people around is so nice. At the end of the week we were there we wished we could be there for a month. Will rent this house again. What a pleasure!

Cant beat this location

Stayed at the house the week of Milton and I was sad to have to check out early because the house was nice and right on the beach! Fully stocked with everything you would need. The property manager was friendly and understanding and allowed us to cancel late due to the hurricane. I would stay here again!!

Excellent Oceanfront House

This house is ideal for your many needs, it has three levels with a bedroom on each level, one of the bedrooms is on ground level with access to the beach. Well stocked, very clean, my family really had a wonderful experience there. Highly recommended. ,

Beautiful

This place was perfect for us. The hosts were awesome answering questions right away. There were 3 of us and we each had our own floor and bathroom.
