Posizione, posizione, posizione - a soli 10-15 minuti da Ft. Benning, a mezzo miglio da St. Francis Hospital e BC / BS, e 2. 8 miglia dall'aeroporto di Columbus, AFLAC e TSYS. Non è l'Hilton, ma è una casa privata piena per il tuo uso! Completamente arredato con tutti i comfort di casa. Una camera ha un letto matrimoniale e l'altra ha un letto full size. Goditi un sorso di caffè, tè o vino sulla veranda. Il cortile è completamente recintato. Cortile ha il "Grateful Shed" per uscire. Solo uno spazio esterno coperto funky con tavolo da picnic e grill. Goditi il rafting in acque bianche o la fodera zip nel / sul fiume Chattahoochee. Callaway Gardens è nella città successiva. Columbus è la seconda città più grande della Georgia. Goditi i migliori ristoranti, bar e divertimenti. Goditi una risata al club della commedia - a soli 10 minuti di auto.

To be honest I was not happy with the rental. We arrived very late Tuesday night about 11 pm, the leaves covered the driveway we couldn't see the concrete at all. The screen door to the front porch entrance did not close properly, it just swayed in the breeze. When we finally got the front door open the musty odor was overwhelming, The carpet was very dirty I refused to take my shoes off. The next morning I wanted to open a window in the room we stayed in to allow fresh air in. When I attempted to pull up the blind it came falling down on my head. The second window was boarded up from the outside, as was the case with the bathroom window. The window framing in the bathroom is all rotted. The water when you shower does not flow properly,down the drain,(so when you are showering you are standing in dirty water), as was the case with the bathroom sink. My husband tried plunging the bathroom sink and black gunk came up into the sink. I chose this property because it is pet friendly and also has a fenced yard. There is no access to the back fenced in yard from inside the house, the back door is locked and has a sign on it ( private keep out) I had to go out the front door and walk the dogs to the back. I went to Columbus Ga. for the Thanksgiving Holiday and most important to visit my son whom I haven't seen in over a year,he is stationed at Fort Benning, and also is about to be deployed. I did not want to waste what little time I had to visit with my son looking for another place to stay or calling about the property I rented. Every evening when it was time to go back to the property I dreaded it because of the odor.

great place for Fort Benning visit
The house was great for spending time with my son who was enjoying family weekend from fort Benning. We cooked and sat around the kitchen table enjoying our meal and talking about his experience. Great location to the cute Columbus downtown area. Owner very responsive and easy check in and out procedure

Cozy Cottage
The property is tucked away in a very quiet neighboor, but close enough to food and other necessities. The back yard was great for my dog and my outdoor workouts. There were linens, cook ware, and eating utensils available. The only draw back for me was there a few roaches during our stay. I understand the trees and humidity are a perfect environment for roaches, but I have an unnerving fear of them. Other than that, I truly enjoyed my stay.

I purchased this house after my nephew came to Columbus for his Ranger training, and eventually Ranger graduation. I saw a need for a place for families to stay that was comfortable to enhance the whole experience. Whether people come to Columbus for basic training or Ranger graduation, or whether it's for a business trip for AFLAC, TSYS, or Blue Cross/Blue Shield, or to visit a loved one in St. Francis Hospital just across the street, the goal is comfort!

My outdoor space ("the greatful shed") makes it very comfortable to spend some quality time outside.
