Great location, about a mile walk from both downtown and Payne’s Dock. Beautiful, clean, and spacious house with nice flat backyard. Would definitely recommend!

This beautifully renovated house perfectly suited the needs of my family for our Block Island Vacation. It was very close to almost everything; within walking and biking distance to most. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable and the showers have great pressure. The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies we needed to cook some of our meals in. We enjoyed watching movies together in the living room and sitting out on the porch in the rockers. Plenty of towels and beach towels were provided. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. Easy check in and check out.

Great house!

We enjoyed a wonderful week with family at the house. It was very clean, spacious, and we loved the big yard and outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Convenient location to town and easy to get to the beaches. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful vacation home

This house was perfect for our family group. Everyone had enough of their own space to make it comfortable for all. The location is great, an easy walk to town, beaches and harbors. The house is meticulously cared for.

Family wedding on BI

Our stay at Block Island House was wonderful- we had multi generations staying and it worked great! The house is spacious and comfortable and walking distance to town! We loved every minute!

Another great stay!

We had another great week on Block Island staying at the Brennan house at 200 off of Connecticut Avenue. The upgrades to the house since our last visit are amazing and Joe was once again a gracious host. Thanks again Joe and Kelsea!

A pretty Block Island House .. pretty lawns and fields around it. a wide porch with rockers..the house was equipped with all that we needed… very pleasant and peaceful.

The house was perfect for our group. Everyone had their own space and the kitchen and dining room were great spaces to gather. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Old harbor was a short walk for shopping.

Beautiful home and property

The six little cousins loved playing in the yard and porch throughout our stay. We kept saying how homey and comfortable the house was and such a nice quiet area. Perfect walk to town to the ice cream shoppe and candy store and a quick drive to scotch beach! We would without a doubt stay here again.

Perfect Block Island vacation.

The house was wonderful and spotless. The bathrooms are very modern. The setting is so beautiful and restful. A few planes from the airport, but not a big deal. Joe, the owner, was a wonderful host, at the ready if I needed anything. I so enjoyed meeting him.
