Piano unico, ampio open space con molta luce naturale. 3 camere da letto (2 sono master suite), 3 bagni.

Stare al fresco in questa bella casa di fine nord con aria condizionata. Camera da letto principale 1 ha un letto matrimoniale con accesso al ponte posteriore e vasca idromassaggio. Le camere da letto 2 e 3 hanno entrambe una matrimoniale e una doppia in ciascuna e c'è un letto a scomparsa nel soggiorno. Quartiere tranquillo, ambiente naturale. Vicino alle piste ciclabili e al campo da golf di Woodlands. Breve passeggiata o giro in bicicletta fino al fiume. Fate un giro in bicicletta in qualsiasi parte Sunriver su uno dei 4 biciclette per adulti forniti con questa casa in affitto. Went to Sunriver tennis tournament .

Excellent location for our stay. Went to Sunriver tennis tournament that weekend and the house was a few minutes away from the main courts. The house was very clean and so was the hot tub and grill. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was great and gave us good privacy.

What a great place to stay! It is very clean, quiet, and close to attractions. We had a great time! Hosts were helpful and attentive.

Nice property with all the usual expected amenities. Seemed a tad pricey for the square footage (it's just one floor) but it suited my group 6.

Perfect Long Weekend Getaway

House was perfect for our 4 adult family. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect as each bedroom had their own bathroom. Beds were comfortable too! Reclining sofas were a nice perk! We had everything we needed. Hot tub was clean, kitchen well stocked and ping pong table and bikes worked great. We will definitely consider staying again!

Great getaway

Great place for 3 couples. Had a great time with our young adult kids and their others. Nice quiet side of the resort. Close to Benham falls. Lots of bike riding and fun ping pong table. Empty gas canisters for BBQ replaced quickly with a call. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!

Property was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the living room area with stone fireplace as it was very cozy at night. The large table in the middle was perfect for a puzzle. The kitchen was very well-stocked and quite large. Beds were all comfortable. Property management team was very responsive to all questions and fixed the light that was out over the dining table quickly. Overall, a great experience. Thank you!

Girl’s Get a way

Second year staying at this house and we love it. Already reserved for next year! Best living room furniture in over 20 years of coming to Sunriver. One level which we need as we are all aging. Easy for mom and 5 daughters to get around, cook, play games, laugh, relax, and make memories. Thanks for sharing your home.

A Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our stay. the home was comfortable and nicely decorated. The one level was important to us as we had small children. The 3 bathrooms were a life saver with such a large number of people staying in the house. I would stay here again and I would highly recommend this property.

Great Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this Bennington property. The location was fantastic with easy access to the paved/mountain bike trails to Lava Lands and the Deschutes River. The house was very well stocked and all of the little touches from Bennington made for a great stay. The home is on the Northeast side of Sun River which seemed to be much quitter than near the village center. I highly recommend this home for families with kids, dogs people who want easy access to the mountain bike trails.

A fantastic place to stay!!

We were absolutely delighted with our stay here. The house was beautiful and in a lovely wooded setting with plenty of trails for walking, biking, etc. Most importantly, the house was exactly as advertised - which is not always the case! The property managers were amazing and kept us informed every step of the way. The check-in/check-out process could not have been easier. They were also extremely responsive - even for a very minor issue such as a light bulb being burned out, they immediately sent someone over and took care of it. We were all very impressed with the property management company. The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and well-stalked. It had a ping-pong table and bikes in the garage for guests to use. There was a cable TV in every bedroom and in the living room. When I return to Bend in the future, I will not even look for other properties -- I will stay here because it was such a thoroughly enjoyable and problem-free experience. I would give it six stars, if I could.

Great home for a family or two small families to share. The two masters are really nice. A little dated. Creaky decks. But really a good spot! We will most likely stay here again!

Girls get away

Mom and daughters annual trip to Sunriver! Smokey this year but we still enjoyed it. This house was perfect. It has the best living room furniture of any house we have rented in over 20 years of coming to Sunriver! Loved the fireplace and lots of time just relaxing and catching up.

Our Stay in Sun River

Good house for our stay (room for everyone), a little too far away from where we needed to be, but figured it out. Really liked the hot tub and ping pong table, we played it a lot. We liked the keyless entry to the house, we didn't have to worry about who had the key or leaving it behind. Thank you for opening up your house.

Met our every expectations

The property was perfect for our family and my mother’s 85th birthday. It would have been nice to have SHARC passes included but the property management team offered to pay half of the expense. A special call out to the management team whom always responded back to my request in a timely and professional manner

Quite retreat

It is in a nice, quite location. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. Would rent it again for a nice retreat. The outdoor grill didn’t work at first, but the management quickly fixed it.
