Questo condominio completamente attrezzato può ospitare comodamente sei persone con: camera matrimoniale (king) e bagno con TV a schermo piatto; 2a camera da letto con due letti singoli (possono scorrere insieme per formare un re); secondo bagno completo; tana con divano letto queen size estraibile, divanetto e SMART TV a schermo piatto; sala da pranzo per 6 persone, ampio patio adiacente alla piscina; e una cucina completa che include tutti gli elementi necessari per cucinare.

Sand Cay is delightful! Been staying there for years. Our room was exactly as described. Clean comfortable and well stocked. Easy access to pool beach parking etc. loved it!

Great family spot

Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Steps to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The grounds were well kept. Bonus to have lounge chairs at the beach! It was perfect for our family of 4.

A little slice of heaven…

The property was beautiful. Our condo was right by the pool, which was super convenient, especially with an 11 month old, and it was still very quiet. You’re steps away from the beautiful beach, and the fact that they provide chairs and umbrellas was amazing! We had such a great time.

Overall good property. Needs a gym and hot tub and a volleyball net out on the sand would be fun. Very friendly staff, good pool, great beach.

Quite and clean

It's a great location and very clean. It's surprisingly quiet being so close to the pool. We did have an issue with the air conditioning, but it was fixed first thing the next morning. We'll be coming back next year.

Perfect low-key vacation spot

We have rented this location in the past and it never disappoints! Easy check in/out and always clean. Convenient to pool and beach from all locations and close parking as well.

Enjoyable stay

A comfortable stay in a lovely area. Beautiful beach and good locality to other areas (St Armands and Siesta Key). Check in was good with friendly staff. Accommodation was nice, although while the complex is located on the beach front, the accommodation itself is set a little way back. We assumed we would open doors onto the beach. Enjoyable stay though.

Excellent Beach rental

Upscale, very well kept condo with all the necessary items for a pleasant vacation. Quality towels and linen. Very clean and tastefully decorated. No clutter. Highly recommend.

Great vacation place

Condo was nicely decorated and very clean. Short stroll to a beautiful private beach. Nice to have lounge chairs and beach towels provided. With only 60 units Sand Cay is not crowded. Would love to stay again, but my time is already booked for 2025.

My kids are 17 and 21, and they appreciated having their own space away from us. The rooms have a lot of space and very comfortable furniture.

Great location

We stayed in June and had a great short visit. Late night check in was easy. The beds were really comfortable. Room temps comfortable in all the rooms. The kitchen has a ton of appliances and things to cook. There were ample towels for beach and baths. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. The unit has a lot of beach toys, fishing rods, coolers, boogie board, some kids life vests, etc. There are 2 umbrellas. One is meant for the beach and one the patio but if you ask the front desk they have an adapter so you can use the patio one at the beach too. There are a ton of free chairs to use at the beach which was awesome. Beach is clean and beautiful. We did not use the courts or pool, but they looked nice as well. Can't think of anything negative to say. As a suggestion, it would be awesome to have some folded luggage racks in the closets to avoid having all the suitcases on the floors in the rooms. But, that would just be a bonus. Communication was great and I sent a lot of questions. We were in town for a family wedding at another venue and had a great visit. Thanks!

Fantastic Beachfront location

This location in Long Boat Key was absolutely amazing! Spacious two bedroom condo within 25 yards to pool and 75 yards to the beautiful beach. Matt was wonderful answering any questions before the trip and the staff was very friendly and helpful. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!!

Amazing location, beautiful property, adequate accommodations

The location of this place is amazing—steps from the pool and the gulf. The beach is gorgeous and having chairs provided is such a nice plus. The condo itself is perfectly adequate, though not fancy. It was clean, though could use a decorating refresh. If you are super sensitive to noises, you may want to look elsewhere as the walls seem pretty thin (eg hearing footsteps from upstairs early in the morning). Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again/recommend to friends.

easy and beautiful

we needed a beautiful beach and a pool - this place is perfect, you walk out onto the beach (maybe a short stroll depending on which unit) Everything you need for the beach is there - towels, chairs, umbrellas, even some toys! Then to the pool in the late afternoon or all day - Easy check in (even at 12:30 am:) Grocery store just down the street for an easy all you need stay!

Longing for Longboat

Matt’s unit was perfect. Everything you could ever need was supplied, Sara in the management office was thorough and helpful in regards to amenities and things to do in the area. The property was spotless as was the unit. I can’t wait to come back!

Since I was a little boy it has always been a dream of mine to live on Longboat Key. However, that dream is down the road as I am currently focusing on working and raising my two beautiful daughters on the shores of Lake Michigan in Holland, MI.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

My parents brought me to the island when I was a little boy and it has been a part of my life ever since. In 2007, I purchased the condo from a family member so that it may remain in our family. As a father of 2 daughters, I rejoiced at teaching my girls to swim in the same waters where I learned to swim. I have relived my childhood playing with them on the beach, hunting for sea shells, and watching for manatees and dolphins. I look forward to repeating the cycle someday with grandchildren. I return to Longboat Key every chance I get and I would like to share this very special place with you!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

This property is a dream come true for families and couples. An incredibly safe island full of wonderful attractions. My ground floor unit provides very easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and the pool. The ground floor is a must when traveling with children for easy transportation of kids, toys, towels, etc. Save lots of money by utilizing the full kitchen to make breakfast and lunch, or utilize the large built-in brick grills outside. But don't forget to treat yourself and family to a couple of nights out at the legendary St. Armand's Circle.
