We loved this property! It was VERY clean and even closer to the beach than we thought. Had every essential we needed plus lots of beach toys and a crib for our toddler! I didn’t know the unit was upstairs though, which was a little tricky with our kids. Overall great experience and the host was very kind and easy to reach.

we rented the guest house and the big house - it was so wonderful to have so much space right on the beach. The guest house has everything you need for time at the beach. The floors gleam; the bedroom air conditioner was appreciated! A lovely space!great to have a full kitchen and washer dryer

Overall the house was good, as I expected based on the description and for an older beach cottage. Just had the one small portable a/c unit but the attic fan and other fans made it tolerable. Location was excellent, just a short walk down the beach access path to the beach. That part of the beach is very quiet since there is no public parking nearby. Kitchen was stocked well enough for our needs.

Manager was great to work with. Very responsive. The beach was hidden by the big house in front of it, but beach was very accessible. Well stocked with everything needed. We rented the cottage and Villa together, so having a pool was great. Kailua is a beautiful little town.

This is a very nice beach house, plenty of room, great TV, nice surrounding deck with good views of the ocean and a short walk to the beach. The house was very clean upon our arrival, fresh linens and towels, all the necessary utensils, toaster, Coffee pot, microwave etc. . Easy drive from the airport, and wonderful access to local establishments. Safeway Grocery store is a short drive. Communication with the Manager, I dealt with Florence, she was great, efficient, returned any call or text I had in minutes. The ultimate blessing was the A/C in the bedroom, as in September, it was humid. Without the A/C unit, my wife and I would have had a major problem sleeping, as we are from Arizona, almost Zero humidity. We had no issues, it was a quiet and peaceful place for a relaxing vacation. We spent almost 2 weeks. Wonderful! Thanks Florence

Easy access to beach and there was an ocean view. Kitchen and beach stuff was well supplied. Place was clean just seemed old. Outside was not well maintained. Location was good and close to restaurants and groceries. Beach was nice. Owner was very helpful

The photos were accurate and an air conditioner has been added to one of the bedrooms which was a nice plus. The place was clean and the host kindly allowed us to check in early. There is a narrow ocean view around the house that is immediately between this house and the beach. There were beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and boogie boards supplied. The kitchen was fine, though glasses and cups were fairly limited. The house is in a great location very close to the beach, and we enjoyed our stay.

Well equipped, clean and spacious beach front accommodation on the island of Oahu. The rental unit included beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and snorkeling gear. Outdoor shower and washer and dryer was very much appreciated. Great beach access to a lovely and relatively quiet beach with good swimming, Onshore wind and abruptly crashing waves were constant.The unit is one of three in the complex. Being located on the upper lever was great as there was more of a cooling breeze. One room had a portable A/C unit which worked well, but was not sufficient to cool the whole place. Fortunately there were multiple fans which helped to keep the apartment comfortable.Kitchen was functional, but lacking in any sort of staples including salt, pepper, sugar, etc... Coffee and macadamia chocolates were kindly provided.Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and we would certainly return. The price was high, but seemingly in line with comparable rental properties. Being away from Honolulu was nice, and we appreciated the relatively quiet neighborhood and beach.

Amazing views and access to the beach. Great communication with Florence. The property was extremely clean. For us, the location was perfect. We will miss being steps away from the beach and the soothing sounds of the ocean.
