The house was awesome! I have a 35 year old son with cerebral palsy and he loved the views! The elevator worked great. We saw bear almost everyday either in the park or the neighborhood!We had 12 people but there was plenty of space. Everybody really enjoyed the theater room!You almost don’t want to leave because the views from the deck are so amazing! I will definitely be going there again!

The house is beautiful, clean and was plenty large enough to host four family's with kids. Many of the children were young in age and there were many amenity's to keep them busy. The view is spectacular and the bear sightings made it that much more exciting! It's close to many activities and being able to watch the fireworks every night from Dollywood was just another added bonus. The house has so many pluses from a well stocked kitchen of cookware, an additional ice maker and plenty of seating for everyone. She has so many extras that help with being away from home such as an ironing board, iron, makeup mirror, cozy blankets and even a stroller that we weren't expecting but greatly appreciated! Thank you Shay for sharing your beautiful home with my family.

The house was exactly what we were hoping for and then some. Everything was very clean when we arrived, which immediately set the tone for a great stay. The view is absolutely beautiful and really adds to the overall experience of the property.The game room and movie theater area were a huge hit and gave everyone plenty to do, especially in the evenings. There was more than enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably, and the layout on the main floor made it easy to host and spend time together without feeling crowded.Check-in was simple and seamless, which is always appreciated, and the hot tub was clean and ready to go right away.Overall, a really well-kept property that’s set up perfectly for groups. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was over the top! Beautifully decorated! Comfortable furnishings, beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and extremely clean. Plenty of parking! The elevator was wonderful to access all 3 levels. The media room holds 18, and was very user friendly! The game room had so many different things to keep us entertained and included the entire family! The wraparound decks and balconies were very nice! Magnificent views! The outdoor furniture was very comfortable. The outdoor gas grill worked perfectly! Washer and dryer were very nice! The kitchen was clean and well stocked with dishes glasses silverware and utensils. Inca huge pantry. They had a pod coffee maker and a coffee maker for ground coffee. We had 5 families. and plenty of bathrooms and sleeping quarters for everyone. The jacuzzi was wonderful and ready for our use when we arrived. Hosts responded quickly to answer two questions we had. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing house and view

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. It was perfect for our family of 5 though a much larger family could have stayed there and been quite comfortable. We would 100% recommend this home to anyone!

Family vacation

I booked this home as a Christmas 2024 gift for our grown kids and grandkids. We were there for the 4th of July and enjoyed several fireworks shows from the deck. Our trip was wonderful in every way. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well-furnished and even the bears were cooperative with their visits! We hope to visit again!!

Great place for extended family!

This chalet exceeded our expectations! Aside from it being gorgeous and so clean, it was also highly accommodating for elderly and young children. We had more than enough space and the amenities made it accessible for all members of our family. 10/10 would recommend. Oh, and we saw 4 awesome black bears right off the property!
