La seconda camera ha anche un letto king size e Smart TV LED HD da 40 pollici con lettore Blu-Ray. La terza camera ha due letti queen size e una TV HD da 40 pollici 4K con WIFI tramite il lettore Blu-Ray DVD. C'è una Smart TV a LED HD da 60 pollici con WIFI nel soggiorno insieme a una piccola scorta di DVD disponibili per la visualizzazione. Questa unità può ospitare un totale di 10 con un divano letto nel soggiorno.

La cucina gourmet di design ha tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile con armadi in acero personalizzati, ripiani in granito ed è completamente attrezzata con piccoli elettrodomestici, un Keurig, un frullatore Ninja ad alta velocità, utensili da cucina, porcellana e posate. Adiacente è la barra bagnata con ripiani in granito, piccolo lavandino, macchina per il ghiaccio e una selezione di stelo e bicchieri. Per comodità, abbiamo incluso anche una selezione di articoli per bevande in acrilico e un piccolo dispositivo di raffreddamento per la piscina o la spiaggia. I principali aggiornamenti del condominio includono piastrelle in gres porcellanato da 18 pollici in un motivo a rombi in tutte le aree comuni, piastrelle decorative sul bar per la colazione e schizzi in cucina, porte a scomparsa nella suite principale e lampade di qualità superiore. La lavanderia al largo della sala principale contiene una lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni standard.

Phoenix West II è il condominio più lussuoso costruito sul Golfo del Messico. Goditi le viste spettacolari su spiagge di sabbia bianca e acque cristalline. Tavolo da giardino, 6 sedie e una poltrona sul balcone. L'intero appartamento è arredato come una casa arredata su misura, non la tipica unità di noleggio.

Condo Phoenix West II offre spettacolari vedute del Golfo-front e favolose attrazioni. Sentiti libero di rilassarti nelle acque luccicanti del fiume pigro mentre i più piccoli si godono lo scivolo acquatico o il pad splash. Sudore fuori lo stress in palestra a pieno carico, completo di sauna, e poi rinfrescarsi nella piscina coperta spaziosa. The property has a great location. The rooms and carpets need a little TLC but overall we enjoyed our stay. It should be noted that the ice machine needs to be serviced. Also, Be prepared to pay a parking fee once you arrive.

Great beach, nice facility, large condo, clean room/property

Great condo, very accommodating- has everything you need for cooking. Spacious bedrooms with bathrooms. Very clean upon arrival. Great view. Facility is nice and clean. Town is awesome, low key, smaller beach town withany things to do. Highly recommend!!

The condo was very nice. The view was really good. We had a great time! Would definitely come back. There were a few things that need to be fixed. The bedroom on the right needs a new mattress and the toilet flushed really hard and cut my wifes hand. We had to use a rag to push down on the handle. Going into the bathroom there are nails sticking through tje carpet. Bedroom bathroom on the left shower doesn't drain. The icemaker under the bar has black mold growing in it.

Great place

The property was nice loved the beds and the extra bathroom in the hallway. Has a nice clean Beach. The pool,lazy river, and slide was nice to have. It was more then enough room for our family of 5 adults and one toddler. Checkin was simple. I felt like the floors could have been cleaner then they were and it smelled a little fishy when we first arrived but overall it was a nice place that we really enjoyed. If given the opportunity to go back to orange beach I'd probably come back to Oasis again.

Vacation

Overall this was a great place to spend our spring break. The condo was just like the pictures, clean, well stocked with pots/pans, and essentials. The lazy river was fun and the beach was wonderful. The only negative was that the outdoor pools were not heated, and for early April it was a bit too cold. That was a property issue though and not the Liquid Life issue. I will be looking at other Liquid Life locations for next year!

Great luxury condo at Orange Beach

Property was great, well maintained and comfortable. Amenities at the building were top notch. The only drawback was July 4th weekend had a lot of people using the elevators that became problematic. Another note was we were not aware that there would not be any supplies like coffee pods or consumables. Made a grocery run to get supplies. This would have been much easier if the elevators and parking weren't so packed.

Great place for the family

The kondo was nice enough. However, Im glad we didn't pay high season prices. There were a couple issues, the only nice bed was the master. The rest were worn out. The shower heads in the master were the lowest possible quality you can get, like little pin needle spray and some were clogged. The couch is worn out.

Great place for families! Because there are so many condos floors 2-12 are parking and the rest residence. Elevators (6) were a nightmare! All check in between 4-6. Check out by 10. Everyone is trying to go up or down at once. We never left because of it. Didn’t have to though because we had everything we needed on site! It was great!!

Wonderful

Our family loved the condo. The 29th floor had a beautiful view. We saw dolphins a few mornings. Elevators were quick. Everything was clean. The only issue we had which doesnt have anything to do with the unit, but while sitting down by the outdoor pool, kids were throwing some kind of substance off their balcony and got all over us, and witnessed on another day kids spitting off the balcony. We did tell the front desk but not sure if anything was done. So would recommend sitting on the other side of the pool and not under the balconies. Would definitely stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we drove up to the property to the moment we left, we were in “Awe!” The condo is breathtaking! The view made us want to own the property...we did not want to come home! This was the best condo we ever rented! The staff is unbelievably helpful, friendly and professional! We will be going back again and renting this condo or somewhere on this property! Clean rooms, clean property and everything we wanted to make our vacation unforgettable!
