Dicembre 2017 - riverniciato tutto l'esterno e il decking, sembra favoloso!
Giugno 2016 - riverniciato interi interni con molti aggiornamenti.
Nuovi letti, belle piastrelle in porcellana installate, vedi foto caricate di recente + asciugamani, lenzuola ecc. Regolarmente sostituite.

A differenza della maggior parte delle ville in affitto di proprietà degli investitori, la nostra casa in affitto per famiglie è amata ed estremamente ben curata e mantenuta ai più alti standard .... e lo dimostra.

Esposizione a sud-est, tanto sole e uno dei lotti più lunghi dell'isola di smeraldo e poiché la casa sul retro è su un altro livello, questo offre più privacy nella nostra piscina.

Piscina privata riscaldata di dimensioni superiori e jacuzzi. Wifi gratis. Sala giochi con tavolo da biliardo full size, air hockey da 7 piedi. Quattro camere da letto, tre bagni, arredi in stile esecutivo. 10 posti letto. Grandi TV a schermo piatto, cavo, DVD, CD, Playstation e giochi. Una villa superiore.

Un resort premiato, recintato e il più vicino a Disney (3 miglia).

Il resort offre servizi gratuiti ai suoi ospiti; club house con piscina aggiuntiva e jacuzzi, tiki bar, sala videogiochi, sala fitness, sauna e bagno turco, campi da tennis e pallavolo, percorsi naturalistici, barbecue, area giochi per bambini, WiFi, portineria e caffè gratuito.

La nostra villa climatizzata è completamente attrezzata e offre tutto il necessario per massimizzare e godersi la vacanza dei sogni.

MASTER BEDROOM (con bagno privato):
Letto queen-size con cabina armadio, TV via cavo a schermo piatto, sveglia e asciugacapelli. Le porte scorrevoli portano a dove è possibile rilassarsi nella vasca idromassaggio o in piscina. Accesso separato anche dal bagno privato direttamente alla piscina per una comoda doccia.

SECONDA CAMERA DA LETTO MASTER (con bagno privato):
Letto queen-size con cabina armadio, TV via cavo a schermo piatto, sveglia e asciugacapelli. Conduce direttamente al bagno privato interno (vasca e doccia).

Rilassati e goditi il nostro bellissimo, costruito nel 2005. Dopo aver affittato ville prima, sappiamo quanto sia importante per te questa vacanza da sogno e assicuriamo tocchi personali all'interno della villa per assicurarci che sia davvero speciale. Non rimarrete delusi e vorrete tornare.

Emerald Island è a soli 30 minuti dall'aeroporto di Orlando, situato al largo della 192. Quando ti avvicini alle porte vedrai le fontane dei delfini, la club house e la bellezza del resort prende vita. Ristoranti e negozi sono solo un minuto in auto e parchi aggiuntivi sono solo pochi minuti. Sicuramente una posizione imbattibile. Goditi al massimo tutte le strutture.

MAGICAL STAY

Easy access, everything mentioned on VRBO was correct. Huge rooms, 3 bathrooms a plus. 2 dining areas great for 10 people. Wifi, cable, pool, play room a huge plus. Enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.

The location is perfect to many stores and dinning within 5 min.

Our family stayed at this house for 7 nights and enjoyed every day there the house is very spacious and clean the pool was great and it has all the essentials to cook there if that's your preference. The plus to this was the close distance to all Disney Parks approx 15-20 min depending on time of day. All in all very happy with everything this house had to offer, it's location and even the neighbors were very friendly.

Villa stay

After reading many good reviews about this villa and Carol herself, I felt confident when booking. When we arrived the villa was as described, overall we were very happy. We had a couple of minor issues which were quickly resolved after contacting Carol. The villa had everything you could need and it is in a great area. Would not hesitate to book another stay here!

Great place for a family.

The property manager communicates quickly and is responsive to the guest's needs. The facilities are as advertised. The location is great for access to the theme parks. There is nothing quite like having a spacious home with pool after the days activities are done. We felt safe and secure, in this gated community, and would definitely stay again.

We loved this home!

We stayed at this property for 6 weeks. The home is very clean, plus communication with owner and property manager excellent! Kitchen had what we needed, plus a gas grill and crockpot (I’m a big crockpot user while on vacation). We had the pool heated and it was the perfect temp for the chilly days/evenings. The neighborhood is quiet, and the homes and grounds at the resort are perfectly maintained. We are happily booking this home again for next year!

Disney Family Holiday

This Disney trip was a present to our Daughter, Son-in-law and 2 Grand children, so we were a party of 6. The villa was perfect, good size bedrooms, large living area and the grand children loved the pool, which was great to chill out in, after all the disney walking!!!!!!! The villa has everything you need, we would book this again if we return as a family. Thats why we have given it 5*'s

Beautiful home

Home is beautiful and very well maintained. Online listing did not state that we were responsible for our own paper supplies ( toilet paper and paper towel), or that we had to supply our own dish soap and hand soap. Again, a very nice home but clearer details of supplies needed woukd have made our stay perfect!

A very comfortable villa

The villa met all our expectations and had everything we could possibly want. It is in an excellent location, a short drive up to the main road with a wide range of restaurants, 10 minutes from Walmart and 15 minutes from the Disney theme parks. The approach to the Emerald Island complex is very attractive. The villa was comfortable and well furnished. Having a private pool was a bonus, especially with the range of children’s toys provided, as well as a high chair and cot. The owner was very helpful and responded promptly to all our queries.

Alright stay

The house was fine for our family. We were unable to use one of the bedrooms due to it was made for children young children. It had a waterproof mattress that was very uncomfortable. The house is close to Disney in a well maintained neighborhood. We had an issue with the pool heater, but the property manager was on top of it.

Great place, but watch for broken stuff

The location, pool and hot tub were fantastic. Also, set up inside was very very nice. However, there were many things that were broken. They were all small minor things, and we left a list for the property manager. We were just concerned that we would be charged for the broken items.

Great introduction to VRBO

From the beginning to end, this was a great experience. Carol was very responsive to questions. The villa was exactly what we were looking for and needed. The pool and hot tub felt great and it was nice having some inflatables to play with. Everything was clean and nicely stocked. The only two negatives (and they were minor to our enjoyment) was the air hockey table didn't have enough air pressure for the pucks, so we didn't play and one of the bedroom TV remotes stopped working. I changed the batteries with no luck, but since we only had two days left, it wasn't worth getting swapped out. Would definitely stay again!

Review of Home

This home was in the perfect location. The property was very nice. The only issue I had was the neighbors behind us had a party one night. I could tell the sheets had just been washed because they smelled of bleach which was satisfying and annoying at the same time. The plate in the microwave had burnt stuff on it but we managed to clean it. And the lamp in the main bedroom was torn on the back side. Otherwise, this home was very pleasant and I would totally stay ther again.

I would not stay here

The house was very old fashion the management company was very rude we arrive to a cold pool and i paid extra to get it heated which never got warm so I ended up checking out a day after i checked in it was horrible I drove for 20 hrs to have such a bad experience i would not recommend this place.

Generally a good stay.

The property was clean and had everything we needed. I paid extra to have the heated hot tub and pool (50/night). The pool was fine but the hot tub was cool. No steam coming from the water. Property manager was called and promptly came to check. The pool was about 85 but the hot tub was only 91. Hot tubs are typically around 100+. This was disappointing because I was looki g forward to relaxing in it. Because the cooler temp we barely used it. The property manager responded to a couple calls we had incl having the wrong code to get in the house.

Perfect two week stay

The house and pool area were just as pictured. Beautiful!! We spent most of our two weeks hanging out by the heated pool and spa. The deck area was just perfect. Enjoyed the game room most evernings as well. When we first arrived, we were missing a few kitchen items, called the management, Victoria. She delivered the pieces we mentioned and a few more within a few hours. She was absolutely great to work with throughout the two weeks, She also provided suggestions to us for farmers markets near by. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We took many walks morning and night, and never felt uncomfortable. I also used the gym a few times, and it was a nice addition. The traffic in the near by area is quite congested, as you are very close to disney parks. There is a great walmart and aldi very close I would definitely recommend this house and location, and would definitely come back

Great Stay At Carol's Home In Emerald Island

That crisp "Just Cleaned" fragrance hit us right as we walked through the door. Well stocked, clean, well maintained home. Very nice pool and hot tub, crystal clear water. The pool toys could not have been more than a year old. Appliances all worked well, nice pool table in the game-room/garage. Plenty of towels, linens, pillows and separate beach/pool towels. Even a baby monitor (if needed) in the master bedroom. Very simple check-in instructions, and never needed the property management team. We are looking forward to coming back!

We are a family of four who love active, fun vacations and for us you can't beat the thrills and excitement Orlando has to offer (photo taken in Mexican restaurant in Epcot). We have had several memorable vacations in Orlando, each with a different itinerary which is the beauty of Orlando, there is so much to explore and experience. Our children are 26 and 24 and still keen to come us with and I'm sure they will for many years. We have shared these holidays with grandparents, relatives and close friends. Precious memories which will last a lifetime.

Our villa is on the closest gated resort to Disney - only 3 miles. Unbeatable location. This is my family holiday home and unlike investors and agents, who run their property as a business and without care, our home has lots of tlc and we take great pride in keeping it in top condition with regular upgrades. We have taken 48 bookings from returning guests, with 12 families returning for their third visit and 9 families for their fourth visit. We have very high standards and reinvest in keeping our home in pristine condition, both inside and out. We are looking to attract guests who would like to rent our home with similar high standards and respect for a beautiful home.
