IL CONDOMINIO È IN CORSO DI RIPARAZIONI A CAUSA DI HURRICANE MICHAEL. Servizi limitati. Le piscine e l'accesso alla spiaggia sono aperti. Tuttavia, l'appaltatore generale può chiudere i pool per sicurezza. Il contraente generale ha dichiarato che almeno un pool sarà aperto. Il condominio ha un muro di mattoni attorno alle finestre e al bagno che è stato sostituito a causa dell'uragano. Non è stato ridipinto da oggi.
Condominio ristrutturato lo scorso inverno. Assolutamente bellissimo condominio fronte mare, unità al terzo piano, con vista sulla più grande delle tre piscine e con vista sulle spiagge di sabbia bianca. Una camera da letto una unità da bagno. Letto queen size in camera da letto, un divano letto matrimoniale e un divano letto completo. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare se questo è il tuo desiderio. Le griglie si trovano in tutte e tre le aree della piscina. Il balcone è perfetto per sedersi fuori la mattina presto o la sera tardi per godersi la splendida vista. Il tramonto sull'oceano è spettacolare. L'unità include due TV via cavo a schermo piatto, una nella zona giorno e l'altra nella camera da letto. Wifi gratis. Il resort comprende centro fitness, campo da tennis, shuffle board e tre piscine, di cui una riscaldata. Lavatrice / asciugatrice si trova al primo piano. Vicino a tutti i buoni ristoranti e attrazioni, incluso il Pier Park. Ha un cancello privato per camminare accanto a Pineapple Wiley.
Non sono ammessi animali Deve avere 25 anni per affittare il condominio e deve rimanere fisicamente in condominio durante le vacanze.

Very nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at The Sunbird. The owners were very nice and made sure we had all we needed. Would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Loved this condo!

Very cute condo! Nicely decorated! Worked out perfectly for my husband and two older boys……. Security guards could calm down a bit with the paper wristbands but other than that a great experience! Tony was extremely personable and helpful!

Nice Condo

We overall were very happy with our stay. Everything was pretty clean. (we did find a sock down in the couch that wasn’t ours) I would say if you’re thinking of staying here and just letting your kids sleep on the sleeper sofa, it can be pretty cramped. But it still wasn’t terrible. Our family of 4 did fine.

I am glad overall that you enjoyed your stay. I would have loved for it to have been wonderful! I am sorry that you found someone else's sock in the couch. I will be sure to make the cleaning person aware. Also, the loveseat chassis makes into a full bed. I do hope that you consider staying with us again if you return to PCB. Hopefully it will be wonderful!

Ruined by Spring Break Students!

Excessive noise, drunken students,d rag racin on S.Thomas, students constantly breaching compound security, police raids on adjacent property Quite frankly Panama City Beach has become a getto during the entire month of March. We will never return again! The property is lovely, the owners are fantastic, but the area is not a place for seniors seeking a quiet beach retreat in March.

Great location. Lorri was nice and helpful. Was not told that the condo had hurricane damage until 3 days before we left...none of the 3 pools was open which is one reason we booked there, dry wall showing in several places. The condo was clean, though the blinds did not shut completely. Lorri did pay for our parking pass and wrist bands due to the inconvenience of the pools. ..

Liked the location.

Blinds did not close properly slats were missing. Towels and linens were old. Cob webs on the ceiling and dust was thick on the ceiling fan. TV in the living room was difficult to use. Would not stay there again.

Nearly perfect!

Loved everything about the property and our stay except there was no access point in the room so Wi-Fi signal strength was terrible, I mean nonexistent. Because I was there for the beach and not Internet, I was OK with that, the rest of my family was not however. I will definitely be returning in hopes that when I come back this issue will be resolved.

I contacted Xfinity our internet provider and they indicated that it is just not the Sunbird Condominiums. It is all of Panama City Beach. When it get crowded during the peak season there is not enough infrastructure to handle the load. I not it can be very annoying and I am sorry for the inconvenience. I sure do hope it does not deter you from visiting with us again. I am glad that otherwise you enjoyed your vacation.

I was not at all impressed, bugs were all over the condo, wasnt adressed until after my stay, even though the owners were aware from the previous renter. Condo staff was rude as well.

Cockroaches everywhere! Filthy cabinets, counter tops, floor, mattresses, etc. It was a waste of money for us because we had to kill 20+ roaches, even had them in the drawers where our clothes were!

So sad I spent money on this condo

Condo was dirty at time of arrival, coffee still in coffee pot from previous renters. Carpet very stained. Sofa beds were terrible, very thin mattresses you could even see the bar poking from under them. Mattress had a large red stain on one and a large black stain on the other. The refrigerator had dried up yellow liquid in bottom under drawers. Had 6 towels and washcloths to last 5 people for 3 days. I had to go pay to wash them. The kitchen ceiling tiles were horribly dirty. There was rat pellets under the kitchen sink in top of pot lids. We had BUGS!! There were roaches and on our last morning my son woke up to a bug crawling on him. Could be a nice condo if it was kept up and taken care of. A lot of our problems could have been taken care of with just basic housecleaning. I would not recommend this condo to anyone.

I have contacted the Home Owner Association Office and they are spraying my condo today for pest. They spray once a month and usually don't have any pest issues. I have also reviewed all the complaints with the cleaning person and have been assured that the issues will be resolved and want happen again. Also, the carpet will be cleaned next weekend; had to wait to get a vacant day to do this so that the carpet would have time to dry. Also, the entire condo will have a deep cleaning at this time. Please if any person renting my condo let me know on the first day of your stay with any problems. I would have had the cleaning lady back out and would have contacted the maintenance person onsite to spray my condo. It is your vacation and I want you to have the most relaxing and enjoyment each and all deserve and stress free!

The property is a decent place to stay for a small family or couple.

This is a decent place to rent but we did encounter problems that I hope the owner will better prepare for with her tenants. When we arrived at 4:30 in the afternoon the condo was not cleaned. There were dirty linens on the floor and obvious signs that it had been stayed in and uncleaned for our arrival time. This immediately grossed me out and kind of started things off with our stay in a negative direction. We had to call the property owner to get someone there to clean it. We left and returned after eating out to find the cleaners still there. Both the owner and the cleaner pointed fingers at each other as to why the place wasn't ready. I assume, in the haste to clean the place, they forgot to leave toilet paper and paper towels so after staying one day, we had to go purchase our own. I've never had these problems in the past in any place we've ever stayed. Otherwise, the place is acceptable for staying in and I guess things happen sometimes. The one thing renters need to know in advance when considering renting a place in this location is that you have to buy a parking permit for an additional $25 per vehicle and every person in your room has to purchase an armband. Those are expenses you need to be prepared for in advance.

Thank you for your response. Once again I apologize for the mishap with my condo not clean when you arrived. I have addressed this issue and now have a new cleaning person. Only ONE roll of paper towels and toilet paper is provided (which is indicated under house keeping notes). Also, in the house keeping notes is the information for the parking pass and wrist bands. This is also indicated in the rental agreement. And, once again, in the pre-arrival information that you receive prior to your arrival.

DISAPPOINTMENT

Our condo was nice (for the most part.......clean, no), we were given our code to get in to our condo, however, we were not given our condo number or the gate code prior to checking in. Fortunately, I noticed this and emailed the owners so I had it when we arrived. You do have to get a parking pass and arm bands when you get there. The office closes at 5, something again we were not made aware of but we luckily made it. And told very rudely by the security guard that the pass needs to be in our windshield and our bands on at all times or per the owners request, guest without them are thrown out. The place still is under construction from what we understand to be a hurricane from 2018. It is not at all clean and the smell of urine as we got of off the elevator was overwhelming. There are a few luggage carts floating around to help move your stuff to your room but we were told those disappear into rooms and there are shopping carts around there because the owners are too "cheap" to buy any more luggage carts. If we can find them we are lucky. Now we get into the condo itself. It is not bad, seems clean. Then we open the microwave that evening to find stuck, burnt on cheese in a microwave from previous guests. Now we open the cabinet to get plates after I clean the microwave only to find the plates are disgusting as well. Food stuck on and those had to be washed. Now add on I open the dishwasher thinking I would throw the dirty plates in there to the most awful smell and what I assume is food that has washed off of the plates laying in the bottom of it. At this point I am totally not wanting to use a thing in this kitchen so we decide to sit out on our balcony to enjoy the evening. We walk out to a dirty flosser stick laying on the balcony. Totally disgusting and in plain site if it had been cleaned properly. Now we go to the next morning to get a shower. There are 4 towels and 4 wash rags. We are staying for 6 days. Seriously? I cannot believe there are not enough towels for at least the length of our stay. Of course there is a laundry room downstairs. So we make a trip to Walmart to buy towels so I do not have to wash my towels constantly when I am supposed to be on vacation. At this point I was so over this place those 6 days could not pass fast enough. I was so looking forward to this condo and being right on the beach. The convenience of it's location was nice but not worth the money. Unless something has changed, would not recommend.

Stranded. The room was double booked and Lorri Lynne would not answer calls or emails to confirm.

I was not able to check in to this unit after traveling to it. I emailed Lorri Lynne two times up to me driving to Panama City Beach, FL for my vacation, neither were answered. I tried calling repeatedly on the day I was due to check in, tried to contact her through the VRBO website and emailed her directly also. I received no response. At 4:00 PM check in I had called the VRBO 1-800 number three times and they also tried to contact Lorri Lynne with not results. I also spoke to the HOA and they tried to call her on two numbers. They were able to leave a message but the second number was disconnected. At this point I was considered a 'stranded traveler' by Home Away the parent company of VRBO. They placed me in a condo across the street but the condo forced me to pay a condo use and cleaning fee of $168.94. This was for a FREE NIGHT because Home Away paid the actual rental fee. The next day we were still unable to reach Lorri Lynne so Home Away agreed to put me up for the final three nights of my reservation since I was a stranded traveler but the condo would have forced me to pay a second condo fee of $168.94 since it was a second reservation with no way to waive the fees. I made the payment of $248.27 to avoid a second fee of $168.94 for the remaining three nights and was told that Home Away would reimburse me, which is still under negotiation. My trip to Panama City Beach, FL was absolutely ruined. I spent the first whole day placing calls and hours on hold with VRBO trying to reach the homeowner. I was forced to move my suitcases and misc. items TWICE at the condo I was placed at as a stranded traveler since the first condo was under repair when I entered it. It took me until after 7:00 PM to be safe and secure in a property. I then spend the second day of my vacation again on hold with Home Away trying to reach Lorri Lynne until after 10:00 AM when I was forced to pay for my remaining nights stay with promise of reimbursement since I was a stranded traveler. The Monday after I checked out I received an email from Lorri Lynne that she had been on a two week cruise and had asked the co owner of the condo to handle the rental. She did not send a message to me with that persons name or contact information in advance of her cruise. The co owner extended the rental of someone that was in the unit the week before I arrived therefore the unit was double booked when I arrived with no chance whatsoever that I would be able to use it.

Superbe emplacement près de l'eau

Le condo est très bien situé. Près de l'eau et proche des commerces et restaurants. Nous avons visités 6 states parks pendant notre séjour pour y faire de la randonnée pédestre. C'était très bien et je conseillerais aux futurs locataires d'apporter des vélos. Nous avons cependant un reproche a faire. Pendant tout notre séjour, d'important travaux de réfection avaient lieu sur le bâtiments. Nous avons été exposé à la poussière et au bruit pendant tout notre séjour. 2 piscines sur 3 ont dû être fermées. Je comprend très bien que ces travaux sont nécessaires mais nous aurions dû en être avisé avant notre séjour.

Great Location right on the beach.

Very nice condo right on the beach. They have 3 pools but 2 of them are closed for repairs from a hurricane. Room was very nice but the sofa beds could used being replaced. The springs are broke and the mattresses fall through the sofa bed. But we still bad a great experince.

Sunbird 301w

We decided to take our girls back to the beach and this unit was as listed on the site. The condo we stayed in was completely remodeled and very beautifully done. We had everything we needed for meals and also had access to 2 beach lounge chairs on the beach! I would definitely book with this condo again. The owners were also very responsive and helpful when we had questions about check in.

The property is STILL under construction 2+ years later from a hurricane. The condo itself was nice with a pool and ocean view. We would stay again!

A good stay at Panama City Beach

The only real negative was the constant construction repairs on the building from the hurricane. Most buildings in the area had repairs going on. This is supposed to be finished sometime this summer. There was access to the beach and the pool was open. This condo had everything I needed. The blinds were a little difficult but I understand they are going to be replaced. PCB is a wonderful place to walk around. Wide sidewalks are lighted for evening walks. You can walk to Walmart less than a half mile away. The library has free internet for 60 minutes a day and copies are ten cents per copy; two and a half miles away. A short (10 miles) drive away is Conservation Park which has 24 miles of trails. Watch for the wildlife. Go to Pier Park for some shopping and the ferris wheel. Forget St Andrews - some beaches and a lake (alligators?). Conservation Park much better--- without the fee.

Very clean

Overall experience was great. Some damage from hurricane Michael, but nothing that impacted our stay. Would go back.

We love the location of the Sunbird condominiums. Conveniently located to everything, such as, Walmart, restaurants, pier park, and all the wonderful attractions. Pineapple Willy's is right next door. And, it is right on the beach. You can sit out on the balcony and overlook the middle pool and the beautiful white sandy beaches.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Conveniently located to restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and, of course, right on the beach. A walk or bicycle friendly community. Sit on the balcony and you just might see dolphins.
